I use to work here. Jamba Juice isnt what it use to be. The store overall is now pitiful and a lost cause. In many levels this store should be closed for putting the health of their costumers at risk. Produce and product werent properly meeting the minimal standards of the city of Redmond, but why you may ask? Let me tell you, produce was not properly rotated. Often, a lot of produce had gone bad, that include produce like wheat grass, spinach oranges, ginger, milk, Greek yogurt, and many more. A lot of these products were ending up in the drinks and bowls of costumers because the store was understaffed , so noone was ever checking on the expiration days and employees werent properly trained. Second of all, machines, and equipment. No equipment was ever properly cleaned such as the juicer, orange juicer, and oven. The orange machine had mold growing on it for years until I noticed it and cleaned it after years of noone doing it. The juicer a lot of times was left uncleaned for days because employees didnt have the proper tools to clean them such as unscrewing the bolts, its the same story for the wheat grass machone. Noone ever cleans the oven where all the eatables are heated in. Employees are not treated well, minors arent sent on breaks which is illegal, and leads dont get breaks either, not enough staffing as many state. The owners are too cheap to invest money into stores because of course, its a franchise. Poor blenders, 7 year old juicers, oven, leaks in the store which is a hazard because employees could fall and break their necks. No security system, and to top it off, the water filtration hadnt be changed in a long time, years past the due date, this resulted in mold growing in the tube which the water came out of for the juice concentrates for all smoothies , bad filtration results in high phosphates and other trace elements such as cooper which is why the fungus was growing in the tubing. There was also a fruit fly problem, these insects were living and colonizing the area of bake goods , such as pretzels , waffles etc which were served to costumers. If youre someone looking for a job, look else where, Jamba Juice is a health hazard , they cant compete with other companies, they pay leads 11, and team members minimum wage. If youre a costumer, look elsewhere, any Jamba Juice is a health hazard, and they should be closed down, they charge too much for smoothies, and are understaffed, I know this because I had been left alone until 3 pm on busy sunny Sundays with a line out the door.

We waited over 30 minutes after we placed our order. Watched several people that came in after us get their orders and leave. There were 14 finished smoothies sitting on the counter at one point waiting to get poured into cups. When we finally got them they were completely melted. When we asked about the wait we were informed by the manager that "the people making the smoothies are disorganized and dont know what they are doing." Shameful... Can I give less than one star???

Horrible. Girl working didnt even say a word before taking my order. No smiles during the reaction whatsoever. Then a guy comes in behind me and she becomes a whole new person and is openly flirting. Which is okay but at this point my drink is done blending and shes the only one working. . . Once she rang him up, she did repeat my order back while handing me my drink. Which was something.

I dont know how this location stays in business. Every time I go there and try to order Wheatgrass shots, they are either out of Wheatgrass or the machine is broken or no one knows how to make it. I just stopped and tried to order Wheatgrass for my mother who is battling cancer and yep, they were out.

Delicious and healthy smoothies. Yum! Yum! Yum! I love this place. I dont know why there are negative reviews about some tattoo parlor messing up Jambas rating. I complained about those. If they are gone, my review will look like it is complaining about something that isnt there.

Literally the slowest and worst staff working at any Jamba Juice I have ever been to. Workers drag their feet and chat with each other when there are literally 20 people all waiting for their drink. If at all possible, I would avoid this place like the plague if you value your time.

Their location is great, theyre right on a busy street but their parking lot isnt as big as it should be. Their smoothies are great though. Sometimes you might need to park at QFC and walk over if nothing is available.

The girl who was pouring our smoothies left 1/4 of the cups empty and left some on the smoothie in the blender. Plus she threw the straw down onto the table before giving it to me. She didnt even looked up at us.

Juice machine broken for over a week. Called to see if it was fixed, it rang for five minutes with no answer. I called back twenty minutes later, again four minutes to answer, and extremely rude.

They take forever to make the order. Staff is inexperienced and got my drink wrong 3 times when my request was vey clear (They even got the size of the drink wrong!). Never coming back here.

I stop I here for a Banana Berry most times Im making my way through Redmond. The staff here always seems especially friendly, even compared to other Jamba Juice stores Ive been in.

Jamba Juice is great! However, this location is sometimes hard to get into. Their parking lot is really small and thry are located on a very busy intersection.
