HANDS DOWN THE WORST SERVICE IVE HAD. Trust me if you go here for dinner, you do not want Tiffany O as your server. We came in at about 6-6:15, she came to the table by saying "Do you want anything to drink?" No introduction, no greeting. Just pure rudeness. After waiting 30 minutes for 2 appetizers, she puts the plates down without saying a single word. We had to walk over to her and ask for silverware and plates because our food was getting cold and she couldnt care less. We waited an additional 45 minutes for our entrees (and dont get me wrong, the food is always amazing) and she never asked us once how everything was. I noticed we never received bread before our meal, in which I asked her why we didnt get any and she laughed and said "Ha, I asked you earlier and you said no!" Trust me I would never say no to free bread, and she shouldnt be asking anyway. Every time Ive been here in the past the server always brings bread without asking at the beginning of the meal. After I asked for a manager, she brought bread to all the other tables so she wouldnt get in trouble by her manager. Nothing was comped off of our bill, and after she swiped our card she gave us no pen to sign the check with. Certainly someone who doesnt belong in the restaurant/hospitality/customer service industry. Im also a server at a restaurant and honestly hate complaining about food/poor service, and understand mistakes happen, however it doesnt give a reason for someone to be BEYOND RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. A waste of $65 and a long 2 hours. My family and I have been to Cheesecake Factorys in Danbury, Trumbull, and Las Vegas for years and this is our worst experience yet. There are other people in this world looking for a job that would work ten times harder, would be more personable, and would be passionate about their job. Tiffany should be replaced.

First of all, I wish I had gone somewhere else. If youre planning to come with a large group, be ready to have your friends and family waiting for hours for a seat. Yes, they dont take reservations in advance as any other decent restaurant would do and, to top it up, they give your table to somebody else. Oh yes, they said they texted me when my table was ready, but they didnt. when I proved them wrong, they just said "Im sorry", but then the mess was already made and they couldnt fix it. Ok, after two hours they found a place for us. The children were already sleepy, hungry and consequently cranky. A nightmare. We got there at 7pm and were seating only after 9. The manager was nice enough to give us free appetizers to try to make up for their roll of mistakes, but unfortunately that didnt make my feelings about the place change. The drinks were too small for the price and the food was not as expected. For the price we paid for a dinner (about $45/person) we shouldve gone to Olive Garden. The meals are not served with soup or salad, which is a rule for any good restaurant. Even if I order any pizza place for a delivery of pasta, theyll send me a small salad. The waitresses were very nice and tried their best. We tipped her well. The cheesecake though was wonderful!! They should have stayed with the idea of only serving cheesecake and leave the restaurant thing to the professionals of the area. Really, Im not going there anymore. Better head to Fridays or Ninety Nine, spend less and have more satisfaction.

First off the complimentary bread was not given waiter said he forgot didnt apologize, we ordered and the 2 tables after us got rhere food first, after 50 min of waiting and asking the waiter wheres our order he says theyre bringing it out now, it came out less than room temperature, bottom line is that he forgot about our order and gave it to us less than room temp. We were comped a free cheese cake , which from reading the reviews is what they offer. For the people at corporate cheesecake company, just FYI u should listen to reviews but I know they will not do anything about it cause bottom line is quantity not quality ,very disappointed in this restaurant, hopefully corporate will read this review and do something about it, but I really doubt it, Cheesecake factory is serving cold food and not even caring about it was very disgusted with the restaurant, lets see if corporate does something , bet they dont. I was so disappointed that I had to write this long review. Beware of service and food temp there

Wish i can leave 0 stars. My girlfriend and I are currently at cheesecake factory in the mall. Service is absolutely terrible!!! Walked in asked for a table for 2 the host told us 15 minutes (no problem) 20 minutes goes by nothing.... 25 minutes later I have to go up and ask where our table is. The host brought us around the entire restaurant to find us the table and nothing. We ended up going back up to where the host office was waited for another 10 minutes before I had to grab the manager. The manager apologized and looked for a table for us finally after another 5 minutes we sat down. We ordered our drinks and food since we knew what we wanted already and asked for them to bring out the bread. We received our drinks then 12 minutes later our dinner but still no bread. Asked for the bread again didnt come for another 15 minutes by that time we were done with our meal. Didnt even bother ordering desert wanted to get out as soon as I can!!

The only good thing today was that the order came out quickly because my friend and I had to catch a bus at 1:15. My friends coffee was served cold, and without a sugar caddy. I had to go to a bus station to get sugar. Couldnt find the waitress anywhere. Another waitress was more attentive to us. My friends flatbread was very good. My fried calamari was very salty (and greasy). I sent it back with another waitress. I asked for marinara sauce, also. Our waitress brought a new order of calamari without the marinara sauce. The calamari was still salty, and the napkin under the calamari was SOAKED with grease.. The marinara sauce didnt help disguise the salt, either. I asked for the manager, Jonathan, he didnt even offer to get me something else, probably because I had a $10.00 coupon. He just apologized. Not good enough. The waitress didnt apologize though. She wasnt a very good waitress I should have ordered cheesecake. .

Decided to give this place another try because we have been to other Cheesecake factories in Florida and North Carolina and the service and food are great. Our first two times at this one were very disappointing especially because we waited a long time for a restaraunt to open near us. We blamed the bad service and food on it being new. But yet again it was was abominable. The food is horrible and there is no care or heart that is put into anything. I really think this place needs a corporate intervention to get it running correctly. Like I said Ive been to many cheesecake factories and this place definitely doesnt meet their usual standards. it turned out again to be a total waste of money and time. Its too bad because mall really needs quality restaurant.
