Worst Chipotle ever!!! The only people that enjoy this place are the Employees every time i go to this specific location the employees are joking around with each other and i have to repeat what i want multiple times cause of the lack of leadership on this place!! this is the only Chipotle that i go and get horrible service. the previous time i went to this CHUKY CHEESE I order a burrito bowl since is my favorite dish but how disappointing i was when i open it and i had SOUP instead!! how can a burrito bowl can be turn into soup but, off the guy at the time off serving me he just poor all the juice of the chicken and the beans inside and then he goes like what sup with the face you dont like it!! WOW really!! today i went and to my surprise off course while all the shenanigans where going around i only was serve half off spoon for inheriting!!!!! and to my surprise Chipotle Raise their prices really with this shitty service and half of i regular get when i visit other location!!! I HOPE THIS CHIPOTLE CLOSE SOON!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE it worth it driving to another Chipotle if you like their food!!

Tonight when I was in line waiting for order to be taken I noticed something about the workers. It was pretty busy but the line was moving along very smoothly.This made me watch the crew and thats when I figured out why. They had the art of team work down pat. They were not working alone they were helping each other and everyone was aware of the production line at the same time providing perfect and pleasant customer service to the clientel. They were smiling and moving around one another in step with each other. As a person with food handling experience I also give them all Bravotes Zulu for there expert safety and sanitation talents. Great team and credit to their manager too because they reflect of ofher. Id eat there again even if I didnt love the food.

I was there about 2 weeks ago, so its very recent. It was approximately 930 so it was about to be closing time. By that time they had stopped cooking and were cleaning their work stations. And as Im in line, I see a worker get up on a counter next to the stove. Standing on it with his shoes, no protection, his DIRTY SHOES. WHERE THEY PREPARE THE FOOD WE EAT. THE FOOD WE PUT INTO OUR MOUTHS AND SWALLOW AND WELCOME INTO OUR BODY. he was doing this to remove the vent covers or something above the stove which Im sure is part of his job. However, as a food establishment, I would really like to think that they would have some other regulation in place to do that. (LIKE A LADDER MAYBE? OR EVEN SHOE PROTECTORS AT THE VERY LEAST!) like come on???????

Worst Chipotle service I have ever had. 10 employees working and yet had to wait 20 mins at the front of line to ordered. I was the o lay person in line when I got to the front after waiting the 20 mins to order the line was out the door. Then had to wait 10 mins while food is getting cold to pay. The manager on duty was worthless and obviously doesnt know how to run a crew of employees. Or service her customers. Steak was over cook to top it off. Would never come to this Apopka location ever.

Of every chipotle, this one is the worst. They have 10 employees, 8 people in line and it takes 30-35 min to get to the front only to find out they are out of an ingredient almost every time Ive been in. I waited 40 mins to get up to the front to find out they were out of white rice and it would be ready in 20 min? Really? The staff didnt see the 15 other people walk in and decided they would wait until the last minute to start preparing food. Never coming here again. Waste of time.

Horrible service. Line is always long and moving slow... very slow... hence the long line. I used to think it would be fixed by getting more help or better management. Obviously they dont care. Its been like this a long time... since they opened. I leave several times a week without going in because of the line. Soon I will just stop trying. QDOBA is nearby. I do like the Chipotle food... just this location seems to need a change in personnel.

Their customer service sucks!!! Theyre always rude everytime I go there! Its like some of them dont like their jobs, so they take it out on you. And its really just this chipotle spot where ive experienced this. They also give way smaller portions then any other chipotle ive gone to. Im boycotting this spot! Id rather drive to another chipotle or not have chipotle at all than come here.

Skimpy. I eat at another location several times a week, and they are awesome. Their portions are perfect and the staff is wonderful. This Apopka Chipotle needs to step it up. They charged me for guac and barely put any on there.. the girl even knocked some off her spoon first, and then was rude when I asked for a little more and said shed charge me double. So disappointed.

This is the absolute worst location of this store you ever go to! The staff looks like they havent showered in days and of the three times Ive had to go there they have been out of chicken and I had to wait. They give you a free soda and then every 4 minutes tell you only 2 more minutes for about 20 minutes.

Food is excellent. Prices are a little higher than other quick service restaurants. Staff is usually friendly. This location is a lot less busy than the location closer to the interstate. Thats not to say you wont usually find a line... its just that the line is much shorter.

Every single time i come here i get the worst customer service no one listens to what i want they just put whatever on. I asked for mild and she puts the hottest salsa on my bowl. One guy doesnt even speak english and they charged me for double quac worst chipolte ever.

I went to chipotle tonight after work and ordered food for the family April was very friendly the manger Andreas was very friendly she always smiling she is the reason why I keep coming back her smile alone keeps me coming back she has very very good customer services.

Worst service, i made an online order, i get there and take the food, and i took my bowl out of the bag and they didnt even close it so it spilled on me. They didnt even put a main ingredient so there was barely any food to eat. The cashier was rude.

You get a great amount of food for the price and everything is made fresh and of great quality. I would suggest ordering online because there is usually a long wait line to place your order.

The best food ever! I can eat Chipotle every day! I do recommend ordering online and picking up in the restaurant as this is an extremely busy location with times the line is out the door.
