Ive tried three times now to give this place a chance, and every single time they screw up the order. Today took the cake- ordered the usual, Bacon Chicken Ranch pizza, half no cheese- my girlfriend has Crohns and cant eat a lot of dairy (or so she says). Very simple order, took me all of five taps to make on my phone. The email receipt I got confirmed the correct order was placed. I show up, and the first thing out of the young girls mouth was "just to confirm..." No. Theres nothing to confirm- its all right there. Yet she asked me "we had a hard time understanding what you meant- did you mean no extra mozzarella, like, the regular amount of cheese- not extra... Is that right?" No. I meant like NO MOZZARELLA; like my receipt says, and like the menu options say. I dont even care about all that honestly, because I truly understand mistakes happen- but this was just dumb, and THEN they acted like I was the jerk for putting in such a complex order. I wait 20 mins for another pizza and its got an unholy amount of cheese on one side. Im done. -- I appreciate the response from the owner, however, that doesnt excuse the rude behavior from the staff. And at no time did any part of the order say extra cheese, so Im not sure how they got that in their heads when remaking it. This isnt rocket science- its not like this joint is the only place to implement and online ordering system. I definitely understand most people are confused and confounded by technology, but, I didnt put in a terribly complicated order- I just wanted someone to hold off on the cheese on half of the pizza. I dont know how you can make that any more simple in your system than it already is. Maybe after a staff switch up, or even just some consistently correct orders I will change the review, but until then- it stands as is.

Save your time, money and sanity by avoiding this place. First I ordered my pizzas 50 minutes ahead of when I was going to be there. She said theyd be ready in 40 minutes. I had to wait another 22 minutes after i arrived there 50 minutes later. When I got to my destination to eat the pizzas with my family the dd hawaian was burnt with black crusty stuff on one side and the cheese pizza was cold. Unbelievable! I couldnt let that go after all the waiting. so i called and she said I could go back and theyd make it right. They handed me the dd Hawaiian and I asked about the cheese and was told "I didnt know you wanted that one remade too." I said "yep I sure did." Had to wait 8 more minutes for that one. When I got home to eat it it was the greasiest cheese pizza Id ever had, took one bite and threw it away. The Hawaiian still wasnt right, it was too much cheese, undercooked and hard like plastic around the corners and edges. Wow! Throwing away 2 whole pizzas. For the record, THIS IS NOT TYPICAL OF BLACKJACK PIZZA. The places I typically go to in Broomfield, Westminster and Boulder are awesome. I am giving THIS LOCATION the 1 star not Blackjack in general.

REDONK BAD!! GAH!! Lady in the phone was nice. She helped out with a coupon I was using. She was super delightful and said she is normally delivery so she would be bringing my pizza to me. The delivery boy was nice. I even tipped him because I dont think he should suffer when it might not be his fault. But it took an hour and 15 minutes to get my pizza. I understand a bit to cook it and all, but thats absurd. I just ordered standard jalapenos and pepperoni. I live 3 miles away. It was cold. My wife was pissed. I was upset. I dont know how they actually taste, because mine was was barely warm. It was tough and gummy. I freaking microwaved it to serve it... Huge disappointment. I ordered a pan pizza and a ny thin. Salad was the only saving grace. The thing couldnt get cold. I would recommend a Caesar, but half sauce. Over all salad was passable and didnt make me mad. I was thoroughly disappointed. No idea why it took that long. Maybe they only have 1 delivery guy... Except there was at least 2. Dont care. It sucked. I wont bother trying again. I am blown away... Ask me, Ill recommend anyone else.

Blackjack has really grown on me. Im starting to like them more than Papa Johns. This one in particular seems to be run entirely by high school kids... who are actually doing a good job! Kudos to them. Follow up: My last review was five months ago. I honestly think the pizza has gotten even better since then even though the rating on here has gone down. I order from here about every couple weeks now, and have yet to have a bad experience. Having visited so often Id think I wouldve eventually experienced something negative as described in some of these reviews, but I havent. Now, Im no food critic. But, as someone from the east coast, who has had pizza from some of the best pizza places in the country, I feel like I have some experience in the field. NOTHING is New York pizza! For a pizza chain though, this Blackjack is really good! They are consistent and a good balance of quality ingredients for the price. Now... stop griping about it!

Horrible customer service,can never get an order right,drivers always get lost cold by the time it gets to you. Honestly I dont do reviews on anything unless something is top notch and I want people to know how good a service or product is because Im a loyal customer when treated right. This place is remarkably bad however and if you work for your money dont spend it here. Theyre the only place that delivers to my place and I would rather go into town and buy something from people who have work ethic. At first I thought maybe bad night,new employees,etc. But you guys are consistently horrible. Just thought other people should be aware. Any business that conducts there operations this way is destined to fail so good luck youre gonna need it. I hope you take this constructively and use it for personal growth as a company and as individuals but with your conduct I highly doubt you will.

Walked in 25 minutes before closing, and was completely ignored by all 4 staff. Its not like they didnt notice me, one lady was at the counter when I walked in we made eye contact then she went to the back, the guy cleaning the counter also made eye contact with me, then he continued cleaning. I understand if someone walks in too close to closing to make a pizza for them, but at least say something like "Im sorry were closing, and cant make any more pizzas" I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to say something, needless to say no one did. Terrible customer service plain and simple.

Blackjacks was recommended to me via a co-worker, and the first time I ordered for delivery (online) it over an hour to get to the room. The second time I tried I scheduled it for pick up (also ordered online) and didnt have to wait. This evening took right at an hour and a half to get my order delivered, well, most of it.. And the delivery driver had to return to the store to bring the rest of the order. An hour and 45 minutes later my whole order was finally delivered.. This is a shame because it is decent food, but DO NOT expect speedy delivery, that is an after thought for them.
