New Lease on Life! Quality and customer service is what Healthy Meals Inc. is great at. not only do they have an incredible menu of food selection that isnt just for health nuts, but for families, they have great service. i though that when we signed up Jan. 17th 2011 it would be a "try it out" deal and my expectation level was low because of previous diet experiences. I am down 25 lbs and still eat only relatively healthy, but my wife has dropped over 80lbs! more importantly our kids love the food, they fight over who gets the meal if one of us is gone, and the best part of this its taught us how to eat healthy, not diet. Healthy Meals changed our meal plans mid stream according to different goals we changed along the way. We have ran 5 of the 12 week programs and they are great. I enjoy cooking less, doing less dishes, and all the benefits. Kerstin & Scott are a dream to work with and are enjoying their dream of bringing people towards their goals.

This place has it all – quality, service, convenience and value! With me a working professional and my husband a medical student, we could barely find the time to eat, let alone eat healthy. Our goal wasn’t to lose weight but to maintain our health and sustain our athletic lifestyles. Healthy Meals has far exceeded our expectations. Not only is the food incredible (yes, the high protein brownie really is that good), but we also feel great and have energy to spare. Plus, considering the quality and service, the value is unbeatable. I’d highly recommend them to anyone, whether trying to lose weight or simply trying to sustain a busy lifestyle.

My husband and I began using their services 4 days ago. Each morning, we have 5 packages of meals waiting for us on the front porch. The food is amazing! We are vegetarians and very bored with the food we make at home. Healthy Meals provides us with so many options. I feel like I have won the lottery! I never have to do dishes, cook or drive to Whole Foods to buy food. Life is so much easier. Their chef caters to your goals: weight loss, eating healthier, special diets. They collected a list of foods we do not like and promised that we will never see them in our meals. This place is great!! Highly recommend them!

I have tried two different meal delivery services in the KC area, and this is by far the best! The food is very high quality and delicious. The menus always offer a wide variety of meals, so it doesnt get boring. The customer service team is always prompt to reply and has kindly helped with anything I have needed. And best of all, when following their plan and adding in moderate exercise, I lost almost 30 pounds! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH! My husband and I have been with Healthy Meals Inc. for 2 years now and I must say that you totally get what you pay for. The food is delicious, the service is wonderful and combined we have lost a total of 65 lbs!! I never knew that healthy food could taste this great. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a healthier way to lose weight or simply learn healthier habits for life! Thumbs up!!

Unbelievably easy and surprisingly, great tasting, healthy food! Wife had surgery and was bed bound for a while. Having all our meals delivered/set at our back door each day was a life saver! "Healthy" was the "icing on the cake". We actually saved $ because we didnt throw away excess leftovers and have food go bad on us. I would refer anyone. Thank you!
