Poor customer service. Placed internet order which was routed outside of the delivery area. Although the store was aware they would not deliver, they failed to call. When I called to check on the delivery, they directed me to the correct location. When asked why they did not call, they stated that it was outside the delivery area. I was provided a phone number and told to order the pizza again (by now 45 minutes had already passed). I called the correct store, and was told that they were unwilling to deliver because they had 6 order ahead of mine, and one of the delivery drivers quit. I guess you cant get delivery pizza anymore?? I will not be calling back.

My Order Placed on September 10 at 2:46 PM for delivery at 4:00 PM. @4:15 PM I called the store to find out where my order was the only thing they would say was that the driver was "dispatched" at 3:44 PM and that he should be there any minute, I live 10 minutes from the store. Any minute wasnt what I was paying for a delivery at 4 PM was what I was paying for and apparently that was too difficult for them. I cancelled the order and will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut in the future. One would think that an hour and fourteen minutes would be long enough for them to get an order to a customer on time. One star rating because it wont accept zero stars.

Constantly getting over charged at this place and having to go back for corrections. Finally giving up after this last episode when the manager and staff laughed over messing up our order and having eaten part of it because they couldnt remember who had ordered it, making my husband wait while they remade the missing part. Even after waiting, we still didnt get what we ordered - but still had to pay full price! - and what we received was super deformed, cracker-thin and dry, and disgusting. Caught the staff smoking dope in the parking lot once before; wouldnt be surprised if this was the case again.

The food was good, it is Pizza hut after all. But the guy server we had was terrible! My daughter spilled her drink in the table while he was standing there and he asked if we needed more napkins. Didnt help, didnt bring back a wet towel so the table wasnt sticky, didnt come back at all! Didnt take the pile of wet paper towels off the table. There was however a very nice woman who we think just got into work and she took the pile away. She was the one to bring us our food as well. She actually seemed to care. She is the only reason we have a tip at all. The other guy didnt seem to care at all!

I know the last review was about seven months ago and it was pretty negative. I have to say these guys are on their game! I spoke to Dan on the phone his customer service was excellent. He even said your welcome. The delivery guy had a bad day. He slipped and fell on ice and broke his phone. Had a rock kick up and hit and broke his windshield. He didnt let it ruin his customer service. He joked with us and seemed to like his job. All we ordered was a medium pan pizza, or was warm and tasted great.

Daniel the waiter was horrible. We were here with a group of people she never asked us for a drink refill tell we were done eating. She collected every person bill but our and said to just take my back to front as she was still doing billing g for rest of the group. We also had to ask for fork and napkins after our food was delivered.

Pizza is ok, about what I expect from a junk food pizza place. Their phone number is screwed up so if you call this place for pickup expect them not to have the order. They dont seem to care about it because it has been this way for a couple years. If you order from a Parker piZza hut you are safer just doing delivery.

manager (Toby) is rude and obviously doesnt care about cleanliness. One of the cooks had a huge chew in while he was making my order. The other one was outside smoking and didnt wash his hands when he came back in to make my food. I looked into it and this store has a really hard time passing health inspections. GROSS!

I really enjoyed coming to this location. The main reason is because they have a salad bar and its a dine in experience. You dont see too much of these anymore. The pizza was really fresh definitely better than ordering delivery. It was nice and quite. Myself and my family enjoyed the experience.

Great atmosphere. The employees are so nice and helpful. Alyssa served me and she was very polite and understanding when our pizza didnt have the correct toppings. I definitely recommend this establishment just for the service. The food was great as well and I will definitely be coming back.

So we ordered delivery... And it arrived hot and within the 45 minutes that were quoted. The pizza tasted great but the condition of the pizza upon arrival was less than desirable. Any way I can get my $5 tip back? Next time dont slam on the brakes so hard pizza delivery guy... Thanks.

Great staff. Erin, took my order and was great. Alexys helped cash me out and was so pilot. Ethan asked if I wanted cheese and pepper before I left and greeted me when I walked in. The pizzas were amazing.

I ordered the stuffed crust pizza. The crust was paper thin and tasteless, there was almost no sauce, it was a the worst pizza I have ever tasted. I do not think we will come back ever!!!!

One of the best Pizza Hut location in Denver area - simply because it still had lunch buffet! ...this way to can try different pizzas...Love the idea - wish there were more like it!

Definitely understaffed and dirty bathrooms with no hot water or toilet paper. I think of they had a full staff The buffet would have been fuller and not so empty.

They dont wash their vegetables. Ordered a pizza with mushrooms and there were clumps of dirt on them still. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary.
