I will never again go to any Buffalo Wild Wings ever again!! I ordered my usual Boneless Wings lunch special which is normally $7 and change. I show up after not being told a total over the phone by a small asian girl that my total was $10 and change. SERIOUSLY!!!!! I asked the girl why the total was so high and she told me they have a new lunch menu. WOW way to go Buffalo Wild Wings! I recieved the same exact amount of food I always get but had to pay $3 extra. I literally use to come in more than once a week! You lost a customer for life! Every second it seems your prices go up but your quality of food goes down. Oh and to top it off I asked for a copy of this new menu and was told they didnt have any . Sooo you guys changed the menu without telling customers and dont have copies of the changed menu!?

I recommend going to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Monkey Junction or Wild Wing Cafe. Theyre TVs are small, often very dim and off-colored. Im looking at a green-tinted tv screen right now that is making it annoying to watch the game, and the Tv beside it is glitching, and the one beside that looks like they put green stickers all over the screen and ripped them off poorly. They stop their Tuesday and Thursday specials at 10PM, the other BWW doesnt stop them until close. Service is usually slow, and overall the experience at the Monkey Junction location is 10x better, so is the food. I used to go to this location a lot but now Im very unhappy with it, so I avoid it.

I have GOT to get my company to change hotels. Food was just as bad but my bill was higher. Next time my crew says "Lets go to buff wild wings" Ill say HELL NO! 11.00 for a burger and rings? Ill go some place else. Worst wings ever. I could find better quality wings at the freezer in Wallmart. Sauce was just high frutouse corn surp. With some food dye. Their menu has only what can be dropped into a deep frier. Funny they dont offer deep fried salid too. Out the door for forty six bucks with tip. No wonder all of these chain dumps are closing. No one can afford this crap.

An absolute waste of money. Over priced food coupled with completely LAZY service. Waited over 5 min for a server with a completely EMPTY dinning floor. All the while the 6 waitresses talked to each other. (Yes I counted) Only to be joined by the manager while we waited. And none of the staff knew whether or not they had a discount so they simply did not give one. Unprofessional IMO. Will not be returning and recommend you spend your money at a place more deserving of it.

The manager, Anthony, was incredibly rude right when I walked in. He teamed up with an employee to harass me about my water bottle, and basically told me to get out. I bring my water bottle to EVERY RESTARAUNT I go to, and this is the first time I have ever gotten kicked out of anywhere for it. I understand their policy, but dont be so rude about it.... The General Manager called me today and made me feel a lot better...

Gf and I went to the wild wings closet to us but it was packed and we got shoved in a corner,so we left and came to this BWW instead and man o man is it way better,we got seated right away in a booth not a corner.the service was impeccable, friendly and timely. Well worth the extra 20 min drive.we will probably always just come to this location instead of the one closest to us because of how good our experience was!!!

This was an outstanding choice. I went with my children and they absolutely loved it. They were amazed at all the tvs. The restaurant even set up like a testing tour for my children so they could decide on flavor of wings.The loved it and they even brought out games for the children while our food was being prepared. Great experience and the children said they had fun

Wings are great. Service has gone down hill steadily for the past couple years with management changes. Place is starting to empty out as our bartender gossiped and ate pizza on the other side of the bar as our drinks were empty. Unacceptable while the new manager was standing there gossiping as well. Happened several times.

I am 100% satisfied with my experiences at this BWW. They went beyond the call of duty in ensuring conplete satisifaction. Beginning with Omari, the service manager, making a table on football Sunday to Ellie and Jess, table servers, fixing an error on orders made. Without reservation, i highly recommend this sports bar :)

Great place to hang out with family and friends to watch sports, drink beer, and of course eat wings!!! So many large screen TVs in here you are sure to watch your favorite team here! Great atmosphere and service! My favorite wing sauce is spicy garlic!! Its a bit on the hot side but I love it!

Wow best BDubs i have been to, wings were good, very polite waitress, and food was at the table quick! fast! and in a hurry! they should have more waitresses like Megan the pregnant one, she is what keeps business up and running, she is a perfect example of what a waitress should be like!

Me and my buddy both had problems with our meals here. The waitress at the bar was extremely friendly though and had them quickly replace our meals. Very quiet location went there on a Monday night football game in there was only two to three other people in the entire restaurant.

Waitress and service was excellent. Although I didnt care for my food. It was okay. No sauce, I assume the waitress misunderstood me, which isnt a problem. Wish it could have been fixed. Didnt have time to wait for it to be redone. Liked the buffalo wild wings across town better

My husband and I usually eat there. Service is not consistent. We also got take out and they did not include any of the dipping sauces for the wings. Unfortunately, we didnt realize until we got home. We had to go back out to the store to buy some.

Great atmosphere for one, or the whole family. My 12 year old granddaughter asked for us to take her there on her 12th birthday. They didnt charge extra for her dessert with a candle. We all enjoyed the different wings

I do like this place. What bothers me is how there is a $0.60 cent charge for additional sides of ranch. That means that on Boneless Thursday I can get a boneless wing cheaper than a side of ranch dressing.
