If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered this place last night after I got their flyer in the mail. I shouldve looked at the reviews and I wouldve saved my family 50 dollars. We ordered 3 dinner specials sesame chicken and a couple kids meals..for one they charge another 2.50 to get the soup eggrolls and wonton ( sides already included in most Chinese take out places). Fine we paid the extra.. they got here on time and that was fine. We opened our food and realized the 2.50 wed paid extra for each meal was missing their eggrolls and wontons.. 3 eggrolls and 3 wonton not a big deal. we had a big order and understood it was probably looked over. We call back and they offer to credit the account or send the driver, I said send the driver (because Ill never order from them again). The food was.. disgusting at best.. our sesame chicken was so old it was hard to chew.. the sauce was warm but you could tell everything else was old and possibly reheated. So much so that we ended up throwing out the majority of our meals. For the kids meals we got sweet and sour chicken..which was also horrible and inedible for our kids. So basically dont waste your money... 55.00 later and my family still had to cook because the delivery was horrible. Still have most of it sitting on our counter and in the trash this morning. Full containers.. of nasty food. So infuriating. NEVER AGAIN will we order from this place.

Sorry New Panda, this was a horrible experience. From ordering on the phone for delivery, to the food itself, you missed the mark. By a wide, wide margin. This was my second time ordering. I always give a place at least two chances before I form an opinion. Both times the promised delivery time of 35 minutes turned into an hour or more. Calling the restaurant after 45 minutes elicited a "it should be there" response and "give it a few more minutes because we got busy, and he (the delivery driver) had to go into Fort Carson". Okay, I understand that getting onto the military base takes time but how about seperating those orders from the rest, or delivering the "off base" orders first? Hire more drivers. Tell your customers that it might take 45 minutes or more, etc. Anything is better than what I was promised on both occasions. Of course, when the food arrived it was cold. I ordered Thai Basil Chicken. Hands down that was the worst example of this dish that Ive ever had. It was soupy. Soupy! No! Thats not how you do this dish, at all. It was inedible. Way too garlicky. The basil was undercooked and had the stems on. It was unbelievably bad. The chicken was surprisingly done well. It was cut into small even pieces, not overcooked. But, nothing could save this dish except a trip to the garbage disposal. Needless to say, I wont order from here again and cannot recommend this place at all.

From ordering the food and receiving the food it was a horrible experience. The lady on the phone seemed confused and didnt understand what we were asking and she was rude. We got our food and everything with stone cold. We ordered Sesame Chicken, Snowpea and Beef, Wontons, and free doughnuts. The wontons tasted like they had been frozen for a long time and just fried. They were cold and dry with no taste. The chicken was not flavorful and cold and dry. The only thing somewhat okay was the Snowpea Beef. We have ordered ordered Chinese throughout the years and this by far was the worst experience we have ever had!!!! We called the manager and they didnt seem to care or believe that their food could taste so gross. We will never order from here and order from Coal Mine Dragon which is by far the best Chinese place in Colorado Springs. We are just praying we dont get sick!!

Terrible food, cold on delivery, overcharged and charged twice ordered wonton soup which was cold, just packet wontons in a flavorless water with oil, nothing else, kung pow chicken, cold, old tasting, incredibly old dried chilies supposed to come with plain rice - this didnt arrive, fried rice which consisted of a rice blob that was mushy, a small amount of soy sauce and a few bits of egg, thats it. prawn fantails which were rubbery all really bad and in the bin what a waste. Credit card was charged twice and I was over charger for the order, food arrived cold after it had been sitting on the bench whilst they figured out the charges before sending it out. From what I managed to consume Im regretting it and wish i could reverse this horrible experience

I looked online at their menu. I call, place an order. The clerk who took the order informed me there was no one too deliver. I said ok no problem i will come and pick up. I ordered 2 hot wings which on line were for 5.75. When i got to the store the girl told me a ridiculous number. I asked why. She said the wings are 7.75. I told her no on line it says 5.75. Another person who was on a call said to me theres only a 30 cent difference between instore an online. 7.75-5.75 is a whole $2.00. Not 30 cents. The resturaunt reaked of marijuana. I did leave. I felt disresppected and i felt if ypu have 2 different prices, thats on the store.

DONT EAT HERE!! My husaband found glass or plastic cant tell which it is in his rice!! They offered a refund or remake the food but I didnt take either I just dont want anyone else to go thru what I did!! The manager doesnt care and she is married to the owner who she said herself doesnt care about this place. Be careful if your going to eat here!! This used to be our go to Chinese place but I wont pay my money to a business that doesnt care what they are serving to people or care for their own business.

I had no problems with the service at all. The person taking the order was pleasant and efficient. The food arrived in the time period given (45 minutes - an hour). It isnt terrible, and it isnt great. The orange beef was a little on the soggy side, and not spicy at all (though it was orangey). The fried dumplings were excellent, but the sauce was also more sweet than spicy. If I ever want Chinese on a Sunday again, Ill probably get it here. Its not my first choice, but its certainly not my last.

I would give a higher star rating, but I ordered delivery for 12:40pm and the delivery showed up at 11:30! Unfortunately my lunch is at 1:00 and we have no microwave so I will now be eating cold food. Its a shame that the people who received the order did not read the requested delivery time. ): EDIT: lowered from 3 star to 2 stars because my food was delivered without any utensils? like I get saving chopsticks and not sending those, but not even a spoon or fork?

Quite a disappointment. We ordered an extra soup with our dinner option and once we picked up the order and drove all the way home realized they had forgotten the soup. I had to drive all of the way back while my food at home got cold. Once I returned home I realized they had forgotten to include the spicy mustard and sweet sauce that comes with the egg roll. It looks as if we will be ordering from China Doll from now on. New Panda has lost our business!
