Completely underwhelmed. Ordered boneless wings combo and was able to pick 4 different flavors. Do not try: medium, teriyaki, bourbon BBQ, and lemon pepper. Teriyaki tasted like cleaning supplies, medium was not good (chicken was hard due to being frozen and not thawed). Lemon pepper was soaking in straight butter, which made it impossible to eat. And at that rate, I purposely ignored the BBQ because of how disappointed I was in the previous flavors. Overall this place was garbage. The fries were awful and soggy as well. I would avoid this place at all cost. They also had Steve Wilkos show blasting in the background whilst the cashiers tried to enter in our order (a process that took 20 minutes but should have been 5).

Poor. Came here once again and an order was placed online get there to pay for it no order. Then reorser food and online order came in had ro spend 10 minutes working out the order meanwhile was on a lunch brek and none of the food was cooking. Finally got order correct then cashier at front break has a smart mouth and says tell her not to order for you next time. Excuse me has i not wasted time correcting my order I would of cancelled the whole order. Then as i leave put and come back in the cashier and manger are back by the fryer apparently talking about me smh terrible 2nd time I wouldnt recommend this place to nobody. And after 20 minutes Im still waiting on food.

So Im not jumping the gun here. I had a terrible first experience and decided I would try again. I just picked up my fourth order and they did it again. I order 50 various wings. They forgot 10 BBQ wings in my order. Fries were cold and soggy. I had to wait 10 extra minutes for some boneless wings they forgot to drop. They stuff your bag and staple it shut, hoping you wont check. The staff is terrible. I asked to talk to the manager. Spoiler alert. Their isnt one...

29 minutes from order to table. Seen 3 people ask for thier order to be refunded as it was taking so long. This is not a quick stop and get something for lunch place. Then when I got my wings and fries, they were horrible. Wings were way over cooked and the friea had so much seasoning you could not eat them. Thanks for the cold fountain soda, thata about the only thing you got going for you. I dont recomend.

None of these negative reviews mention how DEE-LICIOUS their food is. Every joint has growing pains when they open, hello! I ordered fries and extra well done wings (2 different flavors) to pick up. It was ready right when they said it would be and packaged perfectly to prevent sogginess. Good food, good value. Peace out!

I called 4 times today to place order like I always do. The phone rings until it goes to general mail box. I finally get threw and they put me on hold and never came back. I called again and still no answer this is 6 times now. The food is always good I dont want to stop coming here please hire more staff.

Ordered 10 wings got 9. Horrible customer service. They definitely need better management on site. I think with proper training in customer service and time management they could really do something. They didnt even have a trash can inside for customers to throw things away

" The Wing Experts" they are not joking. I had Hawaiian and there hickory BBQ. The Hawaiian was superb flavor...Omg awesome. BBQ is a little too thick but still awesome place and the people working are very professional and courteous.

The flavors are great and wait time is minimal. I dont like the fact that there is no trash can available for dine in customers. But I love the fact that we dont have to go to Miami for Wingstop anymore.
