The three workers making the food were very slow while laughing and chatting. They ran out of black beans, sour cream, and chicken all in the span of time I was in line and I had to wait for my black beans and sour cream for an extra 5 minutes once I got to the front of the line. I also noticed that there were a lot of online orders that were backing up on the wall, and the employees that cared were in a slight panic about it. One of the girls that came up to the front line to help was very friendly, smiled, and apologized for the wait, but in the past when theres been such a long line they usually comp the drink or something, but this time they did not. Highland Square, Hudson, and Wadsworth Chipotles seem to never have these kind of issues in my experience.

The people working there were extremely slow. They ran out of steak, lettuce, and guac, and they didnt even tell the employees working on the food in the back. It took 20 minutes to get to the end of the line, 10 minutes for steak to finally be ready and about five minutes to finally be able to pay for it. They never asked about the Chiptopia rewards card (which was partially my fault for forgetting) and they seem to not care about their customers at all. Overall, the worst experience I have had. I recommend going somewhere nearby, like Wadsworth or Akron. The Cuyahoga Falls location near Howe Ave. is one of the best if you are okay with going out of the way.

The girl with the short hair is always so accomodating, however everyone else who works here is clueless. We were the only people in line and instead of just taking care of us they proceeded to do every online order even after they did all the online orders we were the only ones in line which was over 8 minutes Then we got the last little bits of everything not even full scoops. Then to make matters worse when we were checking out I said we have 2 sides of guac and they only rang us up for one then made us do a completely second transaction for 1 guac that HE FORGOT. I hate going to this location and will drive the extra 10 minutes to highland square

When i am snowboarding down volcanoes all day i need a good meal to keep me goin. I used to have to eat fast food and it would give me a stomach ache...NOT EXTREME! AMIRITE? So thank God Chipotle invented the burrito. It is decently priced, tasty, and higher quality than most fast food. AND IT GOES GREAT WITH MOUNTAIN DEW! AMIRITE?! I give it an Excellent rating! (i would give it an extreme rating if possible)AMIRITE?

Employee didnt hear me when i asked for pinto beans so they gave me black beans (i couldve spoken up for myself but they were swamped and obviously stressed about it. Couldnt wrap any of our burritos properly and even put mine in a bowl instead of double wrapping it. But the food was delicious and it all tasted fresh. I definitely recommend going to a different chipotle location if possible

Stupid people! I told the girl at the cash register that I had $.72 and she looks at me like I speaking Spanish! She said uhhh its to late, ughh continuing to look stupid and said I closed the drawer! I told you before you put the money back! I know its hard math when its 9.72 and you go to give them 10.75, uhh what do you get back a dollar? The line people were cool though!

For some reason this location is routinely far slower than other area locations. It never seems to matter what time of day or day of week, its incredibly slow. Despite this, the food station is usually very dirty and it seems like theyve never had cross-contamination training.

Ordered 4 burritos an hour ago online just got here and they are still "working on my order" it doesnt take that long, i understand its busy but maybe delegate an online order part of the kitchen to stay on top of things because all of your workers look confused

Ive had a better burrito at other Chipotle places. I went a couple times and each time they overcooked the fajitas stuff and loaded me with rice. Its okay. But definitely not as good as other Chipotle places. The people that worked there were super nice, though.

Slowest service of any chipotle Ive been to. Based on reviews and my own experiences the last few months nothing has improved whatsoever. No more dollars will be wasted on the slow service and lackadaisical employees.

I love Chipotle, but this one is an outlier. So slow, few employees, and the process was dragging. Food was good, but the long wait and watching all the confusion really killed it. By the way, I was here at 3PM.
