Went there tonight with my Fiancee, and wow, not sure how it got good reviews. Between the fact that the workers (which btw look like your typical fast food workers) were unpleasant, the fact that the wings tasted like wings Id get at a Chinese place since they were nice and gooey and fatty. We got the meal for two with 15 (why could that not just add 1 or take one away to make it even?) wings, thing of fries and two drinks. The nice part is that they have the new 100+ flavor coke machine, however the fries were just plain bad. Under cooked, soggy unflavorful fries. Oh yeah, and napkins? Forget it. They only "napkins" they have is a single (as in everyone has to use ONE roll) roll of brown paper towels, the same kind you find in a bathroom, not even nice paper towels like youd find at Gators were you could actually wipe off your hands, no the crappy bathroom style ones that only smear. Expected a lot more from "The Wing Experts" than this, rather have gotten wings from Little Caesars!

I want to like Wingstop, I really do, they used to be so awesome a few years ago, and this location was really convenient to me when they opened. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has taken a dive, not sure if its nationally or just at this location. I got food poisoning at this location, missed 2 days of work. Corporate acknowledged and apologized at least, so there was that, but even on good days, they go way too light on the wing shake even if you ask for extra, the wings are greasy, and not in the good way. Like I said, I dont know if its just here, I can barely stand their chicken anymore. If anyone at corporate reads these and its a national change, please, please go back to doing chicken however you used to do it circa 2010

they have a coke freestyle machine, which was the only good thing about this place, We got Louisiana Dry Rub, which was bland and dry (I dont know if thats how they make all their wings but it was like that for all my flavors). Also got Parmesan Garlic and it looked like they drizzled sauce over it and then dumped a cup and a half of grated parmesan on top. Not a fan. Wings were crispy and fresh though. The kid working behind the register asked me everything twice because he was going from screen to screen on the POS system. I told him exactly what i wanted, sauces and quantity, and he asked me 2 more times what sauces and how many.

Im actually really bummed to see poor reviews. Maybe its a hit and miss type thing. My husband and I tried this for the first time tonight and absolutely loved it. I got bone in wings, half Louisiana rub and half Spicy Korean Q. I absolutely loved the rub, Im a huge ranch fan and I ate my wings without it. Wings were a great size, very moist and flavorful. Korean Q was also awesome. My husband had lemon pepper and mild boneless. The lemon pepper was amazing, super lemony and very rich. Hopefully every trip is as good as this one. Sorry to those with bad experiences. I had no complaints. Will definitely return again.

I looove this spot and their lemon pepper wings make you wanna say "ugh" like Rickey Rosé. I always ask them to fry them well done because I dont like the skin feeling...well.."skinnish" on my tongue..lol. one thing i must say is the fries are really good. However, at this location they need to turn the fryer temp down or something...i dont like my fries undercooked but looking cooked and crispy on the outside. Overall, you cant go wrong if you like wings..better than all the other wing joints...bye Flyers sit down...theres a new Joe in town..its Wing Stop. 4 stars for messing up my fries though.

This wingstop doesnt even deserve one star. The food taste as if it was sitting there for a long time, both wings and fries and the chicken had NO FLAVOR! Im a frequent at wingstop but just not this one so I know how theyre food is supposed to taste and definitely not like this. They need new people in the kitchen that actually know what theyre doing. I wouldnt refer this place to my worst enemy. I would refer the wingstop on East Colonial near Alafaya they open about a month ago and MASTERS their wings already!

The customer service here at this location is terrible. I called and was on hold to place my order for over 10 minutes. Called back they asked me to hold again for another 6 minutes. I called back and let them know I was on hold over 10 min and the female that answered the phone said its nothing she can do about that very rude and hung up in my face!!!! I called back to ask for a manager and she keep placing me on hold! Very disrespectful and rude staff will never spend my money here!!!!

The female managers are extremely rude & verbally abusive. They yell at & humiliate their employees daily. They dont have your back when the customers are being aggressive & verbally abusive. They lose good employees because of their low standards as managers & basic human beings. They could benefit from anger management classes as well as better job training! As for the food: We only like the wings. Everything else sucks... limp fries, bland cole slaw, tangy nacho cheese sauce.

They continuously get my order wrong always giving me lemon pepper wings, then when I let them know i didnt order that flavor they act like its a problem !!! I think im going to stop coming to this location.They had me wait 25mins to cook a new order with the correct flavor, i checked it b4 i left in they gave me drums & flats which i paid 1.00 more for all flats. So all in all i waited damn near an hr just to get the wrong freaking order twice. NEVER AGAIN

I was totally inconvienced. I was not able to place an order due to the fact that I did not have my picture identification to use my DEBIT card. I was told that there was alot of fraud in the Cranes Roost area. Listen, I use my debit card all the time at McDonalds they dont ask for an ID. I could have a fake ID to go with that debit card. It doesnt matter. You need to update your payment system to require a pin number. Youre losing customers.

my first time at any wingstop i ordered 10 mild wings. When i got back to my place i see 10 bbq wings. I figured, whatever. They did taste good. Second i order 10 piece wings, 2 garlic parm, 8 mild. i open the box to check, i get 4 garlic parm and 4 mild. Not only the wrong amount of wings, but the wrong number of each flavor. I mean ive come here only 2 times in my life so far and twice my order was incorrect. As far as the wings go 7/10

Great place for wings… I live right across the street but I never go due to the workers! Had a run-in with one of the managers who was very rude so I requested The store managers number and she was no better she told me I deserve what I got never again will I go to this place and it sucks because I love Wingstop just not the people work for them
