I used to love Pizza Hut - especially their stuffed crust pizza. Delicious! However, after my last experience I will never order from them again. This happened several weeks ago, on a very snowy day. Since most of my coworkers work out of town, they couldnt make it to work due to the road conditions. My boss decided to order pizza for those of us who made it. I called in the order, and was told, due to the weather, that delivery would take (at the most) 1 1/2 hours. We are not unreasonable people, so we understood. At 2 hours nothing had arrived yet. I proceeded to call the local branch, and every time I called I was disconnected. The phone would transfer me to corporate, who would just transfer me back to the local branch. I called 7 times with no success. On the 8th time, someone finally picked-up and stated our order had just gone in the oven 30 minutes ago (over 2 hours since I placed the order). The food finally arrived and it was stone cold. We tipped the driver and sent her on her way. However, we did want some recompense for our troubles. The corporate office gave me a number I could put in a complaint with. I followed all the steps to put in a complaint and was told that they can only hear my complaint, they cant actually do anything about. They stated they would request that the Branchs Manager give me a call. That hasnt happened yet... Good thing I wasnt holding my breath! All in all, this was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a pizza joint. And unfortunately for Pizza Hut they lost not only me, but all of my coworkers. Its a shame for them, as we regularly drop between $50 and $100 a week when ordering lunch for our business...

If 0 stars was an option Id definitely chose it. The staff working is about as incompetent as Ive ever seen. After calling in an order for delivery (which took the employee about 10 minutes to do) they informed me AFTER charging my card that they did not deliver to my area. After changing it to a pickup they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I show up 25 minutes later to be told the order was STILL not done because they burned my order of cinnamon sticks and decided it would be better to just not call and let me know. This has been one of many horrible experiences with this location, which I have tried over and over again to use. Owners and management need to look at a staff overhaul or at least get someone half competent to answer a phone and take an order, as difficult as that apparently is

Worst customer service Ive ever had at a pizza hut. Ordered at 6pm n called again at 7:30 pm after being told there was a 40 minute wait for my order, manager only offered 10% off. Really I have 3 kids and 2 adults waiting twice the amount of time you told me in the first place and thats the best you can do? Its not about the cost at this point considering I went and spent almost double the amount at Culvers. Thanks for screwing up again. Last time I order from you looks like black jacks delivers here as well.

My husband went in there to do a carry out on 4/28/17 and they had him wait for almost an hour for our pizza. Then they forgot our garlic knots and he had to wait another 15 min. No one should wait that long for carry out pizza!! By time he got home with the pizza the kids were in bed! The pizza did not even taste fresh, maybe because my husband was pretty sure they had it on the counter and just forgot it. We will never get pizza from here again and we have been loyal customers for 5 years!

We ordered 4 LG pizzas last night about 10:30 when the driver got here we thought it was the wrong order I called Pizza Hut to see what happen he said they were out of large boxs and we had 4 more pizzas coming we ended up with 8 med pizzas! It was worth the wait pizza was hot and delicious! With only 2 drivers and being slammed at the last minute u guys did a great job! Thank u

Food is aways Great and the customer service is wonderful. They even delivered wings to my daughters baby shower and they were hot and ready to enjoy. Plenty of dipping sauces and the mother to be was very pleased. Thank you for always being kind and taking time to help me out. Great job, Great Pizza. Thank you Victoria Turner

3 out of 5 orders incorrect or missing the drinks/deserts these guys really suck it up when it comes to getting your order correct I suggest going to the other one for better results I just had my last straw with the third time missing something on our order and IN A ROW

Pizza was cold, wings were garbage, and the delivery guy was an jerk after he got the $5 tip (pretty generous for a small order). I will never order from here again, not worth the wait, and definatly need better drivers...

Messed up my orders last 3 visits.3 strikes youre out. In addition, staff in the back could be heard making racist comments. Though not directed at me, that alone was enough to lose my business. Get it right pizza hut.

The pizza and the wings were fine however the overall service was mediocre. I would expect better treatment to a paying customer especially when our expectant delivery was damaged.

Although we went at the height of dinner, the service was friendly and attentive. Our pizzas were ready in less than 15 minutes. The pizzas were cooked perfectly.
