I often order from PF to feed my club after school. The students love it! But more importantly, I wanted to mention the fabulous service that I received. I called an placed a fairly small order, pd by credit card. They called by a little later to tell me that my school discount wasnt applied and they wanted to re-ring the order (saved me $5)! In addition to that kindness, the driver that delivered the pizza refused a tip!!!! I couldnt stop smiling at all of the small kindnesses received. What a great attitude! What kind people! #faithinhumanityrestored

Pizza Factory delieverd a smashed pie. I called, and the manager Joe was the worst customer service rep Ive ever experienced. He accused me of smashing the pizza (not his incompitent delievery driver) and then hung up on me! His delievery driver called the house and asked ME to bring out the smashed pizza to his car so he didnt have to get out. Pizza factory has lost more than one Barrington customer with this horrible service and awful treatment!

I have had pizza from here on a few occasions and it has always been excellent. Today was no different except for I had ordered pizza for my lunch break and unfortunately the folks at Pizza Factory were very busy. For my wait and trouble the owner offered to pay for my pizza which I thought to be a very kind gesture and will remember the great service in the future. Thanks a ton . Looking forward to more of your pies.

Do you like nasty pizza? Do you support owners paying staff under the table and avoiding the IRS? Then this is the place for you. Trust me you dont want to eat here. Besides the food making without gloves you have the dirty place and the dirty bathroom. Avoid wasting your money on this overpriced garbage food. If you want more horrible info on this restaurant message me.

I went there for the first time yesterday and ordered thin crust pizza with spinach, extra cheese, green olives and fresh tomatoes and it was great! I lived in the South Side of Chicago and I know good pizzas and Pizza Factory is one of my favorites along with Pizza Man! Love it!

The owner is rude and disrespectful. He refused to honor a free fountain drink coupon. That was the last time we bothered with his marginal pizza. Bad guy and not a very smart business man. Hes so cheep it begs to question the freshness of his ingredients. Stay away.

Great new owner, and excellent beefs! Pizza is great too, aside from the stuffed, as it is not really a stuffed pizza, more like a double decker. Great ingredients and good prices. Keep up the good work.

Pizza was not horrible....but by far not the best Ive ever had. I guess if there was no other place open I would settle for it. Not too fond of pizza places using canned mushrooms for pizza toppings. : /
