terrible experience. Never going back! First off I would like to state that I have worked for the restaurant business from bussing tables to bartending for 10 years now. Rarely would I ever give a bad review but this place just rubbed me the wrong way from the get go. we walked in and the waiter sat us without saying hello but gestured for us to follow him in a rude manner. We sat in a small dining area that had a 15 person party 5 feet away from us who were loud and obnoxious. The waiter gave us no time to sit and was already impatiently asking for a drink order. When I told him just water for now he looked annoyed and walked away. When he came back after passing us numerous times we ordered. our appetizers took 20 minutes no joke. I understand the party had probably taken up a lot of their attention but still... you dont offer chips with salsa or SOMETHING? as we sat there starving the server not once stopped by to ask if we needed refills or anything. He didnt even bring out our food. When we finally got the entrees about an hour after being sat the order was wrong. My girlfriend ordered rice and beans she never got the rice and was charged for the beans which were supposed to go with her meal. At this point we just wanted the check. We asked our waiter 3 TIMES! and he continued to walk by our table with no check in hand. We finally had to wave down the other server to bring us our check. The food wasnt bad, however the service and atmosphere was so terrible that we will never be coming back EVER! KEEP AWAY!

Absolutely crazy in love with this place. The atmosphere is still reminiscent of the Italian restaurant that this new Latin restaurant inhabits, but the food is out of this world. My girlfriend, my mother and I come here all the time for their soups. Mom: Lentil Soup, Girlfriend: Vegetable Soup, and me: Chicken Vegetable Soup. They give you a side of rice and when you ask for their "hot sauce." Youll be further blown away. Its a mixture of vinger, crazy flavors, some pepper flakes and definitely cilantro. I wish I could describe it better, but to say EAT HERE! I will again and again.

Its so hard to find authentic and smooth flan in a Hispanic restaurant. Most times the flan tastes processed, jelly like, or bland but wow. This restaurant has the most amazing Flan Ive ever had and tastes authentic and homeade. It was so smooth and reminded me of my favorite childhood family dishes. The proportions are so big I couldnt finish my plate and the waiters are so sweet and attentive! The truffles my boyfriend had were amazing, I would definitely suggest this to anyone looking for amazing Hispanic food!

The atmosphere and service were good. The food however was mediocre at best. We got an appetizer with buffalo quesadillas, empanadas, yuca fries and chicken wings. The empanadas were mushy, an awful texture, the rest were alright. I ordered the Laquita wrap which lacked flavor and on this particular night there were no avocados! So I substituted shrimp for the avocados which they charged me an extra three dollars for small, tasteless shrimp, probably wont be coming back.

First time coming here and although the staff was very nice and pleasant I would not come back. The food was a little over-priced. I was seated where looked like a basement, no windows, no sunlight and looked very depressing. The older guy that attended us was very nice and had a friendly conversation with us. Zero complaints there. If you want a tasty place to eat, try "Casa Vieja"

The food is excellent , and the service even better ! The food is fresh and they are always very friendly , had a good time with my family and will recommend this spot to anyone ! You will not regret it ! Most restaurants are not as clean as this one and the customer service is always not what to spect but pollo Rico prove me wrong and did an excellent job in every aspect . 5+

Ill give them 0 starts b cause firts they were charging me twice my original price and then they fixed it and they told me sorry and then I saw a roach in my plate and they told me that I was mad at them b cause they charge me twice lol and they never apologize please make me a lie detector to proof me wrong

I come here almost every single weekend. The food is wonderful and Ive never had a complaint about it. From the first time I came here the staff treats you like family. This place is by far the best Latin resturaunt Ive been too. Everyone I bring here loves it and raves about it. Love love love!

Never going back ! Thieves!!!! I had a small party in this restaurant food was ok /service was ok. However, when I got the bill the owner charged me over 400 dollars!!!! than it really was. be careful! check ur bill twice! because over $400!! I dont think it was an innocent mistake!

We have been here a few times, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the food is good and the portions are substantial. The Sangria was excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant. You can bring the whole family here. Be aware if you are a vegetarian that the options are very limited.

I totally love the place. I am from Colombia and I have been in several Latin restaurants in new york city, Long Island and other places, and this one has impressed me the most. My family also was very pleased. The service is very good, the food is great- it really tastes Colombian.

They feature latin dancing on Friday and Saturday nights. The dj is usually good about music selection. The staff is highly polite and courteous. Small floor, but 9 out of 10 times there is enough space to enjoy yourself without feeling cramped.

Good service if the place is empty or having a slow night, but they will forget all about you if their busy. They give special attention to their hispanic customers. Food is good as well as their drinks. Just make sure its a slow day.
