Horrible customer service, my husband went to there and ordered some food, when he was going to pay he realized that he forgot his wallet, he told them that he would be back, when he finally came home with the food, we realized that one of the sides was missing and we called them just to let them know, their excuse...that they gave our food to somebody else because they thought that my husband wasnt coming back, but we were still charged for the missing items, the lady that answered was rude and when transfered to the manager, it was worst, anybody can make a mistake, thats fine, the problem is that they were not professional.

had some family coming over thought la granja take out would give me more time to spend chatting. As I served the sweet plantains what do you think I found a 2 inch winged roach feet up that was the end of our lunch .when I called the manager to let them know they said that the roach was mine and hung up on me . the really awfull thing is that we have eaten there before alot how many bug parts have we eaten . this was at the penbroke pines one .prices are good but how much would you pay to eat a roach

Worst service ever!!! I usually dont review places like la granja but the service was so bad that I had to review it!!! Just got my order wrong and made me feel like I ordered the wrong thing. When I think you should check on us after that and all three servers were eating at a table!! Ive been through when Im graphing many times and they should just make all La granjas tray service/buffet style especially if the service is going to be as horrible as it was for me. The food was good and cheap

Food was in generous proportion tasting great. Diversity in staff is terrible. The service counter girl was rude. I found the tables messy with little uniformity in the many unlabeled bottles of sauce on the table. Dont come here expecting to be treated respectable because once you walk through the door your in another country. Employees that work directly with food wear no hats. It has capabilities of being a great business if it could get over its select market.

Third time in a row drive through order is completely incorrect. Highly recommend finding another place to dine. Called to let them know of poor service and manager gave me to a young man who could not speak English. He mumbled something about " you need check your order before leaving." No, we will never go back and watch you go out of business. Food quality no where near LaGranja in Miami. Hated to give them one star, avoid at all costs!

An upscale version of Pollo Tropical with fresh and tasty food, and fast lines. The lunch specials are hard to beat - $4.95+tax for a chicken leg with rice and beans. There are also salads, fried rice, seafood and other dishes should you eventually get tired of rice-n-beans diet. If you dine-in, you eat with real stainless steel cutlery - no plastic. There is a drive-through window as well for to-go orders (take out).

The place is clean, has a variety of great tasting Latin food, but service is hit or miss: sometimes it is walk in and eat and others the line is long. Lunch is definitely a hotspot option. Got 4 stars because it is relatively more expensive than other comparable lunch spots if you dont get the standard 1/4 chicken.

The service is terrible. I ordered the 1/4 white meat chicken and the chicken was tiny. Then recently I went back and when I got home I realized they left out my platanos maduros...which means that I paid for something that I didnt get. This is the second and the last time they will messed up my order.

This place is simply not good for the price. Pollo Tropical has similar food that is less expensive and tastes better. The beans had no flavor and tastes like they were straight out our of a can. Also, the 3 sauces they offer are all awkward and dont really match the rest of the menu.

Came in for take out at 9:40pm and they refused to let me saying they were close . Clearly its posted on the door they close at 10 .Im sure 20 min was more than enough time to service me , customer satisfaction must not be very important here !!

Drive Thur line is always long and slow. Last few times I have purchased food, it was burnt and portion has been small compared to other locations I have gone to. I no longer plan to purchase any food at this location.

There is food that is good and some that is not. And for the price you can go to better places and get less food but better quality. It doesnt mean that is bad, is is a good restaurant but i have been at better places

Omg the drive-thru should be called "slow-thru" its unacceptable being in line for 25 minutes! Not even in other food chain restaurants do you spend that much! Ridiculous it is definitely a slow paced environment!!

Love this place. I visit once a week. I like the fact the have Russian salad instead of the usual rice n beans of the other lagranjas. Highly recommended and always packed with means the food is great

We come today, and they tell us just to go, 20 minutes before close, and they say we dont have the chicken . Bad service, and they close the doors after we leave , 9:45... ?.....
