Most racist, unprofessional, obnoxious, arrogant, and worst customer service ever!! I cannot believe my experience here was a waste of time and money!!! Manager here needs to step up the plate and re-train/hire new employees. My family and I were obviously hungry, wanted to eat a meal here. I went into the bar to order, saw no workers on sight but helping other customers at the bar. So I stood there looking for someone to help me, a good 10-25 min. Getting irritated, I walked back to my lane. Couple minutes goes by, I walk back to the bar to order thinking someone will be there to help, boy was I wrong! I stood there like a damn dumbass again asking everyone where can I take food orders, people there gave me broad answers. Again I stood there waiting and waiting!! Keep in mind there were people standing behind me to order as well!! Getting more pissed, I purposely sat at the bar area next to 2 Caucasian people. A server was helping them while I was still waiting. The serve and I had locked eyes but still, no one not even the serve helped me... couples minutes goes by, the serve decides to help the people that were in line behind me... and yes, they were Caucasian... while watching the servers, they both were so polite to the Caucasian customers. Im here getting pissed off, I had to find an open server... nope. None. Went back to my lane, then walked back . The bar became empty. Even more pissed as I am, I walked up to the same server and asked if this is where they would take food orders... and you will not believe what he did!!!! He gave me a short reply with an ugly disgusting look as if I had caught a disease elsewhere and just shook his head stupididly. Now I am pissed and shocked of how the way they had served me differently than other customers who were like them... CAUCASION!!! MOST DEFINITLY NEVER COMING HERE EVER AGAIN. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY TO SPEND AT A UNPROFESSIONAL BUISNESS. I CANNOT BELIEVE RACISISM HAS LIVED HERE AT THE CONCORD LANES. SERVICE SUCKED, LANES SUCKED, DIRTY LANES.. THE WORST!! DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED DIFFERENTLY BY RASIST PEOPLE. WHO LET THESE SERVERS THINK THEY CAN SERVE THEIR KIND BEFORE OTHERS?! I CANNOT BELIVE THIS!!!

A weird series of events surrounding customer service Called up the Concord Lanes this afternoon to ask about open bowling on a Saturday afternoon. Open bowling was available until 7, we were told on the phone, and hourly rates were available. Showed up at the lanes and said wed have 8 bowlers across two lanes, but one would be showing up a game late. Asked about getting the lanes hourly so we could easily slot in the bowler that wasnt here yet but we were told hourly was not available, despite being advertised on the electronic display board behind the cashier. Okay, thats fine, well pay per game and we asked if we could lay to add our 8th bowler later on, after we had begun. Said that we could either pre-pay now or add her in later. We started bowling, having a good time despite the lanes for some reason not carrying a size 14 bowling shoe and bowling balls being hard to come by and placed in an odd spot that made it feel like you were interfering with other customers when you went to look for a ball. Our 8th bowler showed up and we went to the counter and asked to add her into the game and they actually slotted her into our lane for free. The four of us on our lane were all bowling and with a total of 10 frames left to bowl between us our game was cut off. When this happened we went back up to the counter to ask why this happened. A different cashier was up there and we were told that its not possible to add another bowler in after the initial purchase and that leagues were coming in 2 minutes later and wed be cut off anyway. This was at 5:28 so apparently the lanes werent open until 7 at all like we were told which is why we decided to arrive when we did. None of the four of us on our lane got to finish the second game we paid for and left bewildered and with a bad taste in our mouths.

Not my first choice. Google Reviews are out dated. Food was bar food, someone said their lunch burger was good, not impressed. Appeared to be several unemployed people around the bar at 11am-12 lunch time. Seemed like we were a bother to the staff when asking for things. long wait too. Anyway - maybe ill try again and bowling, I made a trip to their disgusting bathroom and saw they had updated lanes....seems the rest of the place needs some work. You wont get sick or anything, I would rather skip the food all together is what I am saying.

I will never go to this bowling alley again. I walked in on a 21 plus night and looked around the corner to see if it was busy. There were two gentlemen behind the front desk that screamed at me to see my ID. I am well over 21 and felt very disrespected by these guys (chubby, dark hair) and their attitude towards me. I got an X on my hand they continued to have a horrible attitude and I immediately left. They need to hire professional employees that will be nice to customers. I am very disappointed.

Very Nice Place, sure the bathrooms need a little fixing up but dont ALL public places, many of the google reviews are negative and I am disgruntled, disappointed, and confused to hear that. This place has a happy vibe and the workers and lanes(Not to mention the arcade) are nice and happy. All the bad results seem to be directed towards a heavy man with black hair. Maybe he just needs to be talked to or fired. I extremely enjoy this Bowling Alley and recommend it. The cheese curds are fabulous BTW.

never got to bowl because they close down the lanes after league play to clean up imaginary trash thats not there they close the lanes down for almost 2 hours to clean this up, and theres no way to reserve a lane so if u wait till they are done you have to hope you can actully get a lane, i wont be returning to this place ever again

worsted bowling alley i ever been. kick us out after their lane keep jamming. Dont even try to get our ball after it got stock in a lane. I will tell all my friends, families and everybody i know not to go their ever. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO ALLEY AGAIN. VERY RACIST.

Very good food. I got the club sandwich and its awesome! I got it to go and ate at work. It was supposed to come with chips but I didnt get any for some reason. So I ended up paying $15 with tip just for the sandwich. A little disappointing but good food.

Decent lanes. Didnt have any complaints for a while until two employees started working there. Fat dark hair younger guy has horrible attitude and needs to be train. Staff seems to be bother to fix lanes and other services. Not the best crew they have.

Worst service for a bowling experience. We were the first people there and were not allow to choose our own lane. An employee there was very disrespectful and rude (chubby kid with black hair). They need to hire people with a better attitude.
