Unfourtntly I had a horrible experience here . 1st foil in cup of wine . Then bathroom disgusting like a gas station and when I went to tell the hostesses waiting by the door they were both chatting looking at phones and I had to get there attn.. Then hair in daughters food. Then top it of my coffee for dessert water was ice cold... I must say our waitress was very nice and accommodated us. And apologize left and right. As it wasnt her fault at all. But there should def be an overhaul of management going on there as they r the one responsible for all. If they cant handle it all let some one else .. I know its not an easy job. I was a manager before. But I became a manager cause I can control staff w respect . As they respected me back w doing a great job. When I got in to a situation and could no longer do my job I proudly said its time for someone else . And receive position that suited me .

Spend your money eating at a different Italian restaurant. This is why Im not a fan of big restaurant chains like olive garden. No matter how many people are in my party, whether its me and my bf or me and my family, Im ALWAYS stuck waiting 1 hour to an hour and a half. No calling in a spot an hour before hand, on weekends they wont do it despite the weekend being their busiest time of the week. Meanwhile I had gone to a local Italian restaurant, they would have seated us immediately and we would have gotten better food at a cheaper price than what we spent at Olive garden. Im always trying to give this place another chance, but each time I am let down. Spend your money elsewhere.

They should be ashamed to say they are an Italian restaraunt. The food was the worst I have ever tasted. I ordered the tour of Italy it is Alfredo, chicken parm, and lasagna. The chicken was a packaged cheap chicken they dont even make their own the Alfredo was so dried up the noodles started to curl. And the lasagna was racotti cheese with a noodle on top and one on the bottom. I took 3 bites and was done with the whole meal. We ordered an appitizer and the waiter said are you ok if we are out of it we said yes and it never came and we were never informed they were actually out of it. I have gotten better food from a banquet microwave meal.any Italian would never eat here.

I go to this Olive Garden almost weekly. I love the food, the staff is wonderful and entertaining, most of the time. However Id rather use the Walmart bathroom. Ever time I go there the bathroom is out of toilet paper, there is "stuff" on the walls or paper is just thrown about. Anywhere you go womans bathrooms are usually nasty. Also the staff use a back bathroom and dont go into that bathroom as often. Its when I asked them to clean up or add toilet paper several times that gets to me.

We went there on 4/15/16, Friday night for dinner. The service was ok up to the our main course. The server helper delivered our main dishes and just left. She didnt bother to pick up the appetizer dishes and the share dishes from our table and the food was dry. Can tell they have been sitting under the warmer for a while. Our table was full of empty dishes and it draw back our appetite. This visit has changed my view of Olive Garden. I used to love to go there but not any more.

This restaurant have very bad waiters. I went to this restaurant yesterday and I tipped the waiter using my card but when I was about to leave the waiter followed me to the parking lot and she said that I didnt give her a tip. I even showed her the receipt and she still said that there is no tip. I, never going back to the restaurant because what she did was very wrong.

Food was so-so, nothing special.. I havent been here in awhile. Nothing missing here. Endless salad was bland-a few slices of tomato and mostly onions and iceburg lettuce with too vinegary a dressing. Blah. Would it have killed them to put in more veggies? Got the vegetable pica dias or whatever theyre called. It was just okay.

The food is wonderful. Yes its a chain so its not as authentic Italian but its still very good. The staff are always very friendly and caring. It is also very family friendly which is a huge plus. Stick to getting the chicken or the fish since those are awesome. The steak tends to be very watery

We had a dinner catered for our senior football players and families. The food was great! We can not thank the Olive Garden staff and manager Jeff enough for making our event a huge success. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

Nicole as my server was such a delight. She promptyl delivered my entree and immediately put in my to go order without hesitation. I also had mike who helped, his smile lit up the room. Both servers made my experience wonderful. I will return!
