So disappointed in BJs in Clermont! Bought ice cream that i saw on sale when a went self check out saw that the register was not discounting that product. So I proceeded to call the clerk who made a snotty remark about me talking away from her face....excuse me? I was looking at the register! When i explained she just checked with her conputer and said it wasnt reduced. I read the sign...you would think she would send someone to check like any decent store....NO. I left the store but on my way home I called the manager, she was useless too, after telling her my story, youd think she would ask me what can I do to make your experience better. NO....she just said she would check the price and talk to her employee about he rudeness. Now did that make me change my opinion about BJ s? NO Id rather drive to COSTCO or shop at Publix where they know how to treat and keep a client!

It small, a bit more expensive and lacks selection...but if you live in Clermont its closest shopping club to you. Its about 1/2 to 3/4 of the size of the Sams club and/or Costco by the Florida mall. As such, it lacks selection. At Costco, I can always find more varieties and generally better quality fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, meat, etc. Today, I could buy pears, kiwis, cara cara oranges at Costco but not BJs since they dont stock it. Additionally, BJs offers USDA select meat for the SAME PRICE that Costco offers the better quality USDA choice (USDA select is the lowest quality, followed by choice and then prime). Of course, Costco also stocks USDA prime which goes to the limited selection that BJs has.

Cool place to shop, my only complaint is with the meat department. Those butchers are straight d*cks! God forbid if you need something cut or have a question they act as if you are disturbing them! I had one guy tell me to hurry up because he was about to get off! I left my selection right there and went to Publix. Theyre just so damn moody and grouchy! Come on BJs you really need to do something about that. Oh and the women in the deli are right behind them. If you all hate your jobs so damn bad why dont you just QUIT!!

disappointed this visit, not only do they keep moving the coupon booklets to different places but today they were out. I went in to buy a full size mattress. I didnt see any of the ones on display, in stock. Then upon leaving ,the alarm went off for a pair of fit/over sunglasses that I purchased. Then I had to wait a while until they found it on the receipt geeesh! Really? I just spent $800 ..u think Im gonna steel some cheap sunglasses...Wondering if I should of paid the 100$ I just paid to renew my membership :/

BEWARE DONT BUY IN THAT STORE SPECIALLY WHEN YOU BUY PROPANE GAS GO TO MILENIA MALL OR TO AN OTHER PROPANE STATION I HAVE FILL A 30LB AT MILLENIA MALL AT $16.32 AT CLERMONT IS $20.03 ALSO THEY ARE RIPPING YOU OFF CAUSE HAVE WAY THRU THE FILLING PROCESS THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO RELEACE A VALVE WITH A SCREW DRIVER AND LET AIR OUT SO THAT YOU GET YOUR MONEY WORTH.THEY HAVE KIDS WORKING THERE THAT ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAIN

Little understaffed ask for help twice because Im disabled to have two buggies of products carried to my car I can do one I couldnt do them both asked and we waited 15 minutes for one and we had the guy at the door ask again for 15 minutes finally ended up pulling them out to the parking lot in myself but the store was clean as always the testers are a little pushy when it comes to their product thats it

My only complaint is the checkout line. There will be 3 or 4 open registers stacked 5 to 10 customers deep and the staff including the managers will stand around and watch. When i shop at Costco, they have almost every register open quickly expediting the customers in the checkout line. Good prices. Gas prices are the best at BJs. Friendly staff at the deli. Overall good experience.

We go to BJs once a month to load up on a lot of our food and house hold needs. Great place to do one stop shopping if you are willing to buy in bulk like we do. They also give you cash rewards for shopping with them. We still have to go to Publix or another store for some items but you can get almost everything you need here!! Love it

Dont buy the BJs brand AA batteries in the silver, blue and black wrapping they are JUNK out of 48 pack 3/4s of them have leaked and I keep them in a cool Air conditioned house. Leaked in some of my equipment also. They where not old or anywhere near the use by date. BEWARE !! I would give them zero stars if I could.

Excellent gas station! Have been coming here for years and they always have been the cheapest! Great customer service and there is always a young man always willing to help me pump my gas every time. Overall, great gas, great savings, great customer service!
