Kitchen closes at 12. My wife and i walked in at 11:42 and was sat in the bar area on Tuesday. We had the worst service. To start the host sat us he was really nice and had on American sun glasses, bit our waitress, where do i start. When she walked up she did not greet us. She said the kitchen closes at 12 do yall know what yall want. I replied no but can we start with drinks 1st and by time you get back we should what we are ordering. At 11:56 she finally comes back with our drinks and states the kitchen is about to close so put our orders in now or we will not be able to eat tonight. At this time my wife and I knew what we was ordering and bcuz we was so hungry and love T.G.I.Fridays we just dealt with her attitude and placed out order. Please dont get mad if people walk into your establishment before closing and expect to be served. Kitchen closes at 12 not 11:42.

Fridays is usually my spot 3 to 5 times a month. 7/21/2017 received the worst service during a night that was slow barely ppl seating everywhere. To start we arrived at 8pm. We were seated greeted and ordered food by 830. Our server by 8pm stated he was ending shift and introduced to new waiter. Our old waiter never went home we felt disrespected and offended. Ordered apps and entrees....10pm we were served 4 rounds of apps that were cold, over cooked, and not edible. It took an hr to get refills. The lady manager on duty was very dismissive and thats when i knew i broke up with orange location. 3 hrs at restaurant we barely ate, plate were got food was cold, some food not cooked. The manager response " because we launched endless apps thats all ppl ordered". We spent 75.00 and had to throw away most of our food Oh yeah and no utensils smh

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE,WAS COMING HERE FOR YEARS AND MY LAST 5 VISITS HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE!FIRST,I HAVE TO SAY THE FRAJITAS WERE HORRIBLE,not sizzling at all! Just meat but over cold mixed vegetables in rice.For what they were charging it should have been much better.Then the Newer manager comes and says this is the way,we,always been making it,sorry.They remove the only sort of healthy thing on their menu,The wedge Salad.Staff is nice and very friendly but manager should have handled our situation better.Food seems to be going downhill,some apps are good but quality is down.

Absolutely hate them as of the last two times having gone here. Chicken had gotten horrendously low quality where there are gnarly black masses I the boneless wings. Wont eat those any more. Took green bean fries off unlimited apps, my favorite. Slashed portion sizes to near nothing, and jacked up the prices in turn. $19 for Jack Daniels chicken?!?! Not too long ago it was $13.75 for double the portion. Horrible horrible establishment.

Took a friend from fla to your establishment in orange ct was told even though it was happy hr we had to be inside the bar area to get "HAPPY Hr" prices...then the 10.00 all you can eat apps were in fact 12.50 per person and both of us had to finish our first apps to get a second...scam all the way around wont be back ...Btw we ordered nothing we left and ate elsewhere

Me, my wife and kids ordered two kids meals and one jack Daniel chicken. The couple that set down 10 mins after us had their food before the manager came over who we asked for 10 mins before came over tried to bull me. The Chick meal I had was cooked then reheat about 3 times before hitting my table. Then it took 10 mins to get my bill. Never go there

I had the worst expereience. the only thing i say is all people working there are waste.they dont care for customer they just kick them out if it is 1am.even your having a last bite they will not allow you to eat. so i consider people who see my review and still go there to eat are considered as assholes........

do not go. Ive been to different Fridays and this one is extremely bad. Its so cold and the food is also cold. They keep messing something up on the order everytime i come here. NEVER AGAIN. P.S. how can you forget to give customers utensils? or even check to see if you have utensils on the table? wow

I hated my experience today with mt husband they gave my husbsnd the wrong food as I was in therestroom then didnt even get an apology for the wrong food then some other lady past the table with our food then came back like 3 min later no apology at all never going back there again

This is the second and probably the last time im going to eat at fridays . Im really not one to complain, but the service has to be a bit better. I did speak with the manager CJ, very understanding man, but i did leave there with a poor impression of the establishment.

It was super crowded, which is to be expected on a Friday night, but they sat us at this really small table and then to make it worse, we must have been in line with the door because we kept getting a draft. I was freezing the whole time. I never even took off my coat.

Waited,to long for uncomplete order of soup and salad,didnt bring my bread until my food was completed, and my check came. Also 2nd meal of steak ,potato,salad .the potato was cold, had to ask for a hot one,poor service, not a return customer

Not so great ,food was mediocre at best ! Service could have been a lot better. Boneless chicken wings cooked too hard , the fact that seltzer (which is carbonated water) is the same price as soda. This will be my last visit.

We waited a long time for the meal. For only having a cob salad and a turkey burger. The Waitress only check on us once, Asking me if I wanted a refill after I was completely done with my meal. Maybe she had a bad day

Manager rude .. The tables were dirtyyyy all they did was wipe the food from the table onto the chairs.. Wont eat here again .. I went up the street to bar louie for a excellent experience !!

My family and I ate there on 2/25/17. The food was delicious, and our server was polite, efficient and on time with our order. I wasnt wild about the prices, that is my only complaint.

Excellent service, flavor, temperature and cleanliness. Great bar area. Had their steak and lobster special with the whisky cake for dessert. Lively place with lots of happy customers.

Great service. Its a Fridays and most Fridays Ive been too have been pretty crappy. I think it all depends on the time and day you go. I wish they had one closer to Stamford CT.

We sat at the bar. Bartender not the friendliest or friendly period. Will be a while before we go again. Maybe then a new bartender will be there. Food was delicious as always.

The food was great i did have 1 problem i understand asking for ID For those that look really young but when you know the person is over 30 whats the need to show ID thats crazy
