The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The cashier when he finally decided to come to the counter and help us, I ordered 3 root beer floats. There was absolutely no sense of urgency to fill my order, he wandered around finally went to the drink dispenser and of course the root beer was out, again walking around. This went on for 15 minutes, seriously doing nothing. He finally got our order to the counter and I told him I wanted to talk to a manager, she tells him shes to busy! Wow ! Well now I can see where his customer service comes from. He learned from her! She finally sauntered over, could care less what I had to say! I asked for the owner and she says you have to call him , here is a cookie. Unbelievable!

Great service I will come more Often that Jackie girl is very friendly and kind I really liked her alot .She was very polite compared the rest of the crew there I really thank Jackie for giving me amazing service. I suggest the manager talks to the rest of his crew I went by on Tuesday with my wife and she ordered and was missing a few things she went into the lobby and spoke with a young lady by the name or Rose or Ruth she couldnt read her tag point is this lady was very disrespectful and kept yelling at my wife the manager then came but was kind of rude and Jackie apoligized to my wife even though it was not her fault but her crews.... THANKS JACKIE KEEP IT UP!!!!

I dont know whats up with these other reviews. Maybe they changed management recently? Place was VERY clean and the employees were more than polite. I picked up a bucket from them twice this week and they were both good. That said, DONT GO TO THE ONE ON BOWLES! The second bucket I grabbed was actually from that location and it smelled and tasted old. Instead of driving back there, I decided to go to this one instead based on my experience earlier in the week, and they were more than happy to exchange it with fresh, great tasting chicken. So yeah. This one good, Bowles one bad.

Food poisoning. I believe the other reviewers must be employees. This is the 2nd time weve visited this location and the 2nd time the store was completely trashed out. Food, crumbs, dirty napkins, used cups and more on almost all tables and spread around the floor in the entire dining area. My 6 year old daughter is now ill and throwing up the morning after. I will be pursuing legal action against this store. Employees were sarcastic, unprofessional and impolite. Obvious that managers and/or owners do not care but they will after we sue them.

1 star only because its the lowest I can go in order to post review. +++So I ordered a BIG BOX today... CRISPY. The chicken was CRISPY, but lacking 11 herbs and spices. I spoke with Caleb and asked him if he had tasted the crispy chicken today because I purchased some and it had no flavor other than flour and oil. I asked if he could go taste the chicken. He was very dismissive and condescending. I guess Ill have to find a different KFC.+++

The tables were very dirty, I found a clean one. Another customer came in, could not find a clean table. He asked the guy working behind the counter to clean a table for him. The guy came out with a wet rag, wiped down the table leaving it wet, then walked away, passing several, obviously very dirty tables without cleaning them. The customer ended up using a bunch of paper napkins to dry the table. The food was good though....

My thigh was greasy and undercooked. Still a little pink in the center, next to the bone. This indicates that they didnt allow the oil to return to proper temperature before dropping the next batch in and theyre probably not cooking to standard times. I have a strong stomach, so Ill probably just get runs but someone with a weakened immune system should not eat here.

Went there tonight ordered 3 kfc bowls 3 Pepsi ... got home realized we didnt get the cookies that come with it the Pepsi had no syrup and didnt get a receipt. I called and talked to the manager Tim and he was super nice and fixed everything for us. Tim is a great manager and all about wanting to continue our business there so THANK YOU.

They really need to step it up at this location. We always wait forever to place an order and then even longer to receive our food. The staff seems careless and the food doesnt come out good. Chicken either too dry and old, or the batter is not cooked all the way, you get slimy flour in chicken. I dont recommend this location.

Oh yeah talk about your great slow service. Then get to the window to pay girl takes money turns around and says different amount 15 dollars higher. Got that figured out she said she must be stoned? Then they forgot half are order. Tried calling see what to do already out of town no answer 10 minutes not even a machine

Stud at the front counter for 10 minutes before some one came to take are order then thay did not have any food cooked so we had to wate the lobby had no clean tables and there was food all over the Floor thay were not friendly at all acaked like we were bothering them there was only one other person there.

My zinger chicken sandwich was really stale like a hockey puck. Obviously it wasnt fresh and the driv thru guy wasnt pleasant. Last time I went, there was an older lady and she was very nice and the service was good.
