The experience is akin to choosing the lunch equivalent of a mystery flavored dum dum pop! You know itll probably taste OK, but you have no idea what you are actually eating. As far as I can tell, the problem arose from a gross misunderstanding of what was being ordered over the phone, and in person at pick-up. Upon returning to work with our food, we realized that not one item we ordered was correct. (Wrong calzone fillings) I called to see if we could return one to either be remade or refunded. Instead of immediately finding an amicable solution, the manager insisted on arguing that they confirmed it over the phone, in person, and they made them as ordered, no mistakes. (The food delivered neither matched the receipt, nor the original order) He was pretty quick to rudely point the finger at me for screwing up the order. Money was returned for the uneaten calzone after two phone calls and much discussion. Customer service is their last priority. Foods OK. Price is high for what you get. Will not revisit.

I was visiting a family member in the hospital and decided that I couldnt stand another meal at the medial center do went across to Pudge Brothers Pizza across from the street. The staff was not particularly friendly, but we were hungry. The pizza looked like it had been sitting out for a while so I placed a special order for a ricotta, mozzarella, and ham calzone. This is not an item on the menu, but they prepared it for me and it was quite good. The other person ordered a calzone supreme and said it was excellent. I probably will be back since it is far better than the hospital cafe and it looks like we will be here for a while.

i pick a 5 star rating, the reviews are skewed to the negative by multiple 1s of the same person. I have not had any problem and even when i am at a different location on the campus they found me and delivered. My favorite is the 10" 5 meat pizza and like to share the 6 piece motzarella sticks, ranch and marinara with my co-workers. The service is fast and the delivery guy is nice. I recommend them. The food tastes authentic for the price point and i like that they sell the Pellegrino can drinks... its a Pizza joint that does good pizza and they do good by delivering... cheers

I order for events on campus and love this place! It is the only pizza place in the area that consistently gets it right. The other guys tend show up at the end of meeting or forget to bring plates and napkins. The pizza is good but not my favorite so I have to knock off 1 star. I dont understand the negative reviews here. I use these guys a lot and have never had a bad experience.

This has become one of my by far favorite pizza places. I cant speak enough about the amazing staff. They are funny, entertaining, great with suggestions, super fast and they handle pressure pretty well.

these guys suck. Rude, cant make an order correctly and when you ask them to fix their mistake they refuse. better off going to Jimmy Johns next door. there should really be a zero star option.

Pizza is...Just meh. They have them premade and the pies sit under heaters. It, as they are the only pizza option on campus, they gets ton of business.
