Our waitress was unfriendly and came to the table 3 times. 1 to introduce herself, 2 to take our order, which was only a dessert and 2 drinks, 3 to drop off the drinks and dessert. She never came back, we sat there with empty glasses for 20 minutes, waiting for her to come so we can order more drinks, she just never came. So we used the kiosk to pay and then went to a bar to drink. Ps. Drinks were crazy weak. Like shockingly weak. I wasnt sure there was any liquor in them at all. Really awful. Fridays hiked all their prices a while back and cut quality....and service. I freaking used to love fridays. I went all the time. Boo fridays. Ive had a bad experience the last 4 times ive gone. No more Fridays!

Ordered two burger platters, one med-rare & the other medium with fried (sauteed) onions. Med-rare came well done (dried-out hockey puck), other came with onion rings instead. They took em back; we waited a LONG time for next serving even though the place was empty. When they came back, the "med-rare" was UNCOOKED inside and the other was the same burger & fries, now COLD, with sauteed onions. We left the food on the table & walked out. Once he took our order, we never saw our waiter again (food was brought both times by kitchen staff).

Ive been at the bar for 30 minutes, no one has asked if I want anything. When I asked if anyone is taking food orders the response was, both of us can. Then the guy swiftly left, .. Wtf??! Im ready to pay for my drink and bounce. Two couples have came in and sat got drinks and appetizers and food, however, no ones physically come to me and say, hey, do you want anything to eat. I guess this is the yelling to get your order in type of place.

Me and my boyfriend came here got sitted and ordered the food we wanted . We waited about 25 to 30 mins for our food and when we got our food they didnt have the order right for one plate.so by the time we got the correct plate I had already finished my food and my boyfriend was still unsatisfied cause they still didnt bring the right items for his plate... I will never come back here orange is way better

The restaurant wasnt that busy however our waiter managed to constantly forget our food and drinks. We had ordered coffee, and 5 minutes later dessert only to have the dessert come out first... Even when we wanted to put in orders for food or waiter was nowhere to be found for good chunks of time. Food however was great (especially for the price), it was a lot of waiting though for an absentee waiter...

Terrible service. Went in on a Saturday night with 7 adults for cocktails. It took over 20 minutes to get the first round Of drinks. The waitress never came back except to bring the bill an hour later. She said sorry she had another table. Left for another restaurant with better service, will never go to Hamden again. No wonder there were so few people there, their loss.

The food and this TGI Fridays was Terrible! Our server was pleasant and kind. But the dishes didnt reassemble to ones shown in the menu! We ordered a side salad that was served it what appeared to be a tiny dip/sauce bowl~two bites and you were done! The appetizers werent bad. But the main dishes were very disappointing!! Wont be returning to this Fridays..

When we walked in no one was at the door to great us. Waited for 5 minutes and took a seat at the bar while they were conversing with each. Finally someone came to the bar and took our order. Besides having dirty silverware twice. No came back to check whether everything was fine. Im being generous by giving this place 2 stars. Will never come back.

I went there a couple weeks ago and it was terrible. We waited an hour and a half for a bacon cheeseburger, a salad with grilled chicken, and a French onion soup. The waitress was very unattentive and all the food came out cold and the grilled chicken was ice cold. Absolutely HORRIBLE! ! If I could give no stars, I would!

Very bad service. The food was flavorless.The waiter by the name of ANGEL was confused and had no idea which direction he was going. I waited a long time just for a cup of tea. He never returned with the box to put my extra food in. This is the third time Ive had a bad experience at this store so I wont be back.

This is the 3rd time Ive gone there and once again the waiting staff is terrible. My waitress was sick and it was her first week and she charged me for another tables bill, made me wait 40 minutes for my dessert, and didnt give me utensils when my meal came out. She dropped food and kept walking

Server was patient and came back to check on us at an appropriate frequency. Food was presented well, hot and very tasty. My son loved the pot stickers and sweet potato fries. The Memphis rub was delicious. My wife was surprised at the size of the spinach side serving.

I had the chance to try a few of the most highly rated restos in New Haven - one stood head and shoulders above the others. Zinc in the heart of downtown had it all. Terrific food, very good wine list, attentive service and a nice vibe.

Food was surprisingly good for a chain restaurant. Drinks had very generous portions, albeit with the cost to match. Expect to pay around $8 for the more complex drinks. The waiter was fantastic and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Food has gone down in quality and price went up, but still good food most of the time. Only about two of the wait staff are good. And you may be waiting at the front for a while before anyone comes to sit you.

Our visit was pleasent and nurishing.food was p repaired the way I asked for. Tasty French onion soup started me off. A wonderful cheeseburger followed with all the items I wanted. Try it, youll love it!

Worst Place Ever!!! Went There For Ribs. Waited Over An Hour For Them And The Server Says Theyre Not Ready Yet For Another Hour!!! Ended Up Leaving Without A Meal. Definitely Not Going Back!
