I am saddened by my last experience. I guess they switched managers and staff totally and I am not sure if any of them have ever done this job before. I have been a very loyal customer for over 3 years and received a raw pizza. Now I order this same one EVERY time. I called to have it remade and was sent thru every e in the story saying well Ill have to see what to do??? Seriously? You remake it, I actually had to tell them that. Sadly pathetic service and a very nasty attitude. Now I can have one and thats the last thing u want. Well hear me roar because now Ive made me mad. Had it remade and it was awful. Dry hardly any sauce, no extra cheese like I paid for, about half the amount on a single cheese. Ive been doing this for 33plus years. Managing corporate stores, family owned, chain etc.. and the nerve of this manager calling herself CLARK to try and arguee with me that no one else has called back about this kind of thing, when she can see it infront of her needs to be canned. Absolute embarrassment to your store. I do know the fake info she gave me for the owner along with the half a fake email address should send her looking for a new job. She lies to a customer, then if money comes up missing shell lie to her boss. I read employees very well in my pass 33 yrs and that one is a dirty one, bad attitude, and has no clue how to work in this line of business

Ditch the national chains and go local! I always wince when my hubby says order pizza and wings because I dont have that favorite go to spot in the Springs,until today! Finally,pizza that was bubbly hot,plenty of toppings,so generous with cheese, not drenched in sticky over her bed tomato sauce. The crust was not to thick, chewy like good crusty bread should be- I was happy. Service was polite,friendly,fast. We ordered the Full house pizza and you could taste the fennel in the sausage! We also ordered the boneless wings which was the only negative; they were over cooked a bit making them dry. Otherwise 4 stars and will be ordering again (and again)!

Delivered the wrong pizza then spoke to the manager and for some reason because they brought me a completely undercooked pizza wanted to cancel and restart the whole order instead of simply resenting me the same order. Waited over an hour for a pizza with some guys name on it. They didnt want to do anything else besides switch the pizza. After she said she could give me a discount and throw in breadsticks then told me no never mind. I dont know who their one manager is but she has rediculously rude customer service skills. Ordered a pizza online tonight and it said 35 min delivery time. 1 hour later, I called to ask, the guy was polite, but informed me my pizza hadnt even left the store yet because they had gotten slammed. Disappointed I thanked him and waited. My pizza showed up nice and hot, and they gave it to us free of charge. Its not every business that will make up for a screwup that was out of their control right on the spot. Ill definitely be ordering here again, this crew knows how to handle a bad situation.

Dealt with someone , who I dont think finished 8th grade, then waited 51 minutes for our 30 dollar 2 large pizzas...when I call the manager informs me our office is 2 miles outside their delivery zone..they only go 5 miles...it would take the delivery driver 45 min to a hour to deliver a pizza 7 miles....where did everyone go to school here???? And I order usually 2 or 3 times a week. But last 3 times theyve messed up my order...Im done now and looking for another Pizza place....

Long time fan of black jack pizza. That ends tonight! WORST FOOD AND COSTUMER SERVICE FROM ANYWHERE IN YEARS!! Completely un-cut and cold pizza, old burnt saucless wings, no resolve.. PATHETIC!! Delivery person accused me of receiving an extra pizza and tried to hold my replacement wings(far more burnt than the first, ?coincidence?) hostage until I produced said pizza. Manager is unbelievably rude and unprofessional! Shame on you. Your momma would not be proud.

Just called to order. They dont close for another half hour yet I was told they were done delivering. Ive worked food service my whole life. Late night orders suck but its the name of the game. Dont advertise service hours if your not going to serve during those hours. I do love the pizza although last Za I got had a long black hair in it. But its so good I was gonna give them another chance.

I love Blackjack Pizza. People often rag on local everyday pizza places, but Blackjack Pizza beats the big chains almost all the time. They have better quality ingredients and cheaper prices. To me, thats a win win. I always order a medium pepperoni and jalapenos and Blackjack always tastes better, arrives faster and costs less than the national chains. This location is great.

I am very disappointed in the overall service. We have ordered from here for along time but recently we have had bad customer service. Several different occasions we would call after 11am to order but never could get someone to answer. Tried for over 30 minutes. One day when we got through then had a rude driver. This makes me sad because we have to go elsewhere now.

We ordered pizza last night about 8:00. We got a large sausage, pepperoni and black olive pizza. It was AMAZING! The cheese was so good, so uncommon with other larger pizza chains in town. And, they said 30-45 minutes - it was literally 22 minutes and we had our hot yummy pizza in our house! Highly recommend Blackjack! Great food, great service!

I cant get anybody to answer the phone. I cant -talk- to anyone to figure out whats going on. Im looking at my bank statement, and they definitely took the money from me. Its been almost two hours and I still dont have my food. Im at a loss. Im about to head down to the store and demand my money back. Dont order from this store. Theyll rob you blind.

Omg this is the WORST place to order pizza. I ordered for delivery, they put it down as carry out. When I called to find out where my pizzas were the manager told me off and said that he had personally taken the order and just lied lied lied. We will NEVER order from blackjack pizza again. I am so appalled at how awful the manager spoke to me.

I was on hold for 10 minutes then when I hung up and called back the manager was very rude telling me hanging up and calling back just loses your place. Not a sorry about the wait or anything like that. Customer service obviously is a thing of the past. Not sure what these people makes them think they are worth 18 dollars an hour.

EMPLOYEES DO NOT WEAR GLOVES TO PREPARE PIZZA OR SALAD. As other reviews have stated, the manager is incredibly RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. They mess up your order, and tell you "Well were not going to do anything about it.", no apologies, just plain RUDE! I will never order from this store again!
