I went to the restaurant at the recommendation of a co-worker. They peaked my interest because they have Sesame Chicken, which is one of my favorites!!!!! I went there today for lunch and was greatly disappointed. First when I called in my order they kept messing up my order, so I made sure to repeat myself and have them repeat my order a few times. When I arrived to get my food I was taken back by the appearance of the facility. My hope was that this was a situation where the food more than makes up for the outward appearance. I was greated by the counter person who read by my order, and wouldnt you know, IT WAS WRONG. After I went over it with her on the phone she still got it wrong and had the nerve to charge me extra for something that I did not even order or want. After arriving back at work I sat down to eat and I wanted my food to taste as good as it smelled, because it smelled delicious. Yet again DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The food did not taste good out of the 3 things that I got, I liked NONE OF THEM. I will never be eating there again.

I tried it the other day and it was very good. I have bben going to the same restaurant for the last 7 years so i decided to try something different. So i tried new joy and i can say is by far the best chinese restaurant in the area. They give you alot of food ! I will visit them again soon !

Every since they moved to the hill.The foods gone down in flavor,more rice then real food when ordering a complete meal..Little to no flavor.Used to be my go to place but I now go to China house in Westfield.Better food.Best around & they deliver into surrounding towns..

I love this place. The owner is humble. The food is made with love. My family and I have been going there for over 6 years. Just be patient with the wife (language barrier) <-- super sweet person. Overall, my favorite Chinese spot!

Need to change carpets...or invest on flooring/ remodel... Need better uniforms...cant tell if aprons that they wear are actually clean or dirty....food is good.

Very good food. I had pork fried rice it was delicious. There was nice big chunks of pork in the rice. The chicken wings area good too. Nice portions.

This is the only place I enjoy for Chinese in West Side. The Crab Rangoon is very good as well as the chicken. The portions are good as well.

Ive been going to Joy Wah for fifteen years. I love their egg rolls and their letter C is a great deal. The best in Westside.
