Poor communication (once had 2 drivers show up for the same order and when I try to call about my order I get placed on hold for a while before hanging up from the annoying speech that is the hold message.), poor quality and always late even though I live within a couple miles of the restaurant. The only positive that I can give this Pizza Hut is that the drivers are usually pretty friendly.

The food is always good, the only reason I cant give it 5 stars is because the inside of the restaurant always smells like a mildewed mop, so we dont eat in there anymore. The employees also always seem so depressed, which is depressing. ;P Cant expect a lot out of Rockmart, Georgia, so you cant be picky.

The worst managed, worst ran Pizza Hut Ive ever stepped inside. How does a large chain like this run out of marinara sauce? Why does the meal come before the appetizer? I could hear the manager tell an employee "dont answer the phone". It needs a overhaul in the management dept.

The staff that were there were very nice and had left an overall positive experience. The staff had a positive attitude and also didnt even charge for drinks. One of the best Pizza Huts Ive visited, looking foreward to go back.

Im only giving one star for the simple fact I got a pizza but it was fully cooked Im not a rude or impatient person but they were slow I would of gladly waited 5 more minutes for a fully cooked pizza

The staff is very nice. The food is good, its better than papa Johns if you ask me. Sometimes on busy days they do take a little longer than usual, but they seem to handle it like professionals.

They told me my order would be ready for pick-up in 15 min, I show up 18 min later and 2 workers are outside smoking and had not even started on my order!
