First let me start by saying my experience was horrible! It is absolutely ridiculous that you cant substitute fried for onion rings in the sampler. I have been waiting about an hour for my food and when it can put it was wrong. By the time they got it right everyone else was ready to go. The waitress was no where to be found the entire time I had to wait for my food. But she was ready for me to pay so she could go home. This is not my idea of good customer service. The only reason I have one star is because when I did get my food it was good.

Way less than half full, 30 minutes between each visit by staff. Here an hour and a half at this point and havent received our food. Update: After getting our food, expressing our disappointment with the service, asking if a manager was aware of our two hour visit, the server promised to"Really Make It Better". No manager ever came to check on us, and our server took $2 off a $50 tab. Sad thing is, our daughter was making this be a weekly thing for us, and now we wont go back.

Long wait as always, as well as bad service. Wing after an extremely long wait came out cold, all the food did. But wing came coated with extra spicy rub when we asked for light sauce. Husbands which was a dry rub came out with a weird wet sauce. Complained to waiter who said,"Sorry bout that" then walked off. Never eat at this bdubs again!

Really like the chain but this one needs help, got hot wings and they were not hot come to find out they were out of sauce do they concocted something, ask why they didnt open a bottle from front counter but no competent reply, think Travis needs to be here 24 7 , very nice guy and gets things done.

My boyfriend and his brother have frequented this place so much that they never wait for a table and always get great service. Aside from being packed on fight nights, Ive never had a bad experience here! I drive past the Nitro one to go here because everything is better. Food & service!

When getting take out you need to know what you want because the take out lady was short didnt want to answer my questions or even let me tell her it would be more than ten minutes to get my food. Everyone was friendly when I got there and other than cold food it was okay

Ive been to this location twice and both times I have never even received service. I just stood there while multiple servers and managers saw me and never acknowledged me. I left both times and plan on it being on the last time I visit this location

Ive given this place a try 3 times and the service has taken forever every time. Wings are good though. Would recommend going to Cross Lanes location instead much better service.

Went to buffalo wild wings for the first time and ordered the Jack daddy. Best burger Ive ever had hands down. Staff was extremely friendly and restaurant was very clean.
