I love Chipotle, and was so disappointed in the service and quality of food I got at this particular location. When I entered the restaurant, the line was wrapped to the door, which is normal to see at any Chipotle during lunch or dinner hours. Due to my previous good experience at other locations, I knew that the line would move quickly and I would have my food in 10 minutes. Boy was I wrong. 35 minutes later, I got to the first guy who was doing the wraps, setting up the meal. From observing him while in line, he was joking around, and not being quick or efficient, thus creating a bottleneck. Next was the middle guy, who kept running off somewhere into the kitchen every minute or so, so the meals were stuck in the middle. from the time I got to the first guy, it took another 5 minutes to finish the burrito, and have it ready for check out. At this point, I as well as pretty much everyone in line in front and behind me were visible irritated and everyone was talking about what a circus this was. It honestly looked like some kind of night crew you would see at a McRestaurant. The counter was a mess with food scattered all over the place, and there was a clear lack or organization or management going on at this location. Once I finally got my food, 40 minutes after I got in line, I went to sit down at at table. I was not really surprised to find the sitting floor a mess with trash and food scattered everywhere, so noone appeared to be cleaning up. This was my worst Chipotle experience by far. I usually come to Chipotle because its quick, you get great food, and its a simple process. I was half expecting to get food poisoning after eating at this location after seeing the appearance of the counters/how the food was handled. Firtunately I didnt. I dont think I will be wasting my time or temping fate with food poisoning and eating at this location anymore. Management, please take notice, you will be losing customers just because you seem to have hired a joker crew.

I placed an order online and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 5 minutes early and still had to wait in line with everyone else for 15 more minutes. Finally got home with my food and realized both orders were wrong. One had white rice instead of brown plus added onions and peppers I did not ask for. The second had white rice as well instead of half and half and was missing the salsa. Called the store and they said to come right in and theyll fix it but when I got there I had to wait in line with everyone else (again) for 15 MORE minutes. The food was amazing (once it was done right) but I wasted almost an hour of my time before I actually got to enjoy it. Whats the point of ordering online if you still have to wait in the store like everyone else? Especially if its going to be wrong. Will not be returning to this location.

Absolutely horrible service! The Sunday afternoon staff today was nasty, had bad attitudes, and no customer service focus. I placed online order on a Sunday afternoon, when I got to this location (3 minutes before the due time), my order was still on the wall. I asked them to pls get the order going and all three female employees on the line ignored me. I asked again and the order was placed on the working table, still unattended. They proceeded to take 6 orders from the line of customers standing with no regard for my online order. When I told them the order was now late and I wanted my $ back and would post a bad review on Google, they began to work on my order. All three staff females put chipotles level of service to shame! For the franchise manager reading this, its Sunday 9/11 at 5:30pm so you know who was working the line.

We usually try to go to the Chipotle in casselberry and avoid this one because its never a great experience. We love Chipotle and as a family of 6 we eat it at least once a week. However, this location is usually lacking in one way or another. Today, my husband asked for extra fajita..Didnt get it...They missed the salsas he asked for...And at the end he asked for 2 dressings since none were sent down and got one...The customer service is OK..But is always less friendly than other locations. Last time we came here they were completely out of forks.. kinda crazy. I wish they would get it together better because this location is ideal to where we live and we enjoy the outdoor seating!

Did not appreciate the attitude of some of the employees here! The night I went there the employee that adds the grain and protein was really lacking, he literally but 5 bell peppers from the veggie dish on my bowl and thought it was acceptable. When I asked for more he only gave me 3 more, it took 3 times of asking him to add more and informing him that Im going to pay extra for this that he finally understood, but then forgot to add chicken. Thankfully the manager was behind the counter at the time and was able to make my bowl!

I cant eat most of their foods or else my whole entire system will suffer. Strangely, if I order anything with meat here I suffer big time. I have been here my fair share of 5 times and this one 4 times and another one being the fifth both places have done the same to me. The saving grace was one of their employees who was overwhelmingly nice. She was such a saint! I hope no one gives her nay trouble, if only I had asked for her name, the very last time I went there...she is the saving 2nd star.

I have never had service this bad in any other Chipotle location... I waited 30 minutes in line for a bowl with undercooked rice. My fiancé was told that chorizo would be up in "a minute" and waited 15 extra minutes on top of the 30 we spent in line. I told the cashier the same thing three times only to be ignored. Worst part of it is: today is my birthday. Drive the extra couple miles to a different location and spare yourself the trouble.

Most crappy chipotle my husband and I have ever been to! Im starving so yes I took my meal home. I guess Ill have to add my own lettuce. How does a Mexican Grill run out of lettuce I asked... Reply... Well we had 3 people call out. WTH dude? What does your employees calling out have to do with you running out of lettuce! This was my first and last experience here... Oh Ntm the ceiling was leaking on my husband and I. We got up and left.

This Chipotle is poorly managed. After placing orders at this location on two occasions for multiple people, each order was incorrect. The manager, Shiloh, is ill experienced and provided the worst customer service experince I have had a restaurant. When I called to speak to him, he stated that he was too busy and would call back, however, he never took a name or number. Needless to say, I have not received a call back.

Giving up on this location. It used to be great, now the last 5 or so times Ive been its been horrible. The employees cant roll burritos without dropping half the fillings everywhere or breaking the tortilla 500 times, theyre out of guac often among other things, and it takes them ages to get it sorted. Im really not usually one to complain, but here I am writing a review. Id go to any other location- worth the drive.
