First, I love supporting local small businesses. Second, I especially love to support them when their food is awesome, the price is right and there customer service is top notch! We have eaten at Portofinos since they opened and have never had a bad meal, everything tastes great! When you go in, everyone has a smile on their face, and it just seems like they are happy to be there and love what they do. Two examples of how their customer service is top notch, is a month or two ago, I ordered our family dinner from Portofinos and was just going to pick it up on the way home. I got stuck at work and traffic was bad so I showed up an hour later than i told them I was going to be there. Seeing that I was late, and the food was set out for that time, Gabriel, the owner, offered to dump everything out and remake it for me. Are you kidding me! He was willing to lose $ just to make sure we had the freshest food. It was my fault I was late, so of course I declined the offer. Nothing was going to spoil. That offer alone, shows me that they know how to treat their customers. The second time, was just recently. We placed a large to go order during a very busy time for them. We went in and picked it up as usual and went home to eat a great meal. When I got there, my wife noticed they forgot to include the salads we ordered. We forgot about it and got caught up with the friends we had over. No biggie, things happen. The next day, my wife got a call from Gabriel, saying that they noticed there were salads left over from the night before and he went through all the to go orders to find what matched. He apologized and refunded the price of the salads to our credit card and asked my wife to come pick up some fresh salads free of charge, for that nights meal. Simply Awesome that he would take the time to do that. Thank you Gabriel and Portofinos! You have very happy customer here for life!!

Garlic knots are the bomb, Calzones werent bad either. We did sit outside which was nice. Our first server was BAD and got the Knots order all wrong, I will say some of the other servers/bussers tried making up for her "bad" service which was nice and a tad funny. I did have to go inside and ask for our Knots (which were appetizers) because we never got them before the meal. All in all not a bad little spot to go to in Parker, but dont expect a Maggianos or even Olive Garden type experience. Also, the kids boneless wings are horrible (they look and taste like Nuggets, per my son actually not even as good as Mcds nuggets). Wish we could give half stars, its closer to a 2.5. However well return and give them another shot, just wont be ordering from the kids menu :)

Absolutely the best lasagna! Not heavy, but so tasty with Gabrielles mozzarella, which he makes from scratch. The pizza, calzones, and other entrees are wonderful, too, with his homemade mozzarella. The salads are tasty with Gabs homemade Basalmic dressing, which we hope hell have available for purchase someday. Then there are the garlic knots...melt in your mouth! For something lighter, try his homemade soups, especially the Italian Wedding soup. Have patience with the service, as theyre a very popular small place with family atmosphere. Busy, but well worth the wait!

While visiting in Parker, we found this little restaurant with fantastic food. We had three adults in our group so we each ordered a different dish and shared them. We ordered the lasagna, the lobster ravioli and the Fiocchi with bacon and each dish was scrumptious! All of us loved the garlic knots and the 4 kids with us enjoyed the spaghetti, alfredo and the chicken nuggets. I would highly recommend this little restaurant and the next time Im in Parker Ill make time to stop again

Come here for REAL New York pizza and authentic Italian food. Casual, comfortable dining that is perfect for families, groups, and dates. I refuse to eat pizza from any other restaurant. The chef and owner, Gabriel, is an absolute delight. A true Italian chef now in Colorado, Gabriel shows customer appreciation by personally greeting new customers. He is personable, friendly, and incredibly talented. Expect a wait and some crowding, but the food and service is worth it.

The freshly made mozzarella is fantastic. I ordered the lobster ravioli which was just a tad on the bland side but it was fresh and the sauce was good. My wife had the chicken piccata which was more chicken then pasta (no complaints there). The sauce for that was out of this world. The food takes a bit longer to come out than at your typical chain restaurants but when everything is made fresh and to order I dont mind. We will definitely be going back.

went to eat a few months back, we were seated in the front room by the kitchen window, my husband went to the rest room & as he was walking back to the table the kitchen window was in view, apparently the owner got annoyed somehow...the waitress came to our table and moved us to the back room. Very very strange experience, have not been back since. I used to come here all the time but now I am just turned off

Food is very good. Great pizza, honestly the best in Parker. However, all 3 times I have ordered takeout from here, they have not been ready when they said it would be. Ive had to wait in the restaurant 10-15 minutes for my food every time, and I typically show up 5-10 minutes after they said it will be ready. Extremely annoying when Im just trying to get takeout. Food: 4.5 stars Service: 1.5 stars

The food is great. The service was really poor. After food was delivered, noone checked on us and we started placing our empty waterdrink cups on the edge of the table. Many, many times our table was walked by but no one ever looked down or talked to us. Even though the food is good, we will not return because of terrible service. They didnt seem understaffed with 7 waitstaff to the small building.

This is a quaint little restaurant with some AMAZING Italian food! So happy we decided to give it a try. The fiocchi was to die for! The only negative thing I would say is the small piece of tiramisu we had for desert was not worth the almost $6 we paid for it. We will definitely be back! If their pizza is good (which Im sure it is), this may be where we order our pizza from now on (take-out).

I didnt expect much from this restaurant when I first noticed it, but once my girlfriend and I went to have dinner one night, we absolutely loved it! The food is extremely well prepared, and tasted wonderful! The service was very good! Thank you for hiring such well trained and sweet waiters and waitresses. Overal experience.... FIVE STARS!

Brought my own serving dishes into Portofino and they masterly filled them with wonderful homemade Italian specialties. My guests devoured the meal! Love the classic meatballs and the eggplant parmigiana!! Made hosting a gathering for 26 much easier and we still felt like we had a home cooked meal!! Thank you!
