Totally disappointing. While I applaud and love the concept of organic and "fresh", this was a total let down. Spent $71 on takeout for two large pizzas and a salad that was supposed to be one large cesar. Instead, the salad came in two small boxes with one with some romaine, a bit of cheese and some cesar dressing, the other one (which we had not ordered), just a few mixed greens and some balsamic reduction and again a little sliced cheese. Absolutely plain. Totally underwhelming. As to the pizzas, again a total let down. We decided to order takeout based on the overall great reviews, but I am surprised at how many great reviews they seem to get, but also how many poor ones. Makes me think that folks either love them, or they hate them. As for our experience, the pizzas just do not work. Bought one Supreme Leader and one All the Rage, each $28. Neither one was enjoyable. The house smelled for hours like old grease, and ultimately we decided to just dispose of them after forcing ourselves to try through 2 slices. The crust is underwhelming for supposed artisan dough. Being originally europeean with 40 years in the US I have had my share of great pizzas in both places. this gives pizza a bad name imho. All in all, as stated, very disappointing. We will never buy there again.

Look no further, this is THE best pizza on Earth. And its right here in Castle Rock! How lucky to be living in Founders Village and be so close to a restaurant with clean pizza that is organic, additive & preservative free, rBST-free dairy and tastes DELICIOUS!!!! Cant wait to go back--love the Dalai Lama Pizza and All the Rage pizza...cant wait to try some of the others. Ive never had pizza crust that tasted this good--the magic must be in the fermentation. You can tell the owners really care about what they are working for-- their passion is has manifested in scrumptious form! Even though we got take out I also noticed and liked what they did with the decor on the interior compared with what it looked like when it was Nicolos. Very unique and cute touches. We will be going back again and again and its so nice to know we can do it guilt-free!!

Dining at 200 in the afternoon, was told the artichoke dip wasnt available until the evening, so ordered breadsticks instead, nothing special for sure. Husband ordered pizza, I ordered the Roasted vegetable salad. Was served breadsticks with no napkins, plates or silverware. Salad came out next, ice cold slimy days old roasted vegetables that consisted of 1-2 artichokes, red peppers, corn, and cabbage on top of lettuce. They forgot the shaved parm. Absolutely no flavor to the salad at all and was slimy and gross. About 12 minutes later the pizza came, husband said it was pretty good. Sent the salad back. Owner had just come to work, apologized and was very nice. I understand there are mistakes, but also am very tired of restaurants making crappy salads for those of us that choose to eat healthy. Hope they can step up their game, we wont be back.

Amazing Pizza! We got the large tossed crust with organic red sauce, meatballs, bacon, caramelized onions and fresh garlic. I was stuffed when we left, yet I couldnt wait to eat the leftovers. Dont expect "cheap" when you get this kind of quality and local fresh ingredients. And if you are used to the chain pizza restaurants, do yourself a favor and try some REAL pizza. I honestly have no affiliation with the restaurant or its owners, but I love good pizza and will definitely be back when we visit Castle Rock again next summer.

The atmosphere matches the food--TOP NOTCH. Family owned, loved, fun, friendly. Quality. "All the Rage" pizza is my fave...have tried 4...definitely going back to try more! The pizzas are CHOCK FULL of ingredients, and the artisan crusts hold up. Their gelato is AMAZING. Wings definitely try. Salad super fresh. Cane sugar sodas, great variety of locally crafted beers. The customers have fun, and the staff is very enjoyable. They aim for organic and locally sourced...KUDOS. Gluten-free pizzas, if you do that.

We took our daughter there for her birthday and had a large group of nine. Without reservations they got us sat down after pushing some tables together. We had great friendly service and ordered a variety of their specialty pizzas, craft sodas, and beers. The pizzas were out of this world good doing flavor combinations I would have never thought for pizza. One of the owners came and said hi to make sure we were having a good time. Our whole family had a great night.

Fantastic to see someone taking this much pride in their product. Everything is well thought out and presented. Pizza is on another level. Great selection of local (read: small producers) craft beers. Owner was even so kind to grab a new bottle of Crooked Stave, that literally just rolled in from the distributor, so that my wife could try it. You get what you pay for here so dont expect cardboard pizza pricing from those national chains. Simply amazing.

This restaurant is fantastic! Their pizza is unique and crave-able! I ate there twice in one week with my mom and my daughter, we loved it. The owner was welcoming both times and very attentive to all the patrons. He made it a point to introduce himself and check in with everyone to make sure their meals were great. I highly recommend trying the pizza with smoked salmon or the chicken parmesan, and of course any of the appetizers are scrumptious!

The pizza, small batch sodas and gelato were really excellent. They unfortunately left an ingredient off of our pizza. When we mentioned it to the manager, she immediately apologized and offered to make us an entire new pizza to take home! She even boxed up some of the fresh toppings (that wouldnt have done well to reheat) separately. FANTASTIC customer service!

dont let the name fool you, this isnt anything like New York Pizza. The pizza is real good (not $30) a pie good, but good. The service is friendly, but pizza took forever. Maybe so they can sell you over priced canned beer? Id go back if someone else wants to pay ;)

They deliver to franktown! And they were super fast, too. They might seem pricey but their small pizzas were the equivalent of a dominos medium- but with WAY higher quality ingredients. The smoked salmon pizza was out of this world good! We will be back for more soon.

This place is awesome! If you want great food, made with quality ingredients, served by people who care about you as a customer, this is the place for you. Lots of clean eating options and the best gelato I have ever had (even better than Italy!). Thanks 212!

Some of the best pizza Ive had in a long time with a million combination options! The pesto sauce was amazing. Both the owner and the waitress were extra friendly. Even though this place is a little out of the way for me, I will definitely be returning.
