Unfortunately I cant provide a review on the food but I can say you shouldnt waste a minute of your time here. I ordered my food online (I was told that it would take 20 minutes). Twenty minutes later I arrived, still no food. After waiting nearly 45 minutes in the store, I asked again and they couldnt find my order and it had never been started. The manager offered, without apology, to make the food. I refused to sit for another undefined amount of time, so I asked for a refund. He simply plugged in the numbers, asked the cashier to give me the money, and walked away. Ill never go back and I encourage all readers to stay away. Go to places where they value your money and your patronage. A good manager would have apologized...at least. Its unfortunate since this was my first and last visit.

This was my First time here, giving this establishment a chance, boy was I SURPRISED. The customer service was awesome, staff was very friendly, the place was super clean! I especially enjoyed seeing the staff wiping down tables and cleaning and the added bonus was when 3 people walked in at same time, and another employee jumped to open up another register to take orders! RARE QUALITYS YOU JUST DONT SEE ANYMORE!! I barely eat on this side of town because of the poor food quality and bad customer service!! Like --- lobster and og and so-on.. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK:) EDDIE. WINDERMERE FL.

The management team was terrible. My wings was over cook not enough sauce my fries was burnt. I will never eat their again i do not recommend wing stop to anyone. We spent over 50 dollars my food fell on the ground out the bag because they stuff every thing in one bag i went back to replace it they refuse i ask for my money back they refuse. The employee was awesome but the management was terrible and rude. The wing stop on colonial. Stick with Flyers or if you know of another wing place thats really good please let me know. I have parties once a year and i order the wings.

Ok so the Lemon pepper wings are amazing. Like really amazing. Ive tried many of their other flavors and one flavor I did not like was Parmesan Garlic. They just sprinkled that processed Parmesan cheese on the wings. The price for the 10 piece meal is very reasonable and all the wings are fresh and hot . However what I dont like is it takes forever to get your food even though you call in advance to place an order. Ive been there 3 times and each time the service seems get crazy. Like omg! Please get it together already. I only go back because the wings are good.

I went out to go eat with friends last night. I have never tried Wingstop. I ordered my food. It was all fine the second time, the first time they didnt cook it properly. I went to bed 2 hours later. I woke up at 4 am couldn’t sleep. I start feeling so dizzy, I feel like throwing up. Few mins later I can’t take it anymore so I’ve vomiting nonstop. There is no food quality here! The employees dont care, worse of all the owner doesnt care, all he cares about is being greedy and cutting corners, I honestly hated the experience. No accountability either.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The wings took forever, and were over cooked when they finally came out. It was obvious that the staff working there hate their job. I would understand a little more if it was almost closing time, but we went around 9:00 PM. My coworker complained about the taste too a week later, so I know my terrible experience wasnt just that one time. This is the worse Wing Stop ever. Im mad that it has to be the closest one to home. Go to the Altamonte location. That one deserves all 5 stars.

a great experience - First, I usually order due to convenience in Ocoee, but have been concerned about the cleanliness. I decided to try something new so went to Wingstop on West colonial Dr. I was so impressed with how clean it actually was, unlike a bar serving food. The staff was courteous with a smile and professionalism, and when I got home to enjoy dinner I was equally impressed with the food - yes I will be back - go ahead and try them I think you will be pleased

I would give them a 4 star, but just went the other day (Sunday) and my wings werent as good as they were the first three times Ive gotten them. If youre getting them to go make sure you check your order. The lemon pepper wings are awesome, but as I said if you get them to go, check them first. I got home and they were not cooked to my satisfaction, too rubberry, not crispy (fried hard) like I like them and the dry rub was totally missing.

The service isnt the fastest but thats what I love about this spot everything is cooked to order. They cook your wings the way you want, very nice people and friendly service. The upkeep of the restaurant is good the floors are clean tables too. Restrooms well keep up. This is Z nice place to stop in a grab something to eat, dine in or order to go and you can order online with the wing spot app.

This is my third trip to this location. I ordered Lemon Pepper each time, however they must be saving the seasoning for the next customer. Each time I barely had any l.p. on my wings. I am now going back to my original wing place, Flyers. To make matters worse, I called before in and made it clear that I wanted heavy l.p. so I guess they have it measured out. This is a deal breaker for me.

I love it, lemon pepper is my favorite ever, I am Happy that I finally have one location close to me. Just one thing, everytime I order, my wings are sit down in a pool of oil, wich ruins everything, it gets messy and gets the wings saggy.I knew about wingstop in Miami and that never happened when I odered there, are you doing something different??. Please fix it! Love you all <3

One of the better wing spots in Orlando. All the wings and fries are cooked to order, so unless you order ahead, you will be face with a minimum 10 minute wait time. Which really goes by quickly. They dont offer a huge menu like other chains, but what they do offer is excellent! The service has always been good, kudos to Valeria who has served me twice and has been great.

Ugh these people at this place with there extremely poor customer service skills. The internet has more knowledge then so called associates. First i call to confirm my order and am placed on hold longer then 7 minutes then. Once i get my food. The veggies are so wet like they literally rinsed them in the bag so by the time i get my order to the car the bag is falling apart

I can appreciate that the food is cooked to order and takes time but their food is horrible. We ordered 20 boneless chicken at 8:06p and our food wasnt called ready until 8:48p. Then the chicken was lightly warm not even hot. Everything was way to salty and this place is so expensive for what you get. I expected more then this. I would not recommend this place at all.
