I worked for Borriello Brothers for about 3 months as a delivery driver. Before I took a job with them I worked as a driver for another place for 6 years. This is one of the few jobs that I had where I wanted to quit after the first day. They treat their employees like their customers, POORLY. Bad phone lines made it hard to take orders. Often times the manager would lie to customers to cover his own problems. I was the only driver during the day so if we got a lot of deliveries we would have a lot of late orders. The understanding was that I should just drive faster (Im sure that is what other people on the road want to hear). If there was any problem getting the order to the customer I often could not call them because I would have a wrong phone number. They never get good employees because they have so many people coming and going all of the time. The folks at Borriello Brothers care about one thing and that is taking your money. There food is okay, but their attitude and service are the opposite. Save your money and go to someone who cares!

To summarize: dont get delivery--eat it right at the restaurant. Ive never had good luck getting delivery from this place, either direct or carry-out, and I suspect its because of the crust, which is a pity, because the pizza itself is actually one of the better ones Ive had--only direct at the restaurant, though. The crust is not a "typical" American-style crust--it reminds me strongly of pizza Ive had in Italy, more than nearly anything Ive had here, and I suspect that might be why it tends to go soggy if not eaten quickly. The sauce, also, is "weak" but again, thats only by comparison--pizzas from the mainstream shops are *much* stronger in flavor, reflecting the apparent American preference for flavor that beats you over the head; if you *like* subtler flavors, you could do better than here, but not easily. Not around here, anyway. Alternatively, get their "take-n-bake" option; not *quite* as good as at the restaurant, but bloody close.

They usually provide fantastic, quick, accurate, and friendly service, but the young, clean cut, 20-something, tall, white, lanky male with dirty blonde hair, a wanna-be beard & no name tag who was working the register on June 3rd at 7:20 pm was as pleasant as a wet fart. WE greeted him when we got to the register while he just stood there staring at us. We placed our whole order without a word from him, he gave us our total, we paid, he handed us our card with no thank you & no receipt and walked away. We sat down and 15 minutes later he brought out our pizza and TWO plates for our family of 5, dropping everything off in silence once again. We asked him for 3 more plates and his I hate my life tone of voice said "Ill get more." Came back with 3 more plates and handed them to my husband without a single word then walked off yet again. Ive never encountered anyone so rude or ridiculous. Hopefully hes fired soon. Everyone else was great.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and on top of that the pizza isnt worth the price you pay. The managers, after calling to complain about the rock hard garlic knots and the cold doughy pizza, said: - "You need to bring the pizza back before we can deal with you." -Chris GM - "You need to listen to me for a second!!!" - Chris GM - "And it was take out? And you expected it to be warm when it got home?" -Chris GM - "Dont talk to me like that... lower your voice sir.... treat me with respect!" - Chris GM - "Of course Ill have the owner call you" (No call back) - Chris GM - "Your going to threaten slander on us?" (Nope just telling people how you treated me) - Chris GM Ill never order from you again and this review will be on every site I can post it on. You guys need a few lessons on who is most important to your business and how to treat them.

My chciken parm was COLD before I even left the place!! I asked about the container being cold and was told "oh no the contents are hot, yeah right!! My food was "thawed" to say the least. There garlic knots are really very good but much too small, those things are TINY. I have never been to a pizza place that offers garlic knots without them being big and juice, not one biters :( I am afraid to try their pizza!! I was going to host a party there of about 45 people but am now having very second thoughts! Offer fresh HOT entrees and garlic knots the size they should be and I will definitely reconsider my party!!

The pizza is excellent very similar to when i visited new york and had the real deal. In my opinion ordering pizza from any other pizza joint is like settling for mcdonalds over a home grilled burger. The staff is very warm. The atmosphere is clean and professional. And the fact that they have More than just pizza that doesnt taste like an after thought like other pizza parlors makes the brothers the best pizza joint in town. i would highly advise borriello brothers to anyone seeking a good pie. Voted best pizza in town numerous times.

Since Ive moved to the Springs, Ive been looking for a place to get a good slice of pizza. And here it is. The pizza is fantastic, light, cheesy, without the stupid gimmicks like Bacon Crust. The appetizers are tasty too. They had these little bread knots that really hit the spot while we waited for our pizza. And then for dessert a cannoli that was delightful. That filling is something I would order a gallon of. This place has everything I could want from a good pizza place. I am a return customer for sure.

I have ordered from this location on several occassions - it is always great food...but I must say the delivery wait time is horrible....they always tell me they only have one driver...and quote me at about an hour or hour and 15 minutes....but it is usually more like 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours...hopefully they can step it up....unfortunately there arent many other pizza places that deliver AND offer salads, this is why I always turn to Borriello Brothers....but HURRY UP A LITTLE PLEASE!

I dont know y everyone is so negative its my favorite pizza place but thin crust pizza is not for everyone. I love how the atmospere in the restuarant makes u feel like ur actually in new york. The pizza tastes like heaven to me. There service may not be the best but that is only because they are always busy where I live. I like it way more than little ceasers or dominos its just the way I like my pizza. My family and I love going out to dinner there.or even bringing it home for dinner.

I grew up in New York, and though there is a great deal of New York memorabilia glued to the walls, that doesnt make it New York pizza. It was over priced for what you got and I think the ovens needed to be hotter. The pizza came out dough-ie and didnt have a crisp bottom to it. The crust was likewise dough-ie and was not bubbled up very much. Also, possibly due to their proximity to a school, they dont sell any beer. Looking forward to trying a wood fired place in town.
