I went for dinner with my mom in law and son. No complaints about the staff, all very friendly. However, I cant say the same about the food quality and bathroom. I ordered chicken fingers and fries for my son , which he spit out the chicken after a few bites. It was stringy so guessing not fresh. We ordered the $10 rack of ribs special, so disappointed, the meat was bland so thats why was slathered in bbq sauce, the Cole slaw had no flavor and my mom in law said hers tasted fishy, eeew. We ordered frozen drinks as well which were decent. We let the waitress know about the food and she was apologetic thankfully. Upon leaving, we use the rest room to find it a mess. Wet Paper towels all over the counter b yet there were none in the dispensers to dry our hands . It smelled awful like the cess pool was backed up. Floors were wet too. My mother in law and I were disgusted and agreed that between the bland food and filthy bathroom, wed never return. Sadly my son said Mommy I dont like this restaurant. Hes right! :(

I had "free appetizer" cards from a previous subpar experience at a different Fridays. I decided to chalk it up to 1 bad experience but when I placed my order from this Fridays they informed me that they were only for $8.00 (please tell me what good Fridays appetizer is only $8.00?) and I could only use 1 instead of both even though I ordered 2 appetizers. The waitress, Amber, must have seen my displeased look and phoned the manager, Pete, to intervene. He quickly apologized, allowed both cards to be used and comped the remaining appetizer balance. The staff at this Fridays clearly cares about their patrons and understands the importance of customer service. Thank you Amber and Pete!

This Fridays near me was open until 12:00 and me and my friends when to the store they told us the bar was open and they were not serving ANY food we were forced to walk to the nearest Applebees in 45 degree weather definitely would not recommend going to her. I have had other experiences with the same fridays and they customer service is terrible they were rude to me and when I came 10 minutes late to a date with friends and ordered they MADE ME pay EXTRA because they thought it was "rushed" do not dine here they are rude to coustmers and will kick you out if they are to lazy to work until closing time.

Fridays is good for a few things: tall and inexpensive cold beers, boneless buffalo chicken wings and burgers. I visited this location after a long day of work, looking for that cold beer and boneless buffalo chicken wings. Adrian was a great server, spunky and helpful, but she was the only server in the bar area, which wasnt packed, but the guests were always requesting something. Despite being super busy, Adrian returned just as we needed refills and suggested great drinks and dishes for our crowd. Thanks for handling our crowd easily and not berating us for having separate checks!

My fiance and I went in on a Wednesday evening for drinks and appetizers after a long day. We were greeted nicely by the host, but once we sat in the bar section no one said anything to us for 15 minutes. Eventually the server for the section came by. I made eye contact and smiled because I thought the wait was over, but he passed us by for the tip on the only other table that had been there with an annoyed look. We left and wont be back. Who wants to take their hard earned money to a place where an employee doesnt care to even greet you? Plus the place is dingy and dusty.

Food is pathetic week old bread on burger, supposedly grilled chicken was at room temperature, flat bread pizza is warm, fresh tap beer is flat ....disgrace to dine-in restaurants and TGIF name. Terrible service from the hostesses. There are four of them hanging out chatting, among themselves without welcoming guests and having drinks. They all seem to act puzzled when a guest stops by the desk for registering their name in queue. The whole restaurant is empty but the guests have to wait for 15mins during 5:30pm on Saturday !!!!

Service was decent food was good. But be careful the waiter tried to steal my credit card. After paying the bill argued with me back and forth that he gave it back to me then spent twenty to thirty minutes pretending to look under tables and chairs. Once I said well let the cops figure it out he pulled it out of his pocket and said it must have accidentally fell in there while he was at the register.

Service wasnt that great at all. Had an empty glass in plain sight for awhile, even after the server came to check on us. Food was def not worth the price. Staff was just standing around while we tried to get someones attention for refills & a to go box. We regretted going over all the other restaurants in that town.

the food was always dry. Jack daniel ribs and the sizzling chicken ... went here 3 times and all the times the food and meat was dry and hard. One time the sizzling chicken had a burnt smell. Not going here again. I rather go to the Fridays at Islandia than here. Complete garbage in food quality.

The service was great and the orders were correct. Its Fridays so Im not sure what you would expect. I can say with the utmost certainty, our experience here was what one should expect from a restaurant chain. We visit here regularly as a result, please keep up the great work staff!

Person who took my name . Told me 15 min. Waiting for 30 min. Asked the person who took my name 5 people who were behind us got seated right away. The girl said . " My bad , l accidentally wiped your name off". And service was really bad . Horrible experience.

We always have a decent experience at this location. So long as its relatively quiet, the service is polite and fast. Plus, we get so much free stuff with the rewards card. Ive probably eaten hundreds of dollars worth of free food this year alone, lol.

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible service!!! Asked if I could order food, and the waitress said "Not Yet"!!! What do you mean " Not yet". I was under the impression that at a restaurant I could order food, but apparently at TGIF, I cant.

Food was pretty standard for a Fridays. However their was a short wait (10-15 mins) in an empty restaurant. Our waitress was incredibly slow and inattentive. Watched her dawdling around the room instead of coming to check on her tables.

Disgusting restautant. Tables were not wiped down. We were seated next to a caution wet floor sign. Had to have our utensils changed twice because there was hardened food left on 3 different sets of utensils. Will never eat here again.

This place had some good vibes until I asked for a refill on my blue razz lemonade and they said it would be right out but I didnt get it. Highly disappointed in the customer service of this restaurant. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone

This location was not to crowded but busy. Still received great customer service from the host to the server. Had a Jack Daniels chicken and added salmen with two sides. Drinks where tasty and I guess Thursdays there are $3 drinks.
