Im not usually one to put forth any effort to write a review unless Ive had an amazing experience, or a pretty bad one. Unfortunately, this was a pretty bad experience. I called in around 6:30pm on a Friday evening, knowing it would likely be busy and the delivery time would be a little long- no biggie, I worked in the pizza delivery industry for my time as a college student so nothing I wasnt familiar with-- but when I called, I got put on hold right away (no problem), but I sat on the phone, on hold for a good 15 minutes. Seriously? Why did it take 15 minutes to get back to my call? Pizza orders arent that complicated to take, and certainly dont take that long. Pretty sure I was forgotten about for awhile. Following that, my order taker was polite, but seemed like when I was finishing up my order, I kept being reminded that the delivery time was like an hour and a half-- I recall saying thats fine at least 5 times. I understand its going to take awhile, Ive already made it clear Im willing to wait. Stop reminding me to try and get me to rescind my order or switch to carryout. Not a bad mark in my book, but seriously I know what Im trying to get coaxed into, I did the same thing when I delivered pizza and we were insanely busy. Once my pizza did arrive, it wasnt like an hour and a half for my order to arrive, which is great, but 45 minutes from order to delivery is not worth doubling the exaggerated delivery time. Im all for exceeding the expectations put forth, but cmon. Just to note, my delivery driver was kind and did his job, nothing wrong there. However, when I opened my pizza, the quality of the entire pie was laughable. Once again, I understand a busy Friday night, but cmon, dont let that effect the quality of the product you are selling. The toppings were heavy on one side, but missing on the other. Just overall not pleased with the quality of the product I received. Unfortunately, I dont think Ill be going back to A-Town, despite wanting to support a local business and keep to a variety of pizza delivery services, but just really disappointed in my overall experience.

First let me say that the food at this place is amazing. Best Pizza and wings in the area bar-none. The staff is actually pretty friendly too, once they acknowledge you are a customer. So why the low rating? Because this is about the total experience which is as follows: I ordered and paid for my pizza online to try and save a little time. When I got to the restaurant I stood in front of what I thought was the counter to pick up my order but after waiting about 5 minutes, one of the cooks finally asked me if I needed assistance and directed me to the end of the counter. I sat at the end of the counter for probably another 5-10 minutes before I was asked if I had been helped. I explained my order and the gentleman told me it would be about 10 minutes more. So I waited and waited and waited and waited. No one ever checked to see if my order was ready and I didnt ask. After about 20 or 30 minutes someone finally asked me again if I had been helped again I explained my order. That person actually brought my order to me but it was missing one of the ingredients so they took it back. AND I waited and waited and waited for about another 10 or 15 mins for one of the owners to finally check on my order. All in all it took an hour to get home with my order. The food was not hot but for me that was okay, I like room temp food. This place needs to seriously look at their process for orders AND they need to talk with their staff about customer acknowledgement and service. I would recommend this place for the food but only if you the patience of Job, otherwise I would recommend that you go someplace else to avoid frustration. I will go back but not unless I have lots of time and really crave the tasty food they server.

I have never been so disappointed with an establishment as I am with A-Town Tonight. The last time we ordered our pizza was a charred brick. Today we tried again, we placed our order around 6:30 PM. Our pizza finally shows up around 7:40 and its ice cold and half of our order is missing. We call and speak to a lady who says she can have it right out. By 8:20 still nothing. We call and ask to have the items cancelled since its not worth the wait, the employee on the phone sets it down and I can hear one of the other employees laugh and say "just tell them sorry". She gets back on the line, voids the transaction which somehow takes her over 10 minutes to do on the phone, then asks me again for card information for the cold pizza we had received. They never even mentioned that they had even sent out the missing items and advised me to keep checking my bank account for the next 3 days to make sure they voided it correctly. Complete lack of customer service, a huge delay to deliver an ice cold pizza. This was the last time I order from A-Town their service is garbage and its not worth the time and hassle. I hope management at this location sees this because they are doing a poor job if this is what is happening.

We have visited this location several times and were quite impressed the first couple of visits, good pizza and great service. During the last month on 3 different occasions we witnessed one of the employees (cook), scratching the side of his foot, while wearing tennis shoes with no socks and continuing to prepare pizza without washing his hands. The second visit entailed walking in, no acknowledgement whatsoever and after sitting at a table waiting on a server for over 15 minutes, we decided to walk out. There was only 1 other party in the restaurant at the time. Todays visit only confirmed we will not be back. While waiting for our pizza, an employee walked behind the counter knocking the pizza spatula on the floor, only to observe that same spatula was used to take our pizza out of the oven! We asked to speak to a manager only to find out, they are hardly ever there. It appears that mid afternoon employees consist of nothing more than teenagers with no supervision, customer service skills or hygiene.

The pizza is great but they must have something wrong with their ticket system or just completely oblivious people on the line. My family are regulars and get the same exact pizza every time. Chicken bacon ranch, no onions. Sometimes well hold the crushed red pepper for our daughter as well. Now Im not sure what is so hard about "NO ONIONS" but many times when eating in, taking out, and delivery, the pizzas consistently have freaking onions on them. Weve sent probably a dozen pizzas back by now, youd think someone would be learning a lesson but no. Its gotten to the point when its not worth ordering from these guys because I know Ill have to wait for it to be made and delivered twice. So much potential for the food to be great but its ruined by such bad service when you never get what you ordered. Its a real shame. The whole idea of being able to order online is that theres nobody to mess up taking your order, but theres no excuse for not making what is literally written right on the box.
