We been there 4 times in the last 3 weeks after work. Their service is terrible. The first time I went there was nobody there and it still took over an hour and a half to get our food. The place is always dirty and the servers never refill drinks or even get you your drinks in the first place. Not till you ask them at least 3 times. The last time I went there on November 1st it took over 2 hours to get our food. There were people who came in, got their food, ate, and then left before we even got our food. Their excuse was the cubs game was on. When I talked to the manager about it, the only reason he gave me a 20% discount was because 15 of the 20 wings I ordered were undercooked and I was about to throw up.

Would not recommend going here on a game night unless your just there for a few beers and to watch the games. We waited almost 2 hours for our food, we had no refills of our drinks for 30 minutes or more. I noticed a couple that had came in after us and after about an hour after ordering they got up and left. The food was good, but the wait is slow! Not going to be going back!

Tried to go here with my daughter today, i felt like a ghost, there were people at two tables, we waited to be seated for 15 minutes, and we were not even acknowledged. Owner really needs to revisit customer service best practices with the team here, was unaware that in such a competitive environment this still happens, settled for pizza hut wings just a few doors down.

Great food! Had the Tenders with Mac. Not my normal because I find tenders boring to eat when you go out. But, I thought why not, and man o man where they good.Even got to take some home! Cooked to perfection. Service was friendly and fun jokester with us. As well he should seeing it does fit the kind of table we were. Thanks Nick!

Last visit was a major disappointment. Paid $10 for the Garden Crasher veggie plate and it came with 3 slivers of red bell peppers, a few celery and carrot sticks, pita chips, and 2 dips. If Id known that was what it was going to be like, I wouldve saved myself $8 by just ordering celery and carrots on the side.

Service has been awfully slow, everytime Ive been there. The food is mediocre at best, but is what youd expect from a franchised wing joint. The TVs are good for sports obviously, but the atmosphere leaves you wanting. If you want wings and sports, there are better choices in the area.

Server was very polite. Food was "iffy". My order was wrong and when I asked about it, I was told it was what I ordered but that the menu isnt printed correctly. I was allowed to order something different with no extra charge but got it to go since the rest of the family was finished

The food tastes pretty good, but you never feel good afterwards. The menu is unimpressive if you are there to try anything other than wings. Most people wouldnt go if they didnt want wings, but if youre with a group and you dont like wings...then you should have some options too, no?

Ive always liked bdubs growing up and this new concept they are rolling out is nice, the staff are all good people, but this location is VERY slow. Im not sure if they are just understaffed or not together quite yet. Will rate one star higher if I receive faster service next visit.

There is nothing special about this place, and the food is way better at wings etc. if I have to come here with friends, all I ever order is potato wedges. You have to pay $12 for just a hamburger, and then pay separate for fries which are another $3-$5. Crazy for a sports bar.

New restaurant blues. Placed a to go order and waited 40 minutes, drove 10 minutes to location and received wrong order. So now driving another 20 minutes round trip to pick up another order. Understood there are always kinks in a new restaurant...but first impressions mean a lot

Stopped in late Wednesday evening. Seven people inside. 3 people at the bar. Ordered (small) boneless wings... Waited for 30 minutes. Got up and left... 1st and last time visiting this place. Terrible service, and the bar was filthy. Dont waste your time.

The food is just okay. If you are hanging out, watching the game I can see coming here. Waitress was okay as well, not as attentive once as could be. We came on a Tuesday night and there was enough patrons there to be busy. Try it at least once.

The food was good but our waitress messed up my order twice and messed up our drinks and tried to charge us for them. We waited an unreasonable amount of time for our food and the bills were messed up. I do not recommend Chelsea as a waitress.

We had a table of 10 but we were one of the only groups there at the time and took a while to get waters. Wings were not that great and did not taste fresh or well prepared (Hot BBQ and Lemon Pepper Dry Rub) Overall pretty bland experience

Just left this establishment. Sat down for at least 20 minutes. No acknowledgment, no drinks or order. No waitress ever came to our table. We didnt even get to taste the food because we got up and left. Worst service

The service here is hit or miss and usually a miss. The servers arent rude just slow and infrequent in my experience. Its slowly improving though. Food is good and management is quick to correct any problems with no fuss.

Didnt bring ranch sauce when ordered with meal or asked 2nd time. Had to ask for a refill on water. Didnt offer refill on drinks. Had to go to the counter to ask for the bill. Food was good service was non-existent.

The waitress said we have a special in wings 1/2 off! Ok Ill do that. Get my bill at full price and she said oh that was only on traditional. No adjustment on the bill. Way to clarify!!!

Going into a Buffalo Wild Wings you know really what to expect. Wings are good, and its a great atmosphere to watch any sporting event. Decent wings, but nothing super special.
