I eat at little Caesars at least two or three times a week. I travel a lot and have never, in all of my years eating at 100s of little Caesars across the country, had service this bad, pizza this bad and I have NEVER been disrespected by a little Caesars employee until I unfortunately ventured into this place. To start with, the pizza and the bread sticks were not fully cooked and the pizza did not have what I asked for on it. I had ordered in and after a longer than usual wait for it to be cooked, my pizza then sat behind the cashier for five or ten minutes until I finally asked him to look and see if it were mine. Which it was.I had also asked them for garlic on my pizza. Which is something that I ask for and get at EVERY OTHER Little Caesars in the Country. They not only said no, but they had horrible attitudes, both the cashier and another employee who I assumed to be the manager. I told him that I really didnt want the pizza if that were the case. He ignored me, not offering me my money back for the pizza I no longer wanted. So I took my crappy, half cooked, under done, wrong toppings, worst little Caesars pizza ever, which I was FORCED to buy, and I told him to tell the owner that I would never be back. To which he responded, "Good, we dont want you to come back. Wont bother me.". I was calm up to this point. After he said that... not so much. I gave him a few words that I probably should not have given him and I left... with a pizza that I did not want but was forced to buy. Im sure that the owner will force all of his employees to go write "good" (but false) reviews to counter this one. If you end up with bad pizza, bad service and being treated like garbage, dont say you werent warned. This is EASILY the cheapest, worst little Caesars Ive ever been to. Dont be surprised when they try to charge you for napkins. They are that cheap.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION OR THE GREELEY LOCATION!!! The owner and manager are VERY rude and do not care about customer service. They give Little Caesars a bad name. We called in our order 25 minutes before we arrived only to find that it had never been placed because what we ordered contained Hot and Ready Pizzas.We were told, once in the store, that they do not take orders for any hot and ready pizzas unless they are included in a large order. 1st of all, we placed an order and it should have been made. 2nd of all, if they are hot and ready, why did we have to wait an extra 11 minutes for our order? The owners exact words were "its my store and I can run it how I want to". The fact is, you need customer support to run a store, and he just lost us and all of our associates as customers! If you need/want pizza in the Greeley area, save yourself the frustration and find a different place to buy your pizza. People that care this little about their customers dont need or apparently want customers. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!

I dont have anything bad to say about the food. The pizza is cheap, good, and love that you can just pick up without an order. The customer service isnt so great. The power was out yesterday, which we were not aware of, instead of putting a sign on their door they just locked it and sat in the lobby playing on their phones. When they saw us standing outside they just ignored us. So we had no idea why the door was locked. After a minute we went next door and realized the power was out. Someone should have said something or like any person with common sense, had a sign on the door saying their power was out.

I called in my order in advance. The phone order went smoothly. Once there, staff greeted ne and set expectations, a few minutes waiting time. Three minutes later my order was complete. After paying, the staff thanked me for considering Little Ceasars and wished me a good rest of my evening. Place is small and compact. No reservations required for take out. Lines formed quickly and moved just as quick. Dificult time maneuvering in store. Otherwise, good experience.

I always go to get pizza to this place but tonight you guys did me wrong you guys gave me cold bread sticks with cold sauce and my pizza had only 5 slices and was deformed like if they made it in a hurry and yes i understand that I got there 15 minutes before they close but that dont give you employees the right mistreat your customers like that maybe Im quitting lil Caesar and going digorno..

The pizza is decent enough, but I dont think that I have ever walked in and out with a hot m ready pizza without waiting at least 5-10 minutes. During busy times they never seem to be able to keep up, and during the slow times they never have anything good to go. So, kind of defeats their whole schtick, but the price is still decent.

The food is always good. But there has never been any pizzas that I have ordered hot and ready when theyre supposed to be from 4 to 8. Also, I have never been offered crazy bread for having to wait 15 minutes on my pizza. I thought that was standard procedure.

Pizza is usually pretty good, for $6. Not usually hot and ready though, typically a 10 minute wait. Wont take call ins for large orders, which is frustrating because of the wait time for 10 pizzas.

This place is small and crowded. Its so small that the place couldnt even contain the line of people. The staff is friendly and service is fast, theyre doing the best with what theyve got.

The employee over the phone decides to hang up when I mention delivery at 7:59PM. When I call back, it went straight to the automated system saying that delivery isnt available anymore.

I do not like their pizza. Very salty and makes you thirsty all night long. I do not recommend this place. Go to Pizza Hut instead.
