Overall a very unpleasant experience. The cashier was a somewhat tall, thin girl with blondish brown hair. She was nice and lovely. However, the rest of my time there was not so nice. The guy who was on the grill with dark hair , glasses, and a dark blue shirt was very rude to his coworkers and his hygiene appeared to be horrible. I almost asked if someone else could cook my burger. My food came fast but the fries were soggy and the young man who handed me my bag was very rude. I cant trust eating food there. The patties may be fresh but who cares when the people cooking them are scratching their acne and wiping their nose? I believe he was the General Manager as well. Not going back

I didnt like it because 1) our order was wrong 2) the place was filthy, 3) they masquerade as a great burger place but its nothing more than an EXTREMELY overpriced fast food restaurant, (4 burgers=$35.00+ and thats before any fries or drinks) 4) the staff was very immature and rude. They looked like they were not even in high school yet and acted their ages obviously. (Americas future, god help us) I honestly can keep going but Im sure you got the point. Save your money and sanity go somewhere else to eat. Cooking in peanut oil is obviously overrated and not as healthy as everyone thinks.

Suicide by burgers and fries. Processed American cheese is the only non-meat option. Ridiculously expensive, $17.00 for 1 cheeseburger, 1 hamburger and 2 fries! WTF. Never again. The people are nice and do a great job, its just there is nothing on the menu if you dont want an overpriced ordinary burger. Who cares if their fries are made in peanut oil. PBJ is about as cheap as you can get and 10 times healthier than Five Guys Burgers and Fries.

These guys get a bad rep for being overpriced. Its true that they are more expensive than McDonalds, however they absolutely are very fairly priced for freshly made burgers and fries. When we first moved here, some pros had told us that we had to try "blondies" because its a lot better, according to those sources, however thats absolutely not true. Blondies burgers are obviously frozen, and five guys simply puts out a better fresher product.

The food is always good, but this particular time my burger was ready and I was waiting on a small fry. The burger sat there for about minutes while other burgers came through and were given fries and people who ordered after me were already eating/leaving.

They have gone up in price consistently to the point they have priced me out. Family of 5 with my mother, $88 for just burgers and fries. Sorry, I dont have that kind of money. The burgers and fries are very good but hard to justify the price.

Burgers and dogs and many variations of toppings, made to order, freshly ground beef, hand cut fries cooked in cholesterol free peanut oil, generous portions, often busy. Grab some peanuts, a table, and bring your appetite and your patience.

Best burgers and fries around. Forget Mcds, BK, Wendys etc. 5 guys is the real deal for a quick burger and fries. It isnt gourmet burger, but from fast food places definitely the best tasting burgers. And who doesnt like their fries :)

Love this place, the only thing I dislike is fry portions are shrinking. I remember getting a large and having a large scoop and a large cup of fries.. Youre lucky if you get a full scoop now.. Great burgers great fries period.

Cheeseburger was great, fries even better. But the vanilla milkshake ($4.49) was nothing special, and wayyyyy too small. Didnt see the free peanuts. Restaurant was not very clean, but the food is the story here.

The first time I ate a burger comparable to In N Out (at least till circa 2008-- dont know if ownership change will affect In nOut quality). The fries and burgers are good to go-- two greasy thumbs up!
