The manager with the grey hair is a complete control freak. Would not change the temperature when many people complained it was too cold. Wouldnt show the PPV THEY pay for on all TVs like they normally do but for some reason wanted to lie and say they dont do that. They even lied and said the PPV had not started yet when I knew for a fact it had. Treated me and others like we had no say. Customer service is a joke!!! Waitresses are normally good so I tip them well but this place is going down hill fast. Wings sometimes come out cold and no where near fresh. What a big F you to the regular customers who always show up to be disappointed.

Food is good but overpriced. This place is for the younger crowd, very loud, enthusiastic atmosphere, if you are into that then you will love it here. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My son always wants to go here for his birthday so I endure the noise, which is understandable being it is a sports bar and grill. lol

I love the Spicy Garlic. Not a great experience though this time. Came in just before happy hour ended, and had to fight for the happy hour deal. Finally got it. The friendliness improved as time went on though.

Service is terrible. Servers not paying attention and on their phones. Wings are almost always room temperature at best. Servers rush you out by bringing the check before even asking if you need anything else.

The hours for this location are wrong. Its listed as being closed at noon or 2 PM. This location is open from 11 am to midnight on Sunday thru Thursday, and 11 am to 2 am on Friday & Saturday.

Sometimes we forget about this place because of its location. Its a newer BW3s and the food is consistent with the rest of the chains. The trivia and TVs make for a more entertaining meal.
