If youre looking for fried chicken; it might be a better idea to drive the extra 4 miles to go to the next Popeyes... I havent had Popeyes in a very long time and about a week ago, I decided to buy a gallon of Hawaiian Punch since I was at the gas station anyway but wanted juice instead of soda. I got the Hawaiian punch home and when I drank it, it was the most disgusting thing ever. I took it back and explained that I believed it was for display only. The manager tried arguing with me saying she didnt believe me and that I was wrong and that I was probably lying. She then got a different gallon and put it next to mine and realized I was right. "Well, I didnt know." was her response. 5 dollars for a gallon of colored water and an insult to my character. Great deal. Tonight I decided to try there again but this time actually get their food. The cashier who helped (a taller woman) was VERY polite and got my order quickly. As I was waiting for my order to be made, the manager helped another customer and the customer stated that she was over charging them because there was an advertisement outside saying a cheaper price than what she was charging them. The customer than went outside, took a picture of the advertisement and came back in to show her. Her response was "I dont care. Thats not the price. My computer says its [said price] and thats all I can charge you. If you dont want it, you can get something else." This manager is absolutely appalling and has no place working in customer service. She makes the stereotype about gas station fast food restaurants true. Then when I got home, I realized that she had messed up our order. When ordering a family dinner 16 piece, there was supposed to be 4 breasts, 4 thighs, 4 wings, 4 drumsticks. We only had 2 breasts, 6 wings, 4 thighs and 4 drumsticks. I refuse to go back on the account Ill probably get called a liar again or something else not worth dealing with the company again. As long as that woman is on duty, I wont be returning.

Well I have only eaten at Popeyes once or twice and that was about 4-5 years ago so I thought Id give their "Beer Can Chicken" a try as I was near one around lunchtime. Service was ok however having 1 person work the drive thru and front counter at mealtimes is setting that person up to fail and be extremely frustrated. Since there was a line around the building the window took priority over the dining room (manager might want to take notice...) I had the order to go and only was a 2-3 minute drive but the fries were STONE COLD. The chicken was hot but can you say "RUBBER CHICKEN"??!! Im guessing the fryer was not up to temp causing it to soak up too much oil. Lastly the biscuit was very well suited for biscuits and gravy or pee-wee league hockey but not for straight eating unless you plan on visiting your dentist in the very near future. Yes I realize this is a fast food place but come on this is fried chicken with a biscuit and fries... I will likely give them another shot someday but not until I am really Jonesin for some fried chicken.

I went to get Popeyes last Tuesday. I ordered a bucket and sides for the entire family. Once I got home, I found that half of the chicken was still pink inside, breading was falling off, and they were full of grease. I tried to call Popeyes at least 3 times during the first hour and finally gave up when noone answered the phone. I could tell that the chicken was not left in the fryer long enough or they recently started to heat the oil. Anyway, since I couldnt get a hold of them, we had to toss the chicken. Boy was I pissed. What kind of place doesnt even answer the phone?! Better yet, how difficult is it to deep fry chicken and get it all the way cooked? First - this is an extremely dangerous health risk; you guys can kill someone if that chicken isnt cooked all the way! Secondly - if you believe in any type of customer service whatsoever, answer your phones! What a shame!

I often eat at this Popeye the food is really good. My favorite side is the Red beans & rice. although sometimes they take a while but the food has always been fresh and delicious! My last experience there i waited 15 mins in the drive thru during a dinner rush but the manager came out and was very courteous he spoke to each and every customer about why it was taking so long. he explained that the chicken he had made had been sitting under the warmer for far too long and that he was not allowed to sell it and that the fresh batch was on its way. That made me feel secure that i was not going to receive old food and so i understood without a doubt. i love the spicy chicken and 10-15-20 minutes will always be worth the wait!

Ordered a couple of 2 piece chicken specials and a side of mashed potatoes to go. First off, got charged for 3 orders instead of 2. So the Manager gets snotty with the lady who rang up the order. Got all the way home and found out they only had put one order of chicken in the bag. So drove all the way back to get the other order. Punk Manager says in a snotty way - "Have a nice day" as I was walking away from the counter. We exchanged some choice words and he says "dont come back here again". Oh, dont worry about that junior - well never spend a cent at this piece of crap place again. How does someone with no people skills get to be a Manager? This punk need to be pounding the pavement looking for another job.

I ordered through the drive thru today, I ordered a chicken tender meal. All was good until I popped the lid from my drink and found several dead ants in my drink (at least 10). I called and spoke to a store manager to let them know (so nobody else was served from this machine)-Im assuming they were in the ice....... Anyway the manager just said "thank you for telling me". She did not seem too concerned, I sensed no sense of urgency in her voice. Anyway always check your drinks and food before consuming. I wish I could post the pic I took. So gross! I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Ok, Im seriously over it! It is like they just decide to give us whatever sides they have on hand, every single time we go (which Im usually to lazy to make dinner at least once a month). How do you confuse cole slaw with mashed potatoes? Really? I can honestly say the last 10 times, at least, that we have been here they have messed up our order. Not going to argue that anything is cooked badly because it tastes ok (fast food wise), but I just have no patience for not being able to read what the actual order was placed. Going to have to find another fast dinner place :(.

This location is busy. The employees do their best to serve you your food in a timely fashion. Sometimes you will have to wait for it. Sometimes there will be a long line. Its the price you pay when you go out to eat ANYWHERE. If you cant wait a few minutes for food that others are preparing for you, maybe you should have cooked your own meal at home instead. Dont get mad at the employees for your lack of patience. I have had zero problems here, mostly because I respect the people behind the counter, and they respect me. Not so revolutionary of an idea. Prefer Popeyes over KFC :)
