They told me it would take 5 minutes for the pizza I wanted instead of getting a pepperoni right away so I went ahead and ordered it. Well they forgot to put it in and 20 minutes later I asked if I could just get a pepperoni because I needed to go. They told me that they couldnt do that because other people were ahead of me "to get a pepperoni", even though every single other person in the store got there way after me. They refused to have any type of customer service and help me and told me I was in the wrong for being upset, rather than taking any responsibility and fixing the problem they had created by never starting my pizza. It ended up taking 29 minutes. To top it off the pizza was no good. When my daughter saw it she said "its all burned and looks gross." I will never go there again.

Look I understand that you go to this place for the cheap and quick pizza, but I have never experienced such horrible customer service and quality of product. All my husband wanted was some cheese bread after a long flight, after receiving his order it literally looked like someone had chewed up and spit out this cheese bread, the cashier said no problem we will replace it, after waiting 20-25 minutes(not the only ones waiting forever) the cheese bread came out looking the same.....after one of the kids got off his cell phone while making pizzas no gloves. .....this is what happens when you dont care about your business......not surprising though.........

Unfortunate I have to give this place one star. As I waited for my pizza during a busy rush (I dont mind waiting, it happens) I witnessed ridiculous things. Probably a total of 15 people between the front and back with other kids standing out of the back door smoking. Kids grabbing sodas and pizza and ealking out of the back door. Pepperoni wars in back and the pepperoni being picked up off the floor and thrown back towards the prepping station. One kid tossed the dough into the ceiling and then put right into the pan to be cooked. On and on but disgusting. Do not go here. Ever

Unfortunately the only Little Caesars in Castle Rock. TERRIBLE service and NEVER seems to have promotional items as advertised: they are NEVER ready to pick up anytime; they are often out of dough later in day; theyre NEVER, and I mean NEVER at promotion price. For example, the "Extra most Bestest" pepperoni and cheese pizza, advertised incessantly as $6 is $6.99 at this location. Basically, EVERYTHING here is $1 more than advertised. Slow, uncaring staff who have an attitude of, "Sorry dude." Either bite the bullet or spend your money elsewhere.

Awful service. Called in for a to go order. Some "dude" answered. No skills of talking to people. Kinda rude and not very pleasant to speak to. Walked in to pick up wings - he forgot to place my order. No problem, I will wait. There were 12 more people waiting. Its a Sunday night football, Broncos are playing and they only have 3 people working. Not just that. Guys have no urgency, very slow... Not wearing gloves.... People are not in rush at all. Crazy! Not coming back again.

Echoing earlier reviews, very inconsistent. Not certain if its by acts of commission or omission, but constantly getting charged an extra pizza or two each time is really getting old. Superior deals for sure, but my orders are seldom correct--wrong pies, extra charges, missing bits... you get the gist. With each visit, Im growing more concerned for the sanitary conditions Ive been noticing... No biggie as Ive eaten worse, but the uneasiness is certainly there.

I went in to get 2 pepperonis and 1 cheese, while I was walking in I saw some girl smoking weed in her car. No biggie its Colorado, then I find out she works there and I also hear her in the back bragging about how she is the owners daughter. I wouldnt let her represent my company in any way if I was the owner. But the young man who made my pizzas was very helpful and they were good for the price.

Three visits to this place and each has been a bust! So much for their hot and ready, twice I have had to wait a minimum of 10 min. for a pizza. Place was not even busy nor people waiting. My other experience asked for cheese and went home with pepperoni. My fault shouldve checked, but when I asked for pepperoni the said it would be a wait so opted for cheese. Son was bummed it wasnt cheese.

Great customer service and great food. There were a bunch of people in line ahead of us being rude and impatient , and one old fart even threw his pizza on the counter because he accidently got the wrong one, but the kid at the front was still really nice and apologized for the scene. Our pizzas were still hot and delicious even after a 30 minute drive home

I had given this location, a 1 out of 5 star review, just a month ago. Since, the team has been doing much better. Every time I call, they now answer within a reasonable amount of time, and they are ahead of schedule. Thank you for the corrections that needed fixed. Ill continue to come, to the pizza location, for many years to come. Great job team!

This place is terribly inconsistent. We order from here a lot and have had some good experiences, but have also had nights where Ive called repeatedly and no one answers the phone. Last week, I called at 6:30 to order several pizzas for a birthday party and was told they were out of pizzas for the night. How is that even possible?

This place sucks! First the place smelled like pot! Then I had to listen to the "owners daughter" talk about a bunch of NON SENSE that she called "problems". All I wanted was a lunch combo that they told me would take 10 minutes but took 15 minutes. Probably cause they were too high to remember

They were closing early because they were understaffed and had something broken. We just moved here from Michigan and all my son wanted was a little caesars cheese pizza. Never heard of such a thing, must be poorly run. The guy wasnt even apologetic in telling me they were closing early.

This is the worst Little Caesars Ive ever been to. They are never prepared for the dinner rush and Ive had to wait every time for a Hot and Ready of any variety. Every other Little Caesars Ive been to always have something ready in their boxes and have been great with customer service.

The pepperoni hot and ready is a 5 all day. I live in Denver and I come to this Little Caesars everytime I have to drive south and have never been disappointed. It is always delicious. I have probably been here 4 or 5 times in the last few years and its always on point.

Awesome place to get takeout I myself use to work for little Caesars and I really enjoyed the friendly employees that I worked with I was training to become crew leader if I had the chance to do so again I would love to go back.

Their $5 pizza is actually $7. And they act like its ok not to tell you that upfront. Im sorry but when I ask for a $5 pizza its your job to tell me you dont have one. This is what you let a bunch of teenagers run a store.
