I placed an order online and was given an hour expected delivery time. 75 minutes went by and no delivery so I called and had the strangest conversation with the person that answered. He asked me if it was delivery or carry out and I said I was calling to get a status on an order. He proceeded to ask me my name and address and then asked me what I wanted! (Face palm) I once again explained I was looking for my order and he asked my name again and said he didnt see it. Then I said Im looking at the confirmation online. He then asked for my number and said oh let me check on it and places me on hold. Comes back and tells me they are getting to leave in FIVE minutes! An hour and a half after ordering I finally get my food. I tipped the driver assuming it wasnt his fault but now Im not sure. The pizza was cold which makes me think it had been sitting there a while. I probably will never order from here again and will try A town pizza as someone else suggested.

I ordered a pizza and a calzone from Blackjack on E Quincy about 2 months ago. Both were raw in the middle. I thought i would give them a second try. Last week i placed an order and let them know that the last order i placed was a little under cooked and to please make sure everything is completely cooked. The guy on the phone responded with "you want us to cook your calzone well done"? I just want it to be cooked, this isnt a steak. When i got my order the pizza was good but the calzone was raw over 90% of the bottom. This is completely unacceptable. You had your chance but you have lost this customer. its a real shame too. I really enjoyed your food when it was cooked properly.

This is the fifth time attempting to order from these people online. EVERY time you enter the address it will auto reset it to the BlackJack at Alameda and they inevitably call saying they do not deliver. There is no ability for you to have a store of your choosing and this issue never seems to get fixed

We ordered from them more than an hour and a half early asking for a specific time to be delivered. They were an hour late when they are 5 minutes from our house and this is the second time this has happened. Dont offer future delivery times if you cant make it.... We wont be ordering from them again.

The driver was friendly but i highly advise against the deep dish cheese bread! I ordered it for my son and it was so burnt, I couldnt even eat it, let alone feed it to him. Unfortunate, that they allowed this to even leave their store. Will not be ordering from here again.

The ONLY REASON that I am giving this such a GOOD review is due to a manager that went WAY out of HER WAY to solve the multiple problems we have encountered by the hired help. I am embarrassed I dont recall her name BUT I will be looking for it & WILL continue ordering!

THEY KEEP SENDING ME TEXT AND I DONT EVEN LIKE THEIR PIZZA. I CALLED TWICE AND GOT HUNG UP ON AND I CALLED COPORATE TWICE AND NO HELP. THE PIZZA IN NOT GOOD, SO WHY WOULD I WANT TEXT???????? STOP PLEASE OR I WILL FILE SUIT I ALREADY COMPLAINED TO THE FCC. STOP!!!!!

Pizzas good for the price and the review would be good, but apparently theres a lot of confusion with the employees. Ordered from there one night, then was refused delivery due to my location even after explaining they have delivered to me just 3 days prior

I ordered a pizza, very friendly staff. I was told 1 hr. I wasnt thrilled but it was dinner time rush. Pizza was there is 38 mins. Good job blackjack! Pizza was fresh and hot. The wings were sauced perfectly, the cheesy bread was cheesy.

Ignore the BS one star reviews on here... I always get a hot, cheesy pizza with a good dose of pizza sauce. One of the better pizza delivery joints I have known. One of a very few places with green olives!! I recommend.

Decided to order Blackjack instead of Pizza Hut this time, and it was great! It was delivered in less than 30 minutes and the delivery boy even brought plates, napkins and parmesan without me asking.
