Our family loves Chick-fil-a, and we visit them often when we travel. Sadly, this was the worst experience any of us has ever had at one. Our order took a very long time, there were three people just standing around at the drive-through window with seemingly nothing to do (despite the wait for customers), my classic sandwich came overcooked and despite us asking twice for extra napkins, we received one napkin for an order for four people. While the staff were courteous and friendly and offered service with a smile, the caliber of that service was decidedly subpar. A final point which indicates the lack of attention to detail at this location is the fact that all of the dipping sauces of a certain flavor were coated in sticky residue. I assume that the larger box holding all of the packages of that flavor had a spill, and it got all over the interior of the box: thats alright, these things happen. But a professionally managed restaurant would take the time and effort to wipe down or rinse off the dipping sauce packets so that customers do not end up with sticky sauce all over their clothes or vehicles. I would highly recommend you take the time to drive a little further to different Chick-fil-a location.

I love going to chick fil a because of the food and the lovely customer service that never fails. Unfortunately, I had my first bad experience there. I was in the drive through and ordered a meal and a extra order of fries. When I got to the windows and received my food, I noticed that I didnt get the extra order of fries so I asked for it and the girl said she will give me one and all of sudden the guy that seemed to be the manager(bald head, glasses and buttoned up shirt) yelled out "well did she pay for it? If not we definitely need to charge her" really loud. I understand that they were busy and that they can mess up but I was really upset that one, I didnt get any apology for them messing up my order, and mostly importantly I was treated like I was trying to scam them for free order of fries thats $2. I was embarrassed and upset. Dont know if I want to go back to that location.

I should mention that I am christian before writing this review. Chick-fil-A has one of, if not the most, friendly staff I have ever met. I am not sure how they train or hire but they are excellent at promoting a positive work environment. I dont feel like I am getting a fake happy while they are serving me. That being said I think this fast food chain (based on this location only) has great food and is generally above my expectations for a fast food shop. I recommend checking this place out, though dont expect to try it on Sunday. They are closed for what I can only attribute to the Sabbath which God has told men to take off work each week. If they arent a christian company, they sure do have leanings that way.

I love chick-fil-a but this is consistently the worst location I have ever been too. We constantly have to wait 15-25 min to get food at this location. Even at times when this location is not busy we have to wait 15-25 min to get our food after it is ordered. This is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. All other chick-fil-a locations consistently deliver food no more than 1-5 min after ordering. **Update - still slow I went back today 11/23/16 and ordered at 7:46am and ordered a chicken biscuit meal. I got my food at 7:58am. After that wait, my biscuit was in 6 pieces.

I love chick fill a, the chicken is amazing and lets face it, its way better than the other options for fast food. But Im giving it 1 star since tonight was my breaking point.Yes at drive thru they have messed up my order at least a handful of times, but tonight they didnt give me what I ordered. I even corrected it at the window where they adjusted the amount so I paid for large fries with my meal and when I drove home 20 mins away I found out they were small ones! When you go thru drive thru check your order twice because they mess up more times then they get it right.

Always greeted with courteous friendly people. I eat here a lot and they CONSISTANTLY get my order CORRECI Bravo! Im picky and I appreciate the detail. Even if I have to wait it is well worth it. I do believe people have their expectations too high if they think you can snap your fingers and get an order. Try going home and making it as fast as they do ,I can guarantee you I dont believe anyone will get it consistently as right as they do here. It is a popular dining area. Im a very satisfied customer with no other affiliation other than a customer. Great job!!!!

Up until today Id probably give this place a 5 star rating. Im waiting everytime I go through the drive through... but I can live with that. 9/10 times the order is perfect. Today was one of those times they didnt get it right. I got home and realized that one of my kids didnt get their chicken nuggets. I called them hoping theyll just cancel that part of the order and instead they want to send me a coupon. Meh. Sucks that my kid doesnt get his food (I gave him my sandwich instead).

HORRIBLE!!! It took 20 minutes of standing around before it was our turn to order primarily due to a confused, unorganized, and inefficient work crew. I dont understand why they dont have the fountain drinks as do it yourself, it would save time. Then...I went up to get a refill and stood there mad for five minutes while all the clueless teenagers ran around doing not much of anything. There wasnt even a line at that time. The place was loud and a mess.

This place doesnt even deserve half a star! This is by far the worst run branch I have ever visited. The general manager needs to go back to training and then re-hire staff that actually know how to take an order. Ive given this place three chances, only because its close to my house, and theyve managed to screw up my orders every time. If your craving Chik-fil-a bypass this one and go on to the next one. You will be severely disappointed!

I go here a few times a week! Always get nice people taking my order. Usually order a bacon biscuit for breakfast and they gave me a bacon muffin instead three time in two weeks. So I mentioned something to the manager. He asked me for a reciept and I did not have one. Told him that I was telling him so he could improve his employees not to get free food. He thanked me and gave me some free coupons. Highly reccomend this place.

Theresa was grumpy this morning. She made sure to let us know that shed have to ring items up separately because they werent part of breakfast. What is that, two extra buttons to push? She needs a little more time polishing up on her smiles and happiness. Also, employees should retreat to the back to blow their noses instead of doing it standing next to the condiment counter. Food and management were great!

Went there for lunch - was less than satisfactory. Besides the 25 minute wait in the drive-thru (which was typically expected) I got to the window to only find out they dont have what I ordered and that I need to go wait in the parking lot. Waiting for 10 more minutes in the busy parking lot and they still messed up the order. Very disappointed in the lack of service and attention to detail.
