Please note that I have never been the biggest fan of IHOP, however the quality of service and food that our party of five received on Saturday has me awaiting my next return and longing for a stack of Red Velvet Pancakes. We were quickly seated, at a clean and fully stocked table in a clean dining room as should be expected everywhere. Our server who introduced herself as Keida/Keeta went straight to work assuring that we had the best of everything. Our drinks were on point and refilled without asking, we each enjoyed every bite of our meals and the level of service we received could rival that of any five-star restaurant!!!! As someone with OCD who enjoys dining out and who values customer service I thought it only RIGHT, that I WRITE about such an awesome experience at IHOP!!!!! Thanx Keeda/Keeta from your party of five with all the sticky bun waffles!!!

Our server was polite and cheerful at the beginning. That was the only pleasant part of our visit. Once we ordered we scarcely saw our server. Our drinks were correct but incomplete and took a while for everyone to get what they ordered. When the food arrived one of the orders, a mega mushroom burger -tomato, with season fries, was a bacon burger with regular fries. To correct the problem, saucers of fry seasoning and mushrooms were presented instead of a fresh cooked entre. It had been about 30 minutes so the burger was already cold. Another order was french toast, though there was not any normal syrup. Regular syrup was requested but it never arrived. Hungry, I eventually ate the french toast with blueberry and it was not enjoyable. When we received our check, the burger was removed but it hardly makes up for the very negative experience.

Customer service here is horrible, and thats from the management. I ordered take out. It was a very busy Sunday morning. They only had one person working the register. She was doing her best to keep things together and in order. Management came up to help her and made it worse. His attitude towards customers was rude. He laughed at customers who were frustrated over waiting an hour plus for food. I watched customers come in after I did, sit down easy and leave. Oh and I forgot to mention I called my order in. I am standing waiting as I type. I called my order in at 10:33am and its 11:24 am. Im still waiting.

Physically Disability vs ignorant disability. Upon entering the restaurant and approaching the stand to be seated, the young female wait-staffers(3) turned their backs to us. The manager had to come from the back to seat us. He asked the girl if she would do a table and she said "no" without turning. Fortunately a young male waiter waited on us and was very polite and courteous and treated us with dignity. The restaurant was not crowded so Im not sure what reason the can us as an excuse except that we didnt look like them.

This IHOP stays crowded, I went on a Saturday just as they opened. A few minutes later a line was forming. On a Tuesday morning, I just happened to be offer that day, I ordered an omelet to go. Again just after opening, the place was packed with kids in uniforms. Im not sure why these kids werent in school, but they made it standing room only. That being said... they have pancakes. Fluffy, golden pancakes. Mmmmm...pancakes.

Depending on the time of month you go, it can be loud and annoying. My best friend and I went around 11pm hoping to avoid a crowd a we succeed. There was a group of maybe six there and they were unbelievably loud. You would have thought ihop was serving alcohol. The staff did address the noise or the patrons running around the restaurant or laying across tables. "Yes these were adults" cant say we will visit again or not.

I wish I read these reviews before I decided to visit this place. Our server was pretty good, but it does not take an hour to get breakfast food when there is only 12-15 other patrons dining within this facility. As another reviewer stated this place needs to be closed down, and based off the reviews and my personal experience, I agree. I have also filed a complaint with corporate via the IHOP website.

There was hair in my omelet! Do I need to say anymore? The cooks took so long to cook our food & the food was under-cooked it. In addition to getting my order wrong, the place was unsanitary and the atmosphere was sloppy. The servers were lazy and rude. I will never go back even though our waiter was excellent, this IHOP on 2990 Donnell Drive Forestville/District Heights was a disgrace!

Definitely not the best experience we waited about an hour for our food and I watched one of the women preparing the food eat off my plate continuously. Another group just ended up leaving because there food took long too. Also the server kept disappearing; we didnt get our utensils so we had to ask another server for them. Id recommend going somewhere else or BE CAUTIOUS!

Floors, tables and bathroom unclean. Silverware under the tables. No greeter at front door or register. Everything we ordered, they didnt have. Down to the orange juice. Very sad to be an establishment that never has nothing you asked for. The manager needs to be fired for poor ordering of products and allowing staff to stand around while the place falls a part.

Outstanding. From my entrance and greeting by Danielle to my superb service by Devon at the Forestville location. The establishment is exceptionally clean and all of the staff were courteous and so polite to all of the customers. We had a handicap person with us and they went above and beyond to ensure that she was seated comfortably.

Management is the worst not enough staff. Third time I had to wait thing time to be seated during the day and wait for my food I have been waiting for 20 minutes for my food. Management should be taking the orders when they are slow. This is the last time here. The Greenbelt one is 100% better.

This ihop always has awful service (gave it 3 chances). No one greets you, no one talks to you, and eventually we just leave. The staff seems like they really hate their job/being there in general. Not my favorite international house of pancakes. Wont be going back.

Service was amazing. Food did not come out hot. Pancakes were warm, almost cool. Chicken fried steak was warm along with the home fries or hash browns. Over all, I have experienced better at this location. But was not impressed today. Please do better next time.

Always slow toom forever to be seated and when server came we order and 10 minutes later she comes back saying they ran out of chicken... 3 people came behind us n got there food first before us...until finally arrive it was all cold and not enjoyable

The waitress are lazy standing around they take for ever to cook my food but when it finally came out it was decent nothing special dirty floors moves slowly cold food rarely but there is one bust boy who knows what he is doing great job to him
