Placed a online order got it home and it was wrong called in and Jack the assistant manager was more than willing to fix the problem. The issue was we could not go back that night and was leaving town the next morning. Jack told us that he could fix it when we got back in town.....Great. NOT.. He no longer works there and the so called manager now gave us the run around and was very rude. He did end up fixing just the wings and charged us for a veggie tray...ok no big deal. Got there paid for the veggies and he came up with an attitude as I asked about the dip( ranch dressing) for the wings and veggies he smarted off and said you have to pay for them.. No problem... Only thing is they were the ones that made the mistake and were now acting like this was our fault.... wrong I asked him for the owners phone number and the corporate office number... He told me to look it up he didnt have it.. I told him your about to lose a good customer. As we are in there no less than once a week. This is where he started in the wrong way " I dont care" with an even more f-up attitude. So with all I had I walked out... If you know me thats a hard thing to do without knocking his dumb @#$ out.. Got home called back talked to someone else and asked for both numbers and was told to hold on.....guess what he got on the phone and now hes a big man....lol "I told you to look it up"... Horrible management and customer service. Placed an online order for a large party more than a week in advance. Called 2 days before scheduled pickup time and they could not find my order. Called the next day to change the time to 2 hours later and employee confirmed and told me we were set. The day of the party comes and they make the wings at the wrong time. They call shortly after the original time. They assure us the wings will be made fresh. When I show up to pick up the wings, they inform me they did not remake the wings and want to charge me double in order to get fresh wings. They want me serve 100 guests 3 hour old wings. Have you ever tried these wings even an hour later? I think not. I ask for the managers name and number. I talk to Roberto, the store manager, who tells me they have no record of our order. I tell him this is unacceptable and would be happy to provide my phone records or screen shots. He tells me he is going to call the owner and call me back. I never got a call back. How did they know the name, quanity and original time if they have no record of the order? Btw I have an email with the order number date time and location. Incompetent!!! My son used to go here at least once a week. We will not be returning. He indicates the quality has significantly reduced as well. There are better wings places in the area for cheaper.

Good wings, bad service (only reason for 1 stars). I placed an order by phone. Showed up 5 minutes later to wait and pick it up. I paid and then sat down expecting them to call me when my order came up. I sat there for 30 minutes and finally had to ask and find out my order had already been sitting for a while. The only response the girl at the register gave me was "my bad". I was so mad I had to leave. When I tried calling back shortly after, the same girl picked up and the manager was on break and wouldnt be available to answer the phone. Sent an email to corporate and I was told I would be contacted by the store owner. Negative. Was never contacted by the owner. My family has moved since then and we will find a better wing place with better service.

This is the worst restaurant experience ever. This is the last chance I will give them, the guy literally got up from scrubbing the floor with dirty water and a sponge and bagged my order. I asked him if he touched my food and he said no he washed his hands, which wasnt what I asked and I was watching him, he never washed his hands. I wasnt going to complain because if thats what they do to your food when you dont complain, imagine what they would have done to my second order! I immediately went home and threw away the food and I will never go back there again. Absolutely disgusting, do not eat there!!!

Definitely the best wings in town, hands down! I like my wings crispy, medium in size and not too fatty. These meet all the criteria. My absolute favorite flavor is the Louisiana Rub. Depending on who is making the wings that day, they could be really spicy. So if you dont like spice, make sure you tell them "easy on the spice" when you order. The only thing I wish is that they had more flavors to choose from. Insider tip: $1.00 draft beers every day, all day! Are you kidding me? This is one of the best kept secrets in Highlands Ranch.

This is the second time I have placed an order online and once I arrive to pick up my food, they have not even started my order. After explaining to me they will be wasting 20 more minutes of my time, the female at the front was completely rude about it and made no attempt to compensate me instead she offered that we go get food somewhere else. After I was given my food she also decided to make it clear she thought she had made no mistake by shouting out "your welcome". Overall completely rude and unsatisfactory

Good food but horrible service! The girl behind the counter was more worried about talking to her friend than paying attention to her customers. We were going to eat in and have a beer but we took our food and left because we stood there waiting to order our beers as the girl was standing right there talking to her friend and ignoring us. Someone from the back had to come up and by then we were just ready to leave.

Was my first time to Buffalo Wild Wings, There staff was friendly and our waiter Andy was awesome, our food was brought To us quickly , and with a smile. He gave great recommendations and helped great on what to order. I think I could few times a week. Please tell your friends what a great place this is. Amazing, clean and friendly.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! We called and placed an order for wings, said theyd be ready in 45 min. An hour later they still werent ready and told us it would be another half hour. The lady in front if us placed her order 4 hours ahead of time, and hers werent ready either. ALL YOU SELL ARE WINGS...HOW DIFFICULT IS IT????

The girls and the boy seemed to be awfully helpful, especially for it being busy and late at night. The cooks didnt get my order correct with my request of all flats, but the front was able to help fix it! Would come back but with better kitchen service.

Order was 30 min late. Only"reason" was it was busy. I called in the order for that reason! No discount or coupon offered. Counter staff took 4 people out of order Infront of me in line. Food was average but not worthy of poor customer service.
