Service was good food came out at a decent time .. but the management was just horrible and it wasnt the first time either !!!!!! Me and my family eat here a couple times a month and not once have we had any good experience with the management! There communication skills are just out of wack .. the blond headed manger always looks like shes on drugs, not the best idea of making her the general manager as of what I heard!!! I never feel the need to make a statement but last time we ate her I couldnt help but share .. she talks to her employees like there stupid .. no communication what so ever, they all walk around and complain about the restaurant but dont do anything to make it any better ! We came in one day it was very busy and not once did I see a manger help the poor lady, just yell at her about cleaning her tables but obviously shes running around trying to do her best at giving good service .. another day same manger with brown hair yelling at an employee in the bar about side work cussing at her and not to mention guest are still in the building! Just unprofessional .. the servers are not the problem the management is !!!! I hate to say it cause I love Buffalo Wild Wings but I can see this restaurant going out of business if you do not get new management! Not only do the servers have a part in making the restaurant a place to want to come back too but the mangers do too! & the management staff there now isnt doing a very good job at it .

I have an order every Tuesday for wings to go. Ashley at the counter took my order over the phone. All was good till I arrived 20 min later to be told that there were no wings left. The assistent manager Josh came out of a room and began to tell me that they had called the phone company to get my number. well that was the first lie. he then told me they had boneless wings to which I agreed to. So off he went to put the order in. Ashley came up to me to inform me that the wings were going to be another 20 min. So I said Okay Ill have a beer while waiting, This is when I met Annette. She shouted across the bar to me what do you want nodding her head up and down. She had a scowel on her face and I said a smile would be nice, It was at this point she shouted across the bar to "GET OUT" and that she would not serve me. At this point Ive had enough and leave. This is such dissapointing service and even while I was leaving the manager asked if everythig was OK I explained to him what had happened and he said he could not tell her serve me a beer as it would cause him problems from her....WOW that blew my mind. Who is running the place. Shame on YOU ANNETTE and JOSH for this lack of service..................Ashley had very polite manners...I am retired Law enforcement and Army 4 years. SHAME SHAME SHAME ON YOU..... Visited October 2014

This will be an unconventional review. This is my restaurant. I just took over as regional manager a couple months ago. This is a great brand and I saw a great opportunity to turn this place around. Weve hired some new people. We worked real hard to get out the bad elements that were there and some still seem to remain sometimes, but as I read some of the bad reviews were written mostly before I got there and saw one by a disgruntledemployee that was there when I took over. I had to comment. Buffalo wild wings is a great brand and we do our best to serve great food and we are busting our hump to try to win back Naples customers. There are no drugs being sold there that I know of. The people that are there are trying real hard in a bad situation they were put into. If you come in and try our food you tell me personally how I can help make it better and I will do my best to make you happy. Ive been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years and I devote my life and my efforts to making it better. Give us a try, my name is Kelley and you can find me at our restaurants. All of the negative reviews are true. I am a former employee of this franchise. The staff here could really care less as to what is going on. The food takes way to long especially considering the restaurant concept. If the name wings is in your name you should have them ready. The managers here are a bunch of idiots. All they do is hire their family and friends. The place is not customer friendly. It is really sad how poorly managed this place is. Seriously to upper management you should terminate the entire staff shut the place down for a week and train the staff. The servers are treated horrible they portion food clean bathrooms do dishes for what server wage? I quit on a Sunday a day you think they would be busy. Best decision I ever made. I never give up on anything but in all honesty there is no hope for this sad excuse of an establishment. It is more a hang out for the staff than anything.

Ran into district rep about 5 weeks ago and let him know how crappy this location was.He let me know they were working on things so we decided to give them another shot a choice we totally regret.Although it was only about a quarter full it took 45 min to get a burger and pub chips thankfully the cook chose not to cook it all the way or it might have taken twice as long and the whole thing might have tasted like chewing an old tire.Its a shame cause most of front of house employees are nice just improperly trained by a completely incompetent management staff but the kitchen staff is another story .The good is inconsistent and awful .Oh and back to the management how does it take 40 minutes to an hour to get the four oclock games on when there are no more one oclock games playing in a ducking sports bar.

I decided to take the new manager up on his post about making positive changes to the staff and customer perception.. I have been here many times and now must agree that things seem to be improving in Naples.. The bartenders, Ashlyn and Jazmine were always in sight and seemed very conscientious and friendly.. Both girls were able to get drinks, food and TVs upon request.. Kenny, the waiter, goes above and beyond, team player..Maybe thats the improvement.. Feels like the staff is working together.. Had a nice Sunday watching PGA, NBA and NHL..The background music even sounded more upbeat..Give the place a look or a second look if you had been there before.. Always had the best draft beer and prices in town.

Received a chicken sammich.... only 27.5% cooked but the onion rings were delicious... they take my basket and all an my delightful onion rings. To replace it with an overcooked old burger with replacement near frozen fries the manager assured me I would have a "stunning" burger.... boy was he a liar! 28 minutes later we got my horrible excuse for a meat product waited another 15 mins for my food to reach near room temperature to recieve our check and left extremely dissapointed and robbed of a meal and an hour and a half of my life. Thanks buffalo wild wings for the thorough dissapointment of a meal and evening!
