I went to this KFC & wanted to order two drumsticks the lady told us that they did not have two of them ready in the same flavor she stated it would take 5 minutes. I asked if they had them one of each she stated no. I ordered something different, as I am pre diabect & needed food asap. By the time we got to the window there would have been plenty of time for the chicken to have been made. Why KFC would not have chicken made is beyond me but whatever. When we asked if chicken was ready when we got to the window we were again told there was no chicken. We canceled our order & I tried to speak with the manager I was upset but not yelling at this point he tells me that he does not like to be talked to the way I was talking to him. Well I came to a chicken place to order chicken & was told there was no chicken, he wold not talk to me or help me. My husband called he was just as rude to him, however the 800 was on the phone with me & our phone blue tooths to the car so the 800 was able to hear the way he talked to my husband. I called the 800 # & was assured twice that a district or regional manager would call back & that was about 2 weeks ago! WOW! KFC does not appear to care at all about their customers or their experience. We did go right across the street to Taco Bell & because we had such a horrible time with KFC they gave us some free treats. Great customer service Taco Bell.

The drive-thru was closed, so I had to drive around and go inside with my young hungry child. This building is fairly new, but it was filthy. We were greeted by a hand-written apology (explaining that theft meant they wouldnt provide frosted mugs without a charge) and a grumpy cashier. Out of many stock items, we ordered our food with substitutions and waited in line. I reminded my child not to touch anything as I realized our feet were sticking to the ground. The condiment and napkin/utensil station was mysteriously absent, and a pool of something unidentifiable was coagulating near the soft drink station. I shouldve left, but we waited for the food and left. (I want to mention that the person who gave us our food was very nice.) But, the food was unappetizing and mostly inedible. I have enjoyed this place in the past, but now have a strong inclination to report it to the health department and corporate. Of course, this is the same establishment that has mysteriously been locked up - every light blazing - without an employee in sight during regular business hours (6:30 pm), and the only chicken place that has said they were out of chicken. Without serious changes, I expect that it will be out of business soon.

Shanny is by far the rudest fast food employee I have ever met. Waited in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes AFTER we placed our order. Finally get to the window, paid for our food and was then told to pull over and someone will run our chix tenders out to us. So we ASKED her, "do you know how long that might be?" And instead if a civil answer of like " just a couple of minutes" she says " let me hold up the drive line and go ask." My husband and I looked at each other in shock. Being business owners ourselves in an industry where we survive based off of great customer service skills that we have, we quickly asked for our money back. The manager stepped in to refund our money and barely acknowledged what just occurred. Again, we were floored. Never, never, never again, will my husband and I ever go back there. And my friends have been warned as well.

We just went through the drive through at this location. After waiting almost 10 minutes out front for our meal we arrive at our house to realize both biscuits and a side are missing. We call the store at roughly 9:49pm and tell them of our situation. The gentleman tells us we will get a large side and an additional biscuit for our trouble. When we arrive back in the drive thru window the same manager tells us that he closed the store after we left originally at 9:45pm. The meal is lacking almost of its items and still we were charged. When i inform him that he didnt tell us on the phone that he wasnt going to fix our meal he laughs in our faces. I dont know what has happened to KFC/A&W stores but this is not remotely resemblance of the experience i remember. If i try these franchises again chances are slim it will be at the terrible establishment.

Im sorry, but this was the worst experience ever. I know its summer and all,but did it really need to be 54° did I mention it was cold outside as well . The workers are down right disgusting and were not clean. They spent more time talking than cooking. The manager sat on his phone and could not answer my question. P.s I asked where hand towels were. The chicken tenders look like they crawled out of a Steven king novel. The food was disgusting. And this is my 3rd time having this experience at this location. (Ive only gone there 3 times). And I will never go again. And did I mention I ordered a swirl or whatever the ice cream was. The board said 2.99 they rang it up for 4.00(before tax) I asked why that was not same price on the board. She do t I dont know but its $4 and did not honor the price on the board

My wife and I went to KFC last evening about 5PM. The gentleman taking the orders was very friendly and always smiling as we ordered. We ordered extra crispy chicken and mashed potatoes. Unfortunately they had run out of mashed potatoes and wouldnt have more until the manager "got back". A gentleman came up from the back and said that he didnt think the manager was coming back therefore there would be no mashed potatoes the rest of the night. VERY poor planning on the part of management and a lousy manager. Our dinner was okay, certainly nothing to brag about, even without mashed potatoes. One piece chicken breast, two piece dark meat chicken dinner at KFC NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! Side note: most of the tables were dirty. Too many choices of places to eat to go back there again.

The managers are young kids that know nothing about running a buissnes the one manager named Jacob is rude I herd him call a lady a bicth and every thing they cook is frozen the chicken the mashed potatoes the gravy the bisquets are frozen it sits under heat lamps that is why the food taste old the coleslaw isnt the same as it was I know this because I know how to cook and I also give reviews on food this KFC has to many kids as managers dont waste your money they also do Not cook the chicken fully a lot of raw chicken gets served there I investigated this dont eat at this KFC

i have gotten the 8 piece meal here which comes with a cake lately, like 5 times in a month i think and i just want to say it is always awesome... where i think 7plus dollars is a bit steep for two pieces of chicken a couple bites of cole slaw and one biscuit, i still have not once yet not liked the quality of the food. i think they only time people post a review is when they are pissed, so im just posting a good one for all those who complain all the time.
