The atmosphere is off-putting. Its poorly lit, and when you enter, servers are standing around chatting and often look annoyed that you disturbed their conversation by walking through the door. The patrons are ghetto, but the way they complain about everything and treat the servers like garbage, you would think they grew up in palaces with butlers and personal assistants. Its a very uncomfortable place to be. On the plus side, the food is quite good and served fast and the woman who manages it is a sweetheart. It has potential, but as long as things remain the same, Ill stick with Union Plaza Diner.

Took 7 mins or so go get someone to come greet us and get drinks until we flagged down a server. French toast tasted like regular bread (it was not soaked in the egg enough) then we asked for warm syrup and it was literally scorching, it burned our mouths and hardened the French toast. Then the sever didnt check on us so we flagged down a manager and got the French toast taken off. Should have gotten more off. The manager didnt apologize and neither did the server. Will not be back and will tell people I know not to visit that one.

I usually love this IHOP however this time it was disappointing. I ordered for pick up, an American cheese omelette with sausage, the omelette was really under cooked and there was cheddar cheese inside it, with American cheese slices over the top. it was so bad I could not finish it. When I got there to pick up my order the girl that was ringing me out was very rude and and seemed not to understand that I had two separate orders, and I wanted to know the price for each one. It will be a long while before I return to this IHOP

I love you guys so much! Youre the best, truly! I go about 4-5 times a week for my iced coffees and this past week I ordered delivery 3 times and it was so fast! The order was perfect! To the people below me who show up late at night, thats on you. Its just normal for a restaurant to be exhausted at the end of a long day. Its a breakfast place, so yes they open early in the morning and yes youre bound to be tired. My advice: wake up early! This ihop is the best ever! I will never get my coffee anywhere else! Xoxoxo

I was hoping for a nice breakfast but I got a re-heated egg omelet with the worst burnt but raw in the center hash browns. The servers are no where in sight, unless there in the front smoking or in a group chit-chatting. MANE.THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS BULLSHYT RESTAURANT DOWN....ITS REALLY HURTING THE IHOP FRANCHISE.... ITS 11:20PM ON A THURSDAY AND ME AND MY GF AND ANOTHER COUPLE JUST WALKED OUT...THERE WAS ONLY 6 CUSTOMERS IN THE WHOLE PLACE.....WE WERE SEATED PROMPTLY BUT NO ONE GAVE US DRINKS OR ANYTHING.... AND THE SAD PART WAS NOBODY WAS BUSY....THEY WAS JUST WAKING AROUND......SHYT SAD AND RUINED OUR NIGHT.....

This is my new go to IHOP. If youre there for breakfast, ask to be seated in Ajas area (pronounced Asia). She is absolutely phenomenal. The atmosphere is vibrant and the food delicious. If you have any pet peeves about how you like your food served, just let your server know. Dont assume that they know. Everybody is different. Good eats.

Good food but very crowded. When I went there was a very long wait and not an eta of when a table could open so youd need a lot of time if you plan on going. Also parking lot can easily be full so youd need to find other parking on busy 22 which is hard to get in and out of.

very small ihop but i choose to go to this particular ihop anyway. the people working there are friendly and serve you in a good timely manner. they do many nice things on certain days. parking lot is okay when it is not packed. weekends could be a mad house. but great food.

The staff and management of this little IHOP is top notch. I dine and and also get an occasional delivery... all perfectly prepared and served with a smile. I pass 2 other IHOP locations on my way to this restaurant. Best IHOP in the area.

As soon as I parked one of the waiter put up a sign that they are closing soon. When we went back they are still open at 9: 30 and the sign was gone. Normal closing time is at 10 p.m.

The food is ok, and its nice that they have delivery. They never seem to get the order right. It makes it hard when you get delivery, and your order is not right.
