I recently visited this location on a Friday night. After looking online to verify this location was open until 10PM and getting my family of 5 to agree on somewhere to eat I drove 30 minutes and arrived a 8:45 PM. When I pulled up the open sign was on and there were two employees standing outside smoking. I pulled up and the drive through light turned off. I waited for about 5 minutes and decided to pull around and the same two employees were outside. I asked why they all of a sudden turned the sign off and why the hours say until 10. The response I got was "Sorry Corporate makes us close at 9" keep in mind its 8:50. I just think its extremely rude to have such practices and then to top it off not do anything about it. I went in Today and asked for the manager and asked him what he was going to do to make it right and I said for the hassle I would like a meal or something. He said fine, took my order and then told me my total! I said so youre still charging me? He said yeah we just cant give food away. Needless to say this location is a JOKE the manager is a JOKE. Avoid if all possible.

My husband stopped by on Sunday at 615 to get dinner for the family. They said they were out of chicken and werent making anymore because they close at 7....there were 3 people in the drive through behind him! NOT impressed. No wonder this place has bad reviews. Its totally possible for a fast food place to get great ratings but not if the employees are this lazy. If I were managing this location Id be livid. Of course watching your food waste is important but sorry, youre doing it wrong if youre running out an hour before you close.

This KFC was completely under staffed and I could tell that they were so backed up on their orders from what I could tell on the screens. I do only have 30 mins for my lunch and I expect "fast" food to be F**king FAST. I expect a big change in the future not only for my fellow peers but also other people with jobs who have a limited time to feed themselves throughout the day.

After watching 100 Popcorn Chicken commercials, I finally went. Guy said 2 cars in front of me also ordered popcorn chicken so I had to wait 5-7 minutes. Fine, no problem. But by the time the food came out to me TWENTY minutes later, I wasnt happy. So after a long wait, its the same popcorn chicken I had 2 years ago. What a waste.

This is consistently the worse KFC I have ever been to. Its unfortunate because its down the street. The food is fine, but they never have it ready. They always say they need you to pull around while they cook the chicken or buscuits. I have waited over 20 minutes at least 4 times. They need to fire the management and start over.

Id give 0 stars if I could. Terrible experience! I sat in the drive-thru line for OVER 20 minutes this afternoon. Employee could care less and offered no apology. No silverware or napkins provided. When I asked for my receipt to provide feedback I was told "were out of receipt paper," and closed the window on me. I wont be back!

I didnt have the greatest experience tonight, but the reason for the 5 star is service. The Manager Kevin knew I had been waiting for sometime, he acknowledged me as I was annoyed and apologized multiple times. I did not ask for anything from them, just my food, Kevin went above and beyond and for that I give a 5 star.

Restaurant # E720387 should be closed, it is horrible. It cannot keep employees or managers. Surely the only reason it remains open is because of the lease, no way it makes any money. This place is probably the worst KFC on the planet. People are always rude! They cant count, they forget what you order (always shorted something) Brought order home shorted biscuits, corn on the cob looked like it came out of the trash (spoiled) Very disappointed AGAIN !!!!!!

Pitiful! Only word that can explain this place. Waited 10 minutes and they gave me the wrong order. I even went in instead of using the drive thru. They should get new management for sure. Manager is hiding in the back. Finally gave up after 20 minutes and got my money back.

This place is trash, its messy and smells like rotten dick. Manager also has a stick up his ass at all times and clearly wishes he wasnt there, and by there, I mean existing. Pls dont go here your stomach will thank you

We ordered extra crispy family meal with sides. The chicken and sides were as good as it could get. We got plenty of utensils, napkins, honey and butter. They did us up right :) So good. We are stuffed.

The owner staffs this location so poorly. The poor staff get completely screwed if just 1 person calls in; they have to close the drive thru, even, just to make it.
