The food is always good and for the most part the employees are attentive and friendly. I recently had a problem where I attempted to call in a order and I was put on hold. Normally thats not a problem but I started driving there and ended up getting there 15 mins later and was still on hold. I just expected them to be really busy but I go in and there are just two tables occupied and already had thier food. Then I saw two employees working on food and two others just hanging out so I just dont understand why I was on hold when there was two employees that could answer the phone. I still ordered because the food wasnt for me but someone else but Im just disappointed with the employees disregard a customer on hold.

God, I love this place. Yes it takes a little time, but its so worth the wait. Always fresh, clean and delicious. Only complaints are that freestyle Coke machines arent all that theyre cracked up to be, after a while even the basic Coca Cola selection has a "peppery" taste to it. Also, just a personal preference but they put waaay too much salt on their fries so I always ask for it without and then Im a happy camper. Milkshake sizes are kind of a ripoff for the price youre paying but flavor-wise theyre good. The burgers are always good - sans one time when I think they ran out of their normal buns and had to get last minute grocery store replacements. But stuff happens lol.

I use to really love going here!!..but since they RASIED their prices!!... Its now become a BIG FLOP!!!...they did the oldest trick in the restaurant book!! They RASIED the prices and lowered the quantity and quality of their food!!!.. The last and final time I went, they charged me $27.00 dollars for a burger, side of fries, one hot dog, and a bottle of water!!!!...thats highway robbery!!!!...for that money I couldve went to Whole Foods and purchased a dozen of free range Kobe beef burgers!, and had food for a month!!.. What a shame that human greedy inevitably ruins everything!!!! They lost my business, and everyone I know will not be returning...

The staff here could care less about customer service. Rude and obnoxious manager to boot. Went in at 1pm Sunday for burgers and fries, ordered food, went to get drinks from the state of art coke machine with hundreds of choices, more than half of the choices were unavailable. Spoke to manager, she did nothing. At 1:30 order still wasnt ready. I had to leave and asked for my money back and was at first refused, she then handed me back the burger and fries money only. When I asked why she told me to get out of line because other people were waiting. Once a week we went there for food, never again. Zero stars would be too many

Nastiest burger I ever ate in my life. I asked for no ketchup and the pour a whole bottle on my burger! My other burger they didnt even melt the cheese. Its two cold slices of cheese on the burger and the bacon is cold. Oh and both burgers was BURNT af! Next time going to the one in Shelton, Ct NEVER WILL I EAT HERE AGAIN! Five guys should be shame of them selfs!

Step into a 5 Guys in Milford, Newtown, Shelton or wherever...its pretty consistent. This location is just as good as the others. Deeeeelicious burgers and fries. Just dont get too carried away. Its filling and not low cal.

This place is amazing. Try to go at least once a month with the family. If you want a great burger and an actual burger, this is the place. Also, their fries with the Cajun spice is on a whole other level

Its a standard Five Guys so the experience is about the same as any other. $15 for their regular cheeseburger, regular sized fries, and 16oz fountain drink seems expensive.

Cant open doors on time says they open at 11am got there at 11:10am was greeted at door was told 12:30 late start. Not good when log book only gives half hour down time.
