If I were rating this location from experience tonight, I would be hard pressed to give it a one. * As we walked in, a young employee was taking drive through orders while sitting in a booth with two other friends. Headset on, talking to the customer, while she was chatting with her friends. * The cashier taking our order was just plain rude, which is rare in my experience with Chick-fil-a. Between every item we ordered she kept repeating "What else?" with a roll of her eyes. * They never brought our food. We waited 10 minutes to be served, 3 minutes to be acknowledged by a staff member when standing by the counter to ask about our missing food, and then another 5 minutes to get our food. * The manager on duty (I know it was the manager because of her red shirt and store keys) was making out with her boyfriend while standing next to a table by the registers. She was hugging and kissing her boyfriend while my husband stood there waiting to be acknowledged by a staff member for our food that was forgotten. As always, the food tasted good and our order was correct but the service and professionalism was so poor it was embarrassing. The manager on duty failed tonight by 1) letting her staff do whatever the heck they wanted 2) groping her boyfriend in the middle of the restaurant in front of customers- young and old. 3) Not paying attention to the customers and making sure orders are correct and customers are happy. I gave a rating of 2 because I have had many pleasant experiences here too. I hope the Owner/Store Manager reads this and makes the appropriate changes.

This is the worst restaurant ever! I never come here because of their Personal Views on our Gay community, but a friend wanted there fries and a frozen lemonade......... it took us 15 minutes to get thru the drive thru..... instead of having ppl pull over to wait for their orders, they have them sit there and back up the drive thru line. They are not the smartest group of ppl working there, when I complained, the Mgr darted off in some other direction, and the girl left standing there responded...... Were trying!!!! TRY A LIL HARDER! My friend said the fries were old and cold and his frozen lemonade was no longer frozen, because we saw it sitting in the window with the sun hitting it, while the employees, chatted up with the car in front of me! I didnt get anything, bcuz they just suck as a company! Good luck if you dare to waste your time and money! I would not of givin them any stars, but its not an option!!

Maybe Im not their target Customer. Admittedly Im antisocial and cold but also often hungry. They hire kids who probably have potential but they arent capable yet. When i come here i have to suffer through a 16 year old trying to make small talk at the drive through window while no one, especially the kid talking to me, its making my food. Im here for fast food Not a social interaction. Ive even pretended to talk on the phone so theyll leave me alone and they just sit there with the window open and stare at me. Its brutally awkward. In turn I normally go to the CFA on the other side of I25 where they hire people who are focused on getting my food instead of being chatty. Its out of my way but still saves me time. They usually hand me my food before my card is ran. What a concept! Focusing on getting me food fast.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A in all of Denver! Despite it being ACROSS THE STREET from my home, I drive over to either of 2 other locations to avoid: - getting the wrong stuff, - incorrect change, - filthy environment, - rude teen personnel who are CERTAIN theyre correct about everything, even that you didnt ask for sugar-free tea, you diabetic, and lastly, - the drive-thru line that never moves! Seriously, I love Chick-fil-A (enough to defend their opinions to my gay friends, even), but totally refuse to visit this one. All my complaints remain unanswered too - not even a crappy coupon & boilerplate "were sorry you didnt enjoy your visit"!

Worst Chick-fil-A ever. Always slow poor service. Today tops them all. We were waiting in the drive thru for breakfast pulled up to order at 10:31 with the breakfast menu still showing on our side. We started to order and were told we could not get breakfast because they stop at 10:30. I explained that it was 10:31 and the breakfast menu was still showing. We were told they stop at 10:30 and would only be served lunch even though the car in front of us just ordered breakfast. One minute after and you turn us away. Not a way to run your business. We will be finding a different location to visit from here on out. SMH!!!!!!!!

We love Chick-fil-A and eat here regularly, but this has to be the slowest drive-thru ever! Plan on a good 15-20 minutes to get through the line. Often times they give you a little gift card for the long wait (which is nice) but its always a bummer when you have a car full of hungry and tired kiddos.

I love chick-fil-a. This is the worst Ive been to in the entire Denver metro. The service is good, but the food is of very sub par quality. Never hot, been served stale buns on multiple occasions. Constantly fed excuses about broken equipment being the cause. Wont be coming back.

Had to wait in a long drive thru line. They were rushing so fast I had to repeat my order to him 3 times. Got home and noticed the missed a whole #1 large meal. I do not live in this area so now they have costed me time and gas driving back up there.

Went in for greasy chicken, left with undercooked chicken and sadness. Everyone working the counters was 15 and they all looked depressed. This is the worst chick fil a Ive ever been to and I hope to never step foot in it again.

I love chick-fil-a however at this location I didnt mind the extended wait, what really sucked is I ordered the chicken minis and they gave me 4 biscuits but only 3 pieces of chicken. I at least want what I paid for.

Very slow getting our food. When we did get the food the chicken on my sandwich was the smallest thinnest piece of chicken Ive ever had on a Chick-fil-A sandwich. Very disappointed. Had several bites with just bread.

Just went through the drive thru, the 16 year olds were more focused on singing and having fun with each other rather than making my order. Both meals were wrong. If you have to come here, come during the day.

Pretty typical Chick-fil-A, with above average decor. Staff is friendly, tables are clean, and the location is nice. Its almost always busy.
