For over a month now the service has extremely went down. Without Doug and Harmony there to keep your line and drive thru running smoothly, the service has dropped to a new low. I love Chick-fil-a. This is disappointing. Myself and my family have come there almost everyday for years. But the service is sending us away. I have so many apology cards for free sandwiches. It is embarrassing to have so many from the same establishment. It would probably take me at least a month to use one free sandwich coupon a day. I would like to let Joe Weber know this because I believe he can turn this around. Some of your window crew needs training and customer service is lacking. The bags are not being checked properly. Please Joe fix this. We love our Chick-fil-a. But if this doesnt get corrected we will have to find another favorite place in CastleRock. I have 8 people in my family. 5 out of 8 of us can drive and love Chick-fil-a. Please I hate to post this but you need to make some adjustments. Please. Sincerely, Laura Wright

Its a CONSTANT battle to get what you ordered. The breakfast crew here either doesnt understand what scrambled eggs are or have a strong phobia to handling them. Every time I order scrambled eggs I get the tiny square of folded eggs for a biscuit, not the side of actual scrambled eggs which are twice the size. I wish this place would figure this out as its close enough to the Meadows and down town Castle Rock that there probably wont be another one I could go to. Id go inside to order but it takes 5 times as long because the drive through has 3 people running it versus on doing the registers and every thing else behind the counter. I also dont want to get a couple passes for free sandwiches for my trouble - I just want what I pay for. I like Chik-Fil-A because you can get relatively healthy food, but its just not worth the trouble to go out of my way to get it all wrong. On a positive note the lunch rush drive through ordering is remarkably fast, just make sure you check the order when youre at the window.

CFA is a family favorite for us. The food is always great and the staff are amazing. Theyre quick to resolve any issues. One time, I ordered an 8 ct nugget. The box had 7, so I asked for the last one. They gave me a whole other order of nuggets. I only wanted what I paid for, but customer service means so much to them, they took the hit to keep me happy and coming back. The ONLY think I cannot stand about this location is one of the managers. I am not sure of his name. Hes very young looking. One time I went through the drive through for dinner. I got home and was missing a fry. I called the location and he threw a fit because I didnt have my receipt. (The cashier asked if I wanted it and I told her no, so I never got one) He went through the computer system to verify my order (even though I had it in front of my when I came back). I wont let this one weasel get under my skin anymore though. If I see him working I just avoid him at all cost. Hes not management material. Everyone else is amazing though.

This store is committed to a great customer experience. We all know that the taste of the food at national chains is very controlled and similar. Getting food at Chick-fil-A is a known experience and this store comes through. What distinguishes them is that they really are committed to service. You can drive by several of their competitor stores that are very close by this location, and you dont see any cars in the drive-through line or many in the parking lot. And then you come to Chick-fil-A and the drive-through is filled as well as the parking lot. This is because they work to provide a great experience that people are willing to wait a little bit for - rather than settle for a disappointing meal at their competitors

Ah-Mazing! Every time I go here I am just in awe of how fantastic the staff is and the management! They worked like a well oiled machine when it is crazy busy it is amazing to watch. As soon as I walked in with my two little ones it was packed but there was a lady Who was standing right by the condiment station and welcomed me and then she asked if she could help and get us a table. I was like that would be fantastic! She had asked me where I would like to sit and when we went over there she had already put the placemats down for both of my kids and had The high chair ready for my son along with straws and napkins! I was just stunned at how amazing and so helpful that was to me I highly recommend coming here!

The staff/servers/people that I interface with here are the BEST. The owner seems like hes ALWAYS there! Wife, too! BTW...they are NEVER "Raising Cane". LOL for people in the know. (Really????....name your restaurant (RC) after your DOG???) Those RC folks...moving in next door in the Target parking lot (soon) will soon find out HOW LOYAL Chick Fil A customers truly are. There MUST be a reason. The RC customers...after theyve tried RC...will realize why CFA is WAY BETTER.

We came here as a group with 5 adults, 3 children and 2 newborns. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. We were there for over an hour to eat and let the kids play in in the indoor play area. As kids do, they spilled food under the tables and were a little loud. I was incredibly impressed with the employees and how welcoming they were to our family. Also the place was very clean and well maintained. And of course the food was great. Thanks Chick-fil-A Castle Rock!

Their customer service is more than what Ive experienced at some 5-star restaurants. "My Pleasure" never gets old... to me anyway. I just like to say "thank you" alot, sometimes excessively because I struggle at times to be a mature adult. I love the antibiotic and hormone-free chicken! I can finally feel good about eating fast food! Its also good to hear that so many employees are pleased with working there.

I went to the one in castle rock and they messed up our office order. We called back just to let them know and to see if we could possibly stop by at a later time to fix the order. Since we were unable to leave the office again, Kathy kindly offered to remake our order and hand deliver it to our office. This is above and beyond excellent customer service!! Great experience!! Highly recommend!! Thanks Kathy!!

Had a wonderful experience here last night. My husband and I chose here for date night after a stressful day, and of course we left our wallets at home, the drive thru lady took care of it and it absolutely made our night! We will be back on a later date to pay for what she took care of for us. Thank you so much for your kindness drive thru lady!

The staff was very friendly, the aesthetics of the restaurant are really nice, and the place was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. The bathroom was probably the cleanest public restroom I have ever used. The fries were exceptionally good. We were very impressed with the place and will be eating at Chic-fil-a more often due to this experience. Great job.
